I am a user of OLX INDIA, have been posting ADS in MOBILES, ACCESSORIES, PERFUMES,
etc. The website is apparently being managed from India.

i repost the ad everytime but its getting rejected...i even complained to the customer care but no replies yet...
It takes lot of time to prepare ad and also to maintain en no of ads
i am thinking quikr is way more easier and user friendly than this but this olx...

Hi I am posting Ads, but it takes exactly 3 hours to get activated, whereas i can see other users ads in the same category activated frequently.e.g. i have posted an Ad at 12:00 PM, my Ad will be activated at 3 P.M, but what i can see is that other users Ad, whose time is 11:58 is activated and visible on the listing.and like this till 3 P.M, when my Ad gets activated it reaches to the 5th page as in 3 hours there are many other Ads which...

Kindly Attention, I would like to say that some one has posted a thread on OLX using my mobile number and i m getting a lot of calls which are so irritating and harassing me, so i would like to say that please ban, remove or stop this ad as soon as possible and if you want so i can provide you my number, my id and address proof scanner copy to remove that content otherwise i have to register a complaint again olx in Delhi police cyber...

I selected a Lumia 1020 from Olx seller from Gujarat, where we did video and pics of the same model, the seller told me he will ship to my address in Mumbai within 2-3 days, when I got the shipment, it was different mobile which was a SCRAP phone totally broken piece.

He didn't pick the call for 24hrs, later replies in WhatsApp, that he had 4 packages that day and must be misplaced.

I don't care about the money lost for this scrap mobile, but OLX is still not banning his account!

He is using same add after editing, and will make fool of others too.

No dia 08/09/2021, se uma pessoa com os números de contatos +[protected], https://wa.me/[protected] e chamada pelo nome Calebe Catarina se apresentou como Gerente de Marketing da empresa Amazon, parceira do site Olx malls.com, a mesma disse que estava recrutando pessoas para trabalho de meio período com serviços digitais para o site parceiro da Amazon, Olxmalls.com, adicionado o link para cadastro fez o cadastro conforme orientação logo após cadastro, rapidamente como seria o trabalho, segundo ela o trabalho seria para ajudar grandes comerciantes como Amazon, brMalls, Americanas entre outros, seria para melhorar sua eficiência em seus produtos.
Realizei depósitos através de QR Code, pagamentos via pix para contas que segundo ela, seriam fundos para serem usados ​​para pagar antecipadamente os pedidos de mercadorias e reembolsar o principal, e com isso recebendo comissões que variavam de 5% a 10%, porém o site Olxmalls.com começou a
enviar tarefas impossíveis de cumprir, pois o site Parceiro Amazon adicionou produtos impossíveis de pagar, pelo devido aos altos dos preços dos produtos, em nenhum momento eu fui que eu teria que pagar valores absurdos, devido a isso meu dinheiro e minhas comissões pelas vendas desde o dia 09/09/2021, retidos.
Entrei em contato com uma pessoa que dizia ser Gerente de Marketing, para informar que os valores ficariam retidos por 720 horas e que após esse período os valores considerados congelados, ficariam disponíveis para saque.
Em uma dessas conversas a mesma disse que trabalhou de fato para empresa Trading Technologies Informática do Brasil ltda
Nesse período fiquei acompanhando todos os dias a entrega da plataforma que então até estava normal, no dia 10/08/2021, ao tentar acessar uma plataforma de vendas não conseguir acesso pois o site que antes parecia ser seguro, não permitia acesso, tentei falar com pessoa, porém sem sucesso.
Dias antes de eu não ter mais acesso a plataforma no campo que falava sobre uma plataforma ficou sabendo que empresa na verdade chama se, F-Kmall e está localizado no endereço a seguir:

Ad was suppose to be active on 21 January 2025 20:35, waiting and tried sending email to olx support, always i get a response back as 'Message Blocked by [protected]@olx.in. Sent email multiple times and always response as message block. Kindly assist in making this Ad active for 1 month after making the ad live .

My account got suspended without notifying me even I didn't perform any illegal activity still they have suspended my account,
Please restore my account ASAP.
This must not be user experience if they did nothing and account getting suspended every time.

I have bought an second hand Phone and idk what's wrong with this device i logined my personal olx account on this device and olx immediately banned my account for proxy accounts but it's my first time loging in olx with my personal number, their customer support is not helping me either i tried to login with my remaining account but they banned them too for proxy accounts, whenever i am trying to login with other numbers they're keep banning them all, pls help me

I have sold my car Hyundai i10 on OLX for 163720 rupees. I receive 149121 rupees immediately after OLX representative, picked up my car. A certain amount was deducted by OLX as their commission, which was mention at the time of negotiating the price and and hold back amount of rupees ₹10, 000 was kept by OLX and they mention this amount will be transferred once owner name transfer procedure is completed at RTO. on 25th April 2024, I visited Barasat RTO in West Bengal to complete all relevant onwer transfer procedure and signed all relevant documents in front of RTO official. Even after months later, I have tried to asked them about my holdback amount but there is no proper communication from OLX employees for my hold back amount .
I have the possession receipt from OLX, which mentioned about the ₹10, 000 holdback. Please look into this matter

May 9th there was an advertisement which was posted in Olx
as Home appliance for urgent sale and did done payment of Rs 1000 INR (to [protected])

Post to that items will be shipped through Army transport, they are asking to pay for transport charges with GST for delivery and we did not.
Now i am asking to refund but they are not to do so.

I have sold my car Tata Tiago XZA with registration number MH12QM6175 to OLX Auto in Pune, Maharashtra on 6th Aug 2023. I tried to contact you through all mediums however there is no response.

It is more than 6 months now and I can still see the car on my name. Also, it is listed by one of the OLX dealer on OLX that means it is in your ownership.

As per the agreement it is mandate to you to transfer the ownership within 6 months.

Please let me know how you are going to resolve it.

OLX banned my account named Shine T F without any reason. Please kindly take off the suspension from my account.

I did a terrible mistake. I should have researched first. So, I called a number after seeing an ad on olx.in about an activa 5G selling at 20000. I was suspicious as this was super cheap. But i took the shot and proceeded with it. The guy, posing as Vikas patel, with a picture of an army personnel, talked smoothly and sent pictures of acooty, helmet, vehicle getting packed, and keys and RC. I, after believeing this all to be legitimate transferred 2000 rs via UPI and waited for the delivery. Just to check i went online and found exact same case of fraud and exact same pictures of packaging and the guy himself online who is involved in same kind of fraud. Anyways, i got a call from apparently the driver who spoke harshly like how can you say this about an army guy and stuff and demanded 5500 rs. To deliver in order to get some GST permission and other crap. I have understood by now that this is a scam and I have been a victim. So I called vikas patel and tried to tell this but he became rude and now saying money will be refunded in some days. Help me out here olx team.

It now about to be one year after selling my car to olx
n number of times i contacted the customer care and also send several mails but unfortunately no one is able to support

HI, I have sold my ALTO K10 ( REG NO : AP09CB 2840) TO OLX AUTOS in the month of APRIL 2023, STILL they have not released my hold back amount INR10000/-, they promised me saying it will be release in 180 days, now there is no repsonse from them, please check and release my hold back amount

My OLX account was banned with no reason or information. I tried contacting them through service support and via email but they did not respond or resolve the problem.
