Indiaplaza — Product not delivered

We had ordered the Jaipan Electric Food Chopper (order number I[protected]) on 7th February 2013. However, the product is still not delivered. The customer care is not lifting the phone even after holding for 10 minutes. When raising issue online through the website, there is no action taken. Please resolve the issue by cancelling the order and arranging for the refund.

Indianplaza (Chopper) — Does not work

This is an online buying site posing as the best site. I ordered a fruit & Vegetable chopper costing Rs 635 incl postage because other companies calling it Nicer Dicer etc were charging over Rs 1400. The thing did not work even once. Two complaints on their site did not elicit any responce at all.
Product shopping on indiaplaza.in was registered on 15th Sep 2010. The product id is IN[protected].
The product has still not been delivered. And worse, they don't even respond to tickets/complaints
filed. I have filed 2 tickets on 2-Oct and 4-Oct (CNT[protected] and CNT[protected]).
None of them have been answered.Every time I call on customer care, they say "It's shipped today". That has still not happened.
I don't know how to make them accountable.

I sincerely hope, some justice will be done through this forum.

I fully agree. I have a very bad experience with Indiaplaza. Product ordered was never supplied and no response to several tickets posted. This is certainly a fraudulent company and the govt must take action against this company before more people are cheated.

I made a order on 8th August, till date it hasn't been delivered. I have made calls to the customer care a few days before as per him I will get my product delivered in 4 business days. It is more then 8 business days now. Till date I haven't received my product. This is disgusting cant expect this. Moreover the customer care representative informed me that the product has been shipped back, when I asked for the tracking ID he denied for it.. when I try to check it online from the day I ordered it it shows the status in Transit. Now I am trying to call the customer care and they are now disconnecting the call.

Can somebody help me in this...?

Dear Sir,
I have purchased a Scandisk 8 gb pendrive from Indiaplaza.com on 5th of september 2011, order no. IN[protected].
Payment was immediately deducted from by bank account, after 5 days they confirmed that they received the payment.
These guys at indiaplaza dont ever reply to the mails unless and untill you call them and reaching them is pain it takes hours.
Finally after so much of calls they shipped my product through First Flight Couriers but till date i havent received my product. Even the courier company is like them they dont answer calls.
Can any one pls intervene as both of these companies dont care for customer satisfaction

This is completely unprofessional on your part, my order hasn't reached yet, its 3 months now.. i don't have words to say for the poor service that you have, your customer service number doesn't work, you guys have harassed me, now the only way out to deal with you guys is to sue you... not only for me.. but for all the consumers who are suffering because of your poor services, this is ridiculous, i would recommend all the people of India not to deal with this company... this is a fraud company.. trying to fool the people of India.

Do you have to say anything else team India Plaza about the wonderful service that you give to people.
I have ordered a HB headphone with mike compatible with laptop Order no IN[protected]. This entity is yet to get delivered even after a moth. I have tried calling customer care contact[protected] several times but got reply after 15 mins of "waiting" that we are unable to contact shipment department. I left with a promise of a call back within 2 hours for last 5 days.
I am ready to sacrifice my order value but I am giving heads up to fellow shopper to avoid indiaplaza.com for online shopping.

there is very poor customer satisfaction department...
My order no is:I[protected] Item: Instinct Men`S Polo Stripes T-Shirt - MK0671007 I have ordered it on 3rd october and payed Rs 399/-.But I did not get any satus through mail or sms about the shipment or delivery date.
