Hi,

This is with reference with Order #: I[protected] placed with Indiaplaza through the website Indiaplaza.com on Feb 2nd 2013. The item ordered is Samsung Metro Duos C3322. The item is expected to be shipped in 2-3 business days i.e. latest by Feb 6th 2013. I had called up the customer care on[protected] on Feb 7th 2013 and the response I got on this day was, ‘The item will be shipped max. by Monday, February 11, 2013’. In the meanwhile I had raised Online Query Ticket #: CNT[protected] on Feb 6th 2013 and again queried on Feb 12th 2013. Unfortunately, there was no response to this ticket and it is ‘Open’ till now. I tried reaching customer care on Feb 13th 2013 and the response I got is, ‘We are not operational due to maintenance, Sorry for the inconvenience caused’. This has been the case henceforth till today. I have never seen/ heard of a Customer care going down for maintenance for one week time.

I have received a mail on 17th February from customer care team that due to stock issues, order is cancelled and Refund will be processed in one business day. There has been no further response from anyone at Indiaplaza and the Customer Helpline number still says, 'We are not operational due to maintenance, Sorry for the inconvenience caused’.

Kindly refund the full amount of Rs 3150 within Friday, failing which I would go ahead with Legal proceedings against your company.

My order no. with India plaza is I[protected]
I placed the prepaid order and later when I realised that this co. is no good so cancelled the order . I was promised refund in 1 day. After a week I called and disconnected after being on hold for 25 minutes. Same thing happened next day. My emails have gone unanswered. They are cheap frauds.

    Indiaplaza — Did'nt get the device replacement

    I purchased the mobile Motorola ROKR E6 With 1 Year Manufacturer Warranty + Samsung Wep200 bluetooth online through indiaplaza.in and it costed me Rs 11, 500. They shiped it to me through TNT courier via consignment number[protected], but instead of sending me the above product, they sent me motorola ROKR E6 with Mars bluetooth which was not comitted from the company and which was faulty. Then I asked for replacement for the bluetooth. They took the bluetooth from me on 22nd of may, 2008 from ELBEE EXPRESS with the docket number[protected] and its three weeks I did'nt get it back, however their commitment was that it will be sent to me in 4 to 5 working days. I called them 20 times in this three weeks duration. Please help me.

      I ordered a couple of items from Indiaplaza on Feb 13th, 2013, and during the process of ordering, the transaction supposedly failed according to Indiaplaza. Therefore, I made the payment of Rs. 1009/- for the second time and Indiaplaza gave the message that the transaction was successful
      (Order No. I[protected]). However, I found later that my card was charged twice and I posted a ticket on the Indiaplaza website since their phone number listed did not work. I have not received any reply.

      The items ordered were supposed to be shipped in 2-3 days, but nothing has been shipped so far. These were gift items for a birthday and the birthday is long over. The status just says Ready to Ship for the last many days. If it is ready to ship, why has it not been shipped? There is no way to reach Indiaplaza over the phone as the number listed says they are closed for maintenance and nobody replies to the tickets I have posted on their site. If they were closed, they should not have let us order and say that the items will be shipped in 2-3 days. I would like my money back for the failed transaction and the products delivered immediately. This is one of the worst online services I have come across.

      Indiaplaza — Non delivery, non refund of goods

      Hi,
      A camera was ordered on December 31, it still has not been delivered - they refuse to specify what their refund policy is and keep asking for a few days more. I have emailed 5 different people so far, now they want another 3 days - will the camera work after having been kicked around for so long? This is not a pleasant experience, please think carefully before buying from them... it seems to be third time unlucky for me (Deathly Hallows and a mp3 player the first few times), this time the amount involved is also larger. And who does one complain to? There seems to be no complaint mechanism, they promise to call back and never do, and so far I have corresponded with five different people! I don't want delivery now, the camera may be dmaged, only a refund. This is turning out to be a very bad experience.

      I had ordered an item called Rakhi on 24/07/2009 to be delivered in USA (date of delivery - 4th August,2009).
      The order was not executed for reasons best know to them. Now I have sent numerous emails to their customer care and they always respond with standard reply we are investigating and will revert back to you.
      Now it is more than 45 days and till date neither have they been able to find out why the product was not delivered nor have they given me any refund.

      I have redeemed 4800 point of Manhattan Platinum credit from IndiaPlaza website, and ordered an item, almost a month back. My order no. is IN[protected] and still the ordered item it is not shipped to my address. I made several calls on[protected]/[protected] tel. no. to know the status but no one picks up the call.

      I dont know to whom i should raise the conern as no one from IndiaPlazas is reachable. Can anyone please help on this??

      Indiaplaza — Product Part Missing from box

      I have received a Nokia 5233 mobile phone from Indiaplaza on 24th September 2011. After opening the box I found that there is no headset as it was mentioned in the box. So I lodged a complain at the website, but till date nothing has been done to solve the problem. Now they are even stopped answering the complains.

        I have placed order for Induction Cooktop, Order No. : I[protected] on 7th Feb. 2013, and the expected delivery was 15th Feb. 2013.
        when checked after 15th Feb, customer care no. is on IVR with Non Operational message. ticket no. CNT[protected] was also raised.

        Till Now there is no response from indiaplaza, trying to call customer care no. every day, the same NON-OPERATIONAL message.
        I'm fed up with the service of IndiaPlaza.

            I have ordered NOKIA LUMIA 820 smartphone on Feb 02, 2013 and till now they have not delivered the phone. Their maximum delivery time is 7 days, but no response or not bothered even after 3 weeks.                   i ordered 3 chocolates for Rs.660 on 12 Feb afternoon.
                  The payment was debitted from my online account through eBIL/[protected]CH
                  But the indiaplaza account showed pending payment!
                  I contacted tehm and registered a ticket no: CNTW[protected] for order no: I[protected] .
                  However after 2 and a half days, neither has the money refunded to my account nor have they even communicated back once!
                  This is a pathetic site and bunch thieves...... they should be banned and sued enmass!
                  Pathetic thieves!

                    I had ordered a hard disk on 20th Jan 2013 as I needed it urgently and it still has not shipped. I have emailed them several times, but there is no response from them. Called them up thrice kept me waiting for about 20 minutes each time and promised me each time that the item would be shipped by today. But everytime, when I look at their online system, I get a message saying sorry we could not ship it due to some reasons and you item would be shipped on xxx date.

                    I am thinking of registering a police complain against them. Has anyone done this earlier as I see a lot of people have faced the same issue. Do let me know.
                    I guess we will have to raise this issue with police..

                        I booked a teddy bear with order no. I[protected] on 4th Feb. I purchased it from mumbai and asked India plaza to ship the order to delhi for my friend's birthday. these item was supposed to be shipped in 3 working days so i paid for the product online via my debit card. I also received a confirmation mail from India plaza for the same. Next morning, on 5th Feb when i checked the status of my product, it said "assigned to vendor". till now it says assigned to vendor. money is deducted from my account but the product is not even shipped yet. i raised a ticket with ticket no. CNT[protected] as well on 7th February for the same and for that i got below market reply back:


                        "Thanks for reaching out to us. We received your request (ticket number - CNT[protected]) on 07-Feb-2013. The details of your query is mentioned below. If there's any discrepancy, please do update the ticket. Our customer care representative has started working on your request and will revert back to you shortly."

                        whenever I tried to call on their customer care no.[protected], the reply i got every time was "all our customer service executive are busy, you are caller no. 13". i also did a wait for 15mins on the same call once but till i reached to caller no. 2, the call got disconnected automatically, and this is what happens every time. now when i try to raise another ticket, it just says, "pls login to continue", even though when i am logged in.

                        I have left no hopes now that i will even receive my product. I hope Consumer court forum to take some action against these frauds

                          I had ordered an item in the month of January 2013. (2 pressure cookers). I have still not get the item. Had raised three tickets.ticket no:

                          No reply at all !

                          It tells me the expected shipping date is 07 feb and today is 13th feb.

                          What a worst customer service. ! I call them daily , but all the time the number is busy or it makes us wait for half an hour then too the call gets cut.

                          I have raised a birthday gift order through bsbazaar.com through website.The amount was Rs.1944.I work from the United Kingdom. I was given a delivery date of 8th October.But it was not delivered. When i contacted the customer care, they updated me that the item is not yet shipped. And they keep on saying just sorries and they are nto able to give me a date when this will be delivered. THis is totally unacceptable. What s the point of gifitng after the bday is over.                             order status same since the above date ...promised delivery time 4-5 working days.... wen i call up customer care no1 picks the call up... wen i raise a ticket ..no1 replies back......what should i do........ previously also they did the same to me and they oni cancelled the order after 1 month........ m fed up of this site

                              After placing order no one from the concern has called.

                              Not even updated the status of my product

                              I called many times to your tolled number after being 1 hr in the line it hasn't connected.

                              Very poor customer support from theri end.

                              My Order Id no: I[protected] not even shipped till now.

                              Calls never connect to the customer support. Every time i have to wait for more than 30mins after connecting to customer care he handles the issue very worstly.

                                Hello Sir/Mam,
                                I ordered a Instinct blue solid chambray men's casual shirt from indiaplaza on 20th January 2013 having order id I[protected].I paid rs.699/-through netbanking.I purchase for Medium size shirt having chest 40 inches but the shirt sent to me had chest size of 44 inches so i returned the shirt for refund by DTDC couriers which cost me rs.95/-.They received the product on 2nd February but there has been no action taken by them in regards of my refund.I called many times & every time customer care agent says that i'll get a response today surely but i get no response from them neither on phone nor on my compaint ticket number i.e.,CNT[protected].I have spent more than rs.60 just on calls.They have "no question ask return policy" and they also refund the courier charges of the customers who return the product but i have not got any of the refund till.
                                I request you to please help me regarding this issue.

                                CASUAL SHIRTS — CLOTHING

                                I SEND THIS COMPLAINT DUE TO I HAVE SHOPPED A WHILE WITH YOUR CLOTHING STORES AND SPEND A LOT . BUT IT SEEMS WITH 4 SHIRTS I BOUGHT LAST FALL THE ARMS HAVE TOTALY WORN RIGHT OUT IN A MATTER OF ABOUT 7 MONTHS I JUST NOTICED IT ON THE LAST SHIKRT TODAY BEING 6/11/12 AND THIS I FIND A VERY POOR MADE QUALITY SHIRT(S) THE PANTS AND ANYTHING ELSE HAVE ALL BEEN FINE.
                                ONE OTHER PROBLEM I FOUND IS WHEN A PURCHASE WAS DONE HOW THE CTELLER REMOVES THE SECURITY CLIP FROM THE CLOTHING BUT POBLY THE WRONG ONE, I FOUND FOR MONTHS WHEN WALKING THROUGH OTHER STORES THERE SECURIY STST.
                                WOULD GO OFF AS TO ME WALKING THROUGH AND GOT STOPPED AND SEARCHED GOD NOWS HOW MANY TIMES YOUR STORE CLERKS NEED TO MAKE SURE THEY REMOVE THESE PROPERLY WERE IT TOOK ME 5 MONTHS TO RUN ACROSS THIS LITTLE WHITE BAR INSIDE THE SHIRTS I REMOVED HOPING IT WOULD SOLVE THE PTOBLEM AND DID ,SO I WENT THROUGH ALL THE PANTS AND ANY CLOTHES I BOUHHT WITH YOU AND SOLVED THE MATTER .
                                BUT MY MAIN CONCERN IS THE SHIRTS FOR A COMPANY WITH THE NAME YOU HAVE YOU HAVE TO MAKE A BETTER QUAILTY SO THIS DOSE NOT OCCUR SPECIALLY AT AROUND 55.CDN A SHIRT BECAUSES IT PISSES ME OFF FOR THE MONEY I SPEND ON THSES SHIRTS AND DID NOT LAST EVEN 1 YR.

                                    I had ordered an Callmate 360 Degree Rotatable Leather Case For Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 / P5100.
                                    The same was delivered to me on 25th january 2013. The very next day i had called the customer service (to return the product) on[protected], wherein they informed me to put a mail / ticket and my problem will be solved. Till today 1st Feb 2013 i have made 4 calls (these calls are very difficult as the waiting time period to connect to a customer service executive is around 15 mins minimum).

                                    The quality of the product is really not as expected, hence want to return the product. For the same i had mailed them 3 times asking them the procedure. Everytime i mailed they promised to reply by 28th Jan, 30th Jan and 31st jan. Still not a single call nor a mail from them.

                                    Kindly help to solve this issue at the earliest.

                                      I had been dealing with IndiaPlaza since more than an year and had received goods on time, but this time I had a very bad experience and facing a very bad response. I had ordered a nebulizer for my grandmother 15 days back but no delivery has happend and the worse part is their customer care team. No body picks the call even after a melodious tune flows for 30 minutes. I don’t know how to contact them and even cancel it. This was an emergency medical equipment and was needed in time, but no delivery has happend. I had made numerous calls but I can hear only an automated voice for 30 minutes or more but no body assists the call. I swear that I'll never ever now deal with IndiaPlaza.
