My OLX account was banned with no reason or information. I tried contacting them through service support and via email but they did not respond or resolve the problem....

I submitted my complaint through email to support olx team so many times. everytime they said this is known issue and will be resolve 24 to 48 hrs. But till now (Feb 22) no response and no solution given by olx team.

Still me ad is not live.

Please take necessary action against them because this type of frauds from this type of big company should not be tolerated. else they will cheat many more people.

I have bought and sold stuff on OLX. No fraud or click-baiting can be seen in my post. OLX banned my phone number first and then my email. I reached out to them to unban my account but they gave a generic response. It is not even a human responding to the email. Just because a buyer reports me for not lowering my price is not a reason to ban my account (I hope that is the reason as OLX never shares why because it is not a human responding to our email).

OLX should give a fair chance to both parties before banning an account.

Want to bring a serious concern to your notice . Its been more than 7 months now that i have sold my car to OLX autos. I sold my car to OLX autos in jul 2023. Still after more than 6 months, my car still shows registration under my name. The company has sold the car to some dealer in saharanpur. Even after marerking so many complaints, there is no official from OLX to resolve my concern.

I have all the relevant documents which says that i have sold my car to OLX. My amount of rs 12000 have also not been dispursed to me till now.

I would rerquest the government officials to take serious action against this fraud company as this is brining me and family serious concerns and tension that the car stills reflects under my name in the registration .
I would also like to acknowledge that if any thing wrong happens with the car, then i wont be held liable to the same and only OLX would be held accountable for any mishappening.

Details of my car is as follow- Hyundai elite I-20, dark grey color - Car no- UP-14-DW-0148.

Please mark register my complaint and request your suppport to take serious legal action against the company- OLX

I have sold my car to olx auto last year march
As of now its more than 180 days had passed and till now my Rc transfer activity is not started
Failed to get any response from customer care

Can you please help me to get refund.
I purchased OLX Sell Fast services with rupees INR 899. and after that no one contacted me to purchase my bike so I changed the location i though i will get more people could be contact but no one contacted me after that I called OLX customer support and they said the Sell Fast service has been removed, due to location change reason, and said to repurchase.

I requested i keep with same location please active the service (Tirupati) But denied the my request.

I ask the 899 rupees refund they said not possible to give the refund.

I have sold by car to OlX autos in July 2023, but till now RC transfer is not done. While contacting the company, it says that company is not in operation. The car is being used on a daily basis as it’s GPS is connected through my google account:

A CISF person called Vivek Patel had posted an ad in OLX and I reached out to him. He sent me all his credentials via WhatsApp and asked me to pay an advance of 2000 INR for packing the scooter and sending it by an army vehicle. Subsequently he asked me to pay 7, 500 twice as registration fees. a total of 17, 00 was paid and then he vanished. This happened on Dec 3, 2023. OLX is a fraud company and must be reported as many more people will be scammed like this. The bank that received the money is KOTAK MAHINDRA, Gundasara, Rajkot . KKBK0003064. No one is able to help me.

He said he a job cisf in Vijayawada gannavaram airport, then he transferred to Jammu,

I loss 2100 rupees please solve my problem 🙏

I have sold my honda city bearing reg TS09EQ0883 to Olx on 8 september 2023.
I was told there is a hold back of 10k rupees which i will receive after RC transfer to new owner. I have not yet received my pending amount after 90 days of sale despite repeated calls and emails and reminders.

I want to purchase a bike i searched on olx i saw an ad of activa 125 the advertiser qas claiming to be a officer from cisf department of indian army i had a deal with him i sended money but i did not recived my bike and was a fraud advertiser i asked back for my money and i have not recovered my amount

Olx has banned my account for no reason why they advertise so heavily if they do not want people to sell on their site i just posted to sell some item. Kindly unblock it

I have made purchase for featuring my ad for 30 days, as I checked my ad through other login id, it's still in the position it was earlier. It's marked as featured but still in the bottom. Contacted customer care but they said that sometimes it will be placed on top list and sometimes not. I was denied for a request of refund even on same day of purchase. It's like a misleading feature. Please don't fall for it

Olx people are so unprofessional they have banned my account for no reason why they advertise so heavily if they do not want people to sell on their site i just posted some crystal items to sell and service to sell email id is [protected]@gmail.com

A person named Nitin Kumar - [protected] posed as a potential buyer n duped me of 2.27 lakhs. He was acting like a victim trying to send me money through QR Code and then started shouting and abusing saying 'lagta hai tum ambani ki beti ho n bahut paise hai tumhare pass. ' he called other fraudsters to shout n abuse me to get money n then he started forcing me to withdraw money from other bank accounts....

I sold my car through OLX in November 2019. OLX signed all the documents receiving the car but said that registration to the new buyer would take 2 months at least as they had to find a buyer and get all the details. Since then the registration has not taken place inspite of repeated complaints to OLX. In the meantime the car has been sold to a buyer who is incurring traffic violations during the last 3 years. I have been receiving challans from the police. I have written to OLX about this but there has been no action. The car number is WB 06 5128.

I have sold my car to OLX Autos. They hold the ampunt of RS 12000 which they confirmed that they would be releasing it when the car will be sold to the new customer. The concering point is that the car has been sold to the new owner, yet it is reflecting under my name and also i have not recieved the amount of 12000 which they promised to pay once the car will be sold.
