Hello! I am Ujjwal Lepcha, I have ordered items from this website about 7-times. I think I have ordered more than 15-thousand worth of items till now and I have received all the Orders till date. Though sometimes they take around 14-20 days, you will receive it. Just WhatsApp them or drop an email. Though my uncle is in Police but i have never complained to him even if sometimes it takes around 15-20 days to receive the Order. Just have patience and wait, you will receive your Orders. And I hardly see any good reviews here. The website is not fake or fraud. OMSI, do give me a discount for the review of you can, and of not than also it's fine as I am a satisfied Customer. Thanks a lot.

    Good evening,
    This is Dr Rethvi Tej, It is disheartening to type this mail being a Doctor myself. I have placed an order for Inj Immuvac on 29th October ( order No:2855554) with an e mail id rethvi.[protected]@gmail.com. I mailed the prescription as per your requirement on 2/11/2020, after two days, I received a reply saying that my prescription was rejected. Being a Doctor myself I asked for further clarification on why it was rejected. Its been 5 days no response on Chat or calls, and absolutely no response on mail. Its been more than 15 days that I placed an order. All that I request now is to refund my money if you are not interested in processing it further. I suggest you not to collect money before hand if you are not committed towards healthy business. Hope I reply to this.

      I ordered a cream prescribed by my dermatologist which wasn't available even in leading online sites.

      Now they asked for prescription, so I told the doctor name etc. But they refused to provide me the cream. The thing is that they might not have it in the stock.

      Now when I asked for refund they are telling it will cost 100 plus 25%gst or something.WHEN THEY HAVEN'T SHIPPED ANY PRODUCT. Such a fraudulent site. Kindly ban their online service.

      My order id is 2855759. I ordered a cream prescribed by my dermatologist which wasn't available even in leading online sites.

        This company is not delivering the product even after making the payment online and sending the reminder emails multiple times. Customer care is very ineffective and they cannot address or resolve the issue. They neither refund the amount paid for the order.

          I had visited on osmi.in website and order medicine.. while selecting and processing for payment no prescription asked on website.. so I order medicine and online payment done.. Order no:- 2834427 which was placed on 13 March but still no update or call from osmi about my product.. I enquired order on whatsup and then I mailed to osmi and ask for order and delivery ..No solution was given.. then after 3 month I raised for refund but till now I didn’t get proper response and refund Also Today it’s 15 October 2020 .. I want 100% refund... very bad service.. don’t cheat customers and fraud us ... shutdown your website.. If you can give proper services

              While i requested for the change of medicine the shop golden spring charged me illogically and said 12 % gst i have to bear and also they showed 12% discount to be debited which originally they did not give.

              I am also attaching another medical shop invoice where i changed medicine and they gave me full refund against my new purchase and nothing they deducted.

              I need action for golden spring situated at kolkata and attaching their invoice and other shop invoice for your ready ref

                I have ordered on omsi for presens medical vaporizer & steam inhaler otc 016 (#om020154) at rs 1046 and have paid the full amount at ordering time. I have got acknowledgement for the payment. Even after a week the product did not arrive, on enquiring with omsi they demanded that i pay an extra amount of rs.1454, which is 143 % more than the original price. They are now saying the product price is rs 2500.

                Their website says that prices are 99% accurate in which case the increase could be only 1%. But after paying full amount, they have increased the price by more than 100%. This is outright cheating

                  I don't know why OMSI kept asking the prescription after ordering two products of "Sebamed Clear Face Deep Cleaning Facial Toner". Trying to replace the products with other Sebamed product. Even threatening me that they will charge me if I want to cancel the order by more than 30% of the payment. Please guide me to solve this issue.

After that they said the seller was asking for more money hence send extra money as well. But till now I didn't receive any input from them on Shipment. Very annoying company.

                    This is my second complaint against omsi.in but now this isn't fair to costumer, you people are doing fraud business, everyone says so. I've tolerate so many times because of you fraud people...
                    Though i've already sent you a prescription pepper but also u people didn't replied me. It's been a several days waiting for my order. If i'd known about this early i would've spend my money in this fraud website.

                    Therefore please kindly deliver my order or else be prepared for answering inside court.

                      On August 5 2020 I ordered medicine worth rs 4011.42 order I'd 2848789.
                      They asked for prescription. So I send it to their wats app no[protected].
                      They do not respond to any messages I send. They have not even send the order. They have even erase all the contacts from my emails.

                        I've ordered a some medicine on 09/09/2020 and after seeing all these negetive reviews i emailed them so many times to get information about my order but no response from their side so i called them also massage and whatsapp and till now not a single response. I'm continuously checking my e-mail hoping they replied but only disappointment. They even not allowing me to cancel the order.

                        Please reply me as soon as possible so i can take further step.
                        I hope this will be my first and last complaint.

                          Hello,

                          I had placed an order for medicine (Order: 2851843) on 10th september and received confirmation mail as well. (Please see screenshot attached) after paying rs.2905 upfront to deliver the medicine at my home.

                          However, i'm unable to track order on the website and not able to reach omsi on the numbers mentioned on the website: [protected]/[protected]. Numbers are either busy or disconnect the call and no reply on whatsapp as well.

                          Please refund the money if you can't deliver medicine and add features on your webpage to track orders.

                            Me: as per our telephonic communication you are not able to ship the product (Order # 2850111) yet so i want to cancel my order. Please refund my money back to the account.

                            Omsi: we want to inform you that the vendor arranged your product beneficiale capsules 15 at a new selling price of rs.180. So we can provide you 3 quantities in your paid amount kindly confirm soon.

                            Me: no i want refund.

                            Omsi: we want to inform you that as per our company policy. If you cancel
                            The order then we will refund your amount after the deduction of
                            Cancellation charge rs.100+5% from your paid amount. And we will refund you through paytm gateway. It will take 20 to 25 working days to reflect the amount kindly give confirmation for the refund process.

                            Me: why will you deduct money when you are unable to dispatch the product? It is your fault you should give money in penalty.
                            I will file a case in the consumer forum against you.
                            If you didn't had the product then why you accepted the order.

                            This is cheating that you take order of 6 at a price and then say we can send only 3 at that price. If you cancel then we will deduct 100 rupees because you are cancelling it. This is not going to work. 100 rupees is not a big amount for me but i will make sure you pay even more than that if you tried to play games with me.

                            I want my money back or courier receipt in case you have couriered the product.

                            Yes but where it is mentioned that you will take money and then say the product will cost 100% more. So either take it or get refund after deducting 100 rupees. This is a fraud and there are so many such complaint. This also happened when I followed up otherwise you guys might have not replied for a year.

                            Yours is a fraud company I even asked to give the money but then your representative asked me to confirm that I want you to deduct 100 rupees. If you are so sure with your policy being right then why you ask customer's confirmation on deduction of money.

                              These guys don't respond on any channel, calls or whatsapp. The messages are all seen but they don't reply, typical fraudster behaviour. I don't want the medicine anymore, i don't believe you guys with genuine medicine.

                                Please take action against omsi, they are fraud. I have order 2 medicines on july 29' 2020 and today is august 28'2020. I am continuously following up with them about when i will get my medicines, sometimes they say you will get soon sometimes they say that our vendors don not have the medicine stock then i asked to them that please refund my money so they say that we can not refund the money. If you want then only 30% percent you will get. My order id is 2848316 with the name of archana tiwari. There customer service is worst. The lady name deep and rythem they do not know how to talk with the customer. They are very rude.

                                      I ordered 500 ml sanitizer in online marketplace store india site order# 2843942, and its not delivered, when i inquired about the order by reaching their support email, they responded once and they can deliver only 100 ml sanitizer.

                                      I sent several remainder email to them but no response yet.
