I was using OLX account through my mobile number [protected]. I haven't done any sales or purchase recently and I haven't done anything that is against the company's policy. But still my account is suspended for no reason. Kindly unlock my account.

I have bought Swift Dezire number CG 07 MB 0980 from your organization True Value by expressing confidence in it in the month of June by providing necessary documents and name transfer fee and paying the entire amount of the vehicle, but till now the name transfer process has not been done by the honor of the company. Has not been completed. For which I will be forced to take legal help, which I do not want. Please get this work done soon and inform us.

In OLX I posted an ad regarding that ad I had a money urgent since I chosen to featured the ad and paid 149 for OLX but the ad didn’t get featured and there is no contact support also I emailed then also

Today I noticed that my account has been banned, reason for that I don't know yet but I think it's because of recently I complaint against a seller who was not replying any bargaining message and it got me angry.

Hi, I have been using OLX for many years . Suddenly they have blocked my account without any prior mail, notice or warning. When contacted the customer executive they telling they find suspicious activities, I'm a true and honest person, this account banned hurt my feelings very badly. Without any proof or evidence they banned my account.

Hello I sold my car but still im getting calls from OLX Autos from this number "[protected]". They are calling 5-6 times a day even i said i doesn't require now.

My account got suspended and I couldn't login to my olx account...

Olx people are so unprofessional they have banned my account for no reason why they advertise so heavily if they do not want people to sell on their site i just posted some crystal items to sell and service to sell email id is abe.[protected]@gmail.com

With reference to the above I would like to share my bad experience with your company till date my outstanding amount not credited in my A/C. I am writing regular mail to you regarding my outstanding amount but promise given by Mr.Kunal Singh and Mr.Manas Sibal that they going to pay me after 9th August. All false promises given by them no payment credited in my A/C I will never suggest anyone to deal with your company .What a bad experience I had with you all.Your call center takes complain but never solve the problem.Car is belong to Ms. Sumana Bhowmick today ticket ID no.78704 some number you share in mail ID that never works.So its my earnest request if you can slove my problem.

Olx requires ad packages but often rejects ads with incorrect descriptions. Emailing support results in bounced messages due to spam filters. The last option was to call their special number, which I tried. However, it is a paid call, and it takes at least 3 minutes to connect to an executive. After listening to their lengthy IVR lecture, the executive asks permission to put the call on hold to consult with their superior. They then come back at the 10th minute. Until then, you have to listen to all their ads for your own money. It is simple exploitation of the caller's time and money. I think we can not do anything about such exploitation in India. The irony is that the executive says he can not help in resolving the issue as we post under the wrong category. When I asked him to justify his statement taking the example of one of the rejected ads posted by me, he has very diplomatic justifications. I could tell that he didn't understand the item I was trying to post. He said he would arrange a call back with seniors and left us. The executives talked slowly, wasting time and causing frustration due to high call charges, before dropping the calls.
In my opinion, this platform is a scam that takes money from sellers for ad packages but only runs a limited number of ads due to hosting limitations. I recommend avoiding their ad packs and posting for free instead. I personally wasted INR 4000 on them.

My account got banned for no reason. I haven't put any ads recently or had I committed any anti olx activities.
Please provide resolution.

Hi ..this is kanchan kumar das and I saw add in Kolkata in OLX for double bed and bargained for 8000/ . His name is G Govind kumar from Indian Army ( mob no. [protected]) and he sent me his identity card also !! But slowly slowly he sent me transport copy with Indian army logo .. with many excuses he took 11, 500/ and lastly said that GPS for my location is stopped, hence further 5000/ is required !! I lost total money but is is not delivered as I didn’t pay 5000/ .

I sold my car in the month of April to OLX Autos. The RC transfer is also done but they are not returning the holdback amount of Rs.10, 000. The Customer support just keeps telling me that they will get back to me within 24/48/72 hours but there is no response at the end of the day. The Sales executive said he has released the amount from his end.

This is highly unprofessional and seems like a scam as if OLX Autos is keeping the holdback amount of many customers and building a fortune on it.

OLX India if you are looking at this please try to resolve it.

When I log into OLX, I get a message that someone else tksubramaniam is using my phone number in OLX. I am worried, what is someone else doing and how it can happen in OLX.

Further I get this message:
The phone number you're trying to use is already associated with another OLX account. You should log in the other account and log out from the current one....

I tried to sell my car with olxauto and i was promised the price of 2L and took all the personal documents from me for processing. When it came to releasing the finance, they are now quoting 30k less than agreed amount. Isn’t this purely cheating?

I made a payment to olx to make my ad featured and sell faster but just after I did payment in 6 min exact my account got ban no customer care no. Is working
