Hello, I've been cheated by a seller again. His name is Pratik, a sound engineer from pune. He put up an add saying he has Samson Graphite 49 for sale. It was for 9500. He sent me the account details of his friend Rahul (SBI account) and I've deposited 10500 because he said it would take him 1000 to ship (which was a lie). I found out it takes 300 rupees not 1000. I've deposited cash on September 5th and he said he would ship it in a day or two and haven't. I called him after four days and told him i'm worried if he will send me the product and he started yelling back at me saying he won't sell and will send me back my money. I've sent him the money online and i have proof. His phone is off and its been more than 15 days. Please help me.

I read a complain by kamal singh bhandari and i was shocked...also i have recived similar same offer to buy htc m8 phone for 17500 they have told me to deposit 10000rs first and 7500rs after getting the package as i was constantly asking them questions about it being a scam(i got he same certificate as you can see in the photo i uploaded and they are using[protected]this no. to contact me)...if this is not a fraud i am interested to buy it but if it is i can help Mr. kamal and olx to catch the Fraudsters...plz contact me as soon as possible!

hello i am kamal singh bhandari. i see olx every day . i saw a mobile name htc one m8 which cost is rs 17500 in olx. i immediately send a message that i want this. then the dealer requires name, address, mobile no. he said that we are fully located in uk and u have to deposit the money first. so i deposit the money in sbi account name ms emily chakchuak, seva nagar, banglore with i ifse code SBIN0016875 with account no. [protected] on monday .than he said u get the package before wednesday. when i send the receipt he told me that u will have to deposit rs 15000 for custom clearance. again i deposit the money with account no.[protected] name mira pudaite, kasturi nagar banglore with ifse code sbin0010365 on thursday. but again he said me that u will again last time deposit rs 20000 for importation license permit but this time i will not bcoz i know i will scam by internet. so sir please its a request to get my money back and dont let him go the dealers and punish them

Dear OLX team - I am writing this mail with utmost frustration and terrible experience from one of OLX seller. After little bit of search I understand, I am also one of the victim of getting cheated with 15000 rs.

Person "Abdul Malik Rahman" as he quoted his name in OLX advertisement, has offered me 15K for Samsung note3 + Gear when I inquired about his Ad. He mandated me to make 7500 at front and rest to be paid on delivery date. I did that from my hdfc account. NEFT : N[protected], 7500 paid.

I asked him to ship the product, however he quoted that I have to pay the rest to ship my product. I have done this from ICICI to his new account "ICICI" this time from SBI earlier.

Having done the full payment of deal, I request Abdul to ship the product, but the response I got him was shocking that I have to pay 15000 more for additional delivery of 2 more units. I disagreed politely and requested for refund. He enforced me to pay 15000 as a transfer to his account. Now I realized that am getting fooled and cheated from OLX seller. He has been so disgrace and so reluctant in either shipping the product or returning my money!

I have attached the full conversation with this person, how he managed to utter the words and changed the context for demanding more money!

Please help people like me not getting victimized by this cruel cheaters (sellers). Please take necessary action against him and help me recovering the same. for more details please reach me at [protected]. I have frustrated a lot and loss of 15K is immense and highly impacting me.

I have a last hope on ur team for bringing me the justice. Please help me.

As they said I had deposited to Amelia 7000rupees then they send me the tracking status . Again aftr a while wen I called the delivery boy [protected] he said he is from singapore . Wen I asked abt the product the reply was go to the nearby SBI BANK and deposit the rest money then they wil give the product . Aftr that all the above number is in not reachable area. Im manasveni from chennai. About a month ago, i saw an ad for hassleblad camera for 52, 088 INR. We immediately contacted the seller- Camzartel . Email- [protected]@gmail.com He gave us an.option to either fully pay the money before recieving d product, or pay in two halfs before and after we receive the product. We opted for the half payment mode. First, we sent 26, 000 to the following account- ACCOUNT NAME: RAJU SHAIKH ACCOUNT NUMBER: [protected] PAN CARD NO: EHZPS3483K IFSC CODE: SBINOO1266. STATE BANK OF INDIA BRANCH: GOREGAON WEST But he upon recieving the money he said that there was a mispackage and we need to pay the other half of the amount too. So after many attempts to negotiate with him, we sent the rest of the money too. That completes our part of the deal. But for his mispackaging error, he wanted us to pay an extra 24, 000 as a "security down payment", which he claims to be refundable. Isnt this unfair?? Why should we pay extra for his error. Him mispackaging 3 extra expensive cameras in our package is not our problem and we cant suffer for it!! We did not want to pay him the extra 24, 000 and we even suggested that he keep the camera and refund our momryback. But he hadnt responded to that also. Hes delaying the whole transaction for no reason! He just sends long mails full of lies and utterly irrelevant justifications l. Till now, hes hasnt dispatched our camera, or refunded our money. We have lost all hope. Kindly help us by taking immdiate action. Below i have attached the camercamera details and the address he had sent.

Hemant Singh from Global Kennel has posted several ads for selling dogs on various cities of OLX. Attached are two such ads which fooled me, here he has posted for sale of a Jack Russell Terrier for Rs 25000/- however after speaking to him, he negotiated and agreed to sell the same at Rs 22, 000/- the condition was that the money has to be remitted to his account no[protected] with Indusind Bank. I deposited the money and after confirmation of the same, Hemant has stopped answering his calls. Please find attached the advertisements placed on OLX with his contact number and Kennel name listed and also attached is the email co-ordination with him where he has sent his election card as identity proof and has asked for Rs 22000/- to be deposited to his account with a picture of the puppy to be sold. Also enlcosing the Bank acknowledgement for depositing of money to Mr Hemant Kumar's Account. He introduced himself as Hemant Singh, however his account no with Indusind was in the name of Hemant Kumar and his election card was also in Hemant Kumars name. Request you to urgently act, as i am going ahead with lodging a police complaint against the kennel and Mr Hemant Singh.

even the same guy hemant cheated us also for the same DOG (jack Russel) on 22 of this month we paid him 12000 to his bank account
till now i dnt get the DOG
He is not answering the call from my number
i tried from different number he is picking once i asked about mine he is cutting the call

Dear Sir, It is pity to tell you that by using the worst idea of OLX that is "posting an ad without getting registered" has been misused against a lot of innocent people INCLUDING ME. A not so smart person has posted an ad to sell a "Samsung Tab" for just Rs. 4000/- and has given MY Mobile Number. I am receiving lot of calls from buyers of all around INDIA. I am very desperate to know that guy and very much eager to open the eye of the OLX towards such kind o[censored]nethical practices taking place just because of them. Sir, first of all please do the needful to remove this ad then please track that person and take sufficient legal action against him. And very important above all please let me know the identity of that person because my phone number has been used. I assure you that I have not posted and also will not post any ad using my number and obviously without getting registered. I will be waiting for your quickest possible feedback. Please Sir, help me out as soon as possible as I have been tortured since 3 days. Respected Sir I am really disappointed and irritated with the kind of service olx is providing. From morning i am getting calls of people asking me whether i am selling my xperia m and after enquiring them i got to know that there is a fake ad on your site which shows my phone no.([protected]) as the owner of the phone who wants to sell it. I am tired and irritated of answering people and it is hindering with my office work. How could the site can give the allowance to use my no. Without my consent.
