I sold my car in the month of April to OLX Autos. The RC transfer is also done but they are not returning the holdback amount of Rs.10, 000. The Customer support just keeps telling me that they will get back to me within 24/48/72 hours but there is no response at the end of the day. The Sales executive said he has released the amount from his end.

This is highly unprofessional and seems like a scam as if OLX Autos is keeping the holdback amount of many customers and building a fortune on it.

OLX India if you are looking at this please try to resolve it.

      Someone else is using my phone number in OLX

      When I log into OLX, I get a message that someone else tksubramaniam is using my phone number in OLX. I am worried, what is someone else doing and how it can happen in OLX.

      Further I get this message:
      The phone number you're trying to use is already associated with another OLX account. You should log in the other account and log out from the current one....

      Hi,

      I tried to sell my car with olxauto and i was promised the price of 2L and took all the personal documents from me for processing. When it came to releasing the finance, they are now quoting 30k less than agreed amount. Isn’t this purely cheating?

          Hi,

          I've never even tried selling my car on Olx or any other platform. But still I get multiple calls from Olx Cash my car asking for me to sell the car. This is terrible and I want them to stop these calls permanently.

            Unable to login Too Many Attempts error

            I have been logged out of my OLX account and have no access to the seller info who I should be meeting today. It just says "Too many Loggin attempts, try after sometime". How will I ever find my seller info?...

            I would like to know why is my account blocked for the longest time with out any notice after being registered with olx from the begining of opening. i have assisted in reporting multiple army man scams on olx being a victim of one scam done through olx but was not validated. kindly hap me restore my accounts

              I am getting banned for login in in my system browser. I don't know why you guys banning me for login through edge browser on windows. [protected]@gmail.com was my main mail but I tried to login using different mail on my browser and same it will open for a min or so and shows "your account got suspended".

                I was using OLX account through my mobile number +91 [protected].
                I have purchased the Ads for rent after sometime my account got suspended without any warning or notice.
                There was no intimation of why my account was suspended/banned .It is highly unprofessional from OLX India to do like this.

                But still my account is suspended for no reason or communication from OLX end. Kindly unlock my account ASAP

                  Olx has banned my account, i spoke to their Customer care but reply was a new sence and not satisfactory. I also told that if they wants to edit/correction on my post we can do but they are un professional people and seems like data building company.
                  I request govt. To take necessary action agains their unprofessionalism attitude.

                          My Account is suspended

                          My olx account linked with phone no [protected] got suspended today as i posted an ad today morning to sell my phone. I had an option to sell my first product freely and my ad was mentioned to be there for 24 days...however in the evening my ad was said to be inactive and my account was shown suspended. Kindly resolve this issue or else i wont be able to sell my product. Which would cause me huge loss....

                              I am writing to express my extreme disappointment and frustration as my OLX account has been banned without any valid reason. I have been an active and responsible user of OLX for a significant period, and I have adhered to all the platform's policies and guidelines.

                              It is disheartening to see that my account has been banned without any prior warning or explanation.                                 Olx is a fraud company. Better go with other apps for posting your ads

                                They ban you account for silly reasons and without any warning.

                                Many people are facing the same issue.
