      I have booked a nokia lumia 800 mobile for Rs.18990 from indiaplaza on 5/1/2013. The delivery mentioned in the website was 3 days,
      But till date i have not got any information on the same. They keep on constantly rescheduling the delivery dates without any information. i have raised 3 tickets and none has been replied with concrete statements.
      Their customer care is pathetic. we need to wait for half an hour to speak with a person which is intolerable.
      I had finally tried to cancel the order but again there is no reply from their end.
      I would like to take this to the notice of Indiaplaza management to resolve it.

      Unfortunately, at certain times we find ourselves unable to procure items due to its non availability in our warehouse or with vendor partners. We did try to source the item from various suppliers. Unfortunately, we are forced to cancel the item due to non availability.

        I had placed an order with indiaplaza they didn't deliver it in time hence i cancelled the order from them however there is no sign of refund from them

        It's my suggestion to all citibank credit card holders to not redeem their reward point with indiaplaza as it's a non sense company I wonder how a bank
        like Citi bank is dealing with such a cheap company

        It's a request from a customer Citi bank please don't deal with this company
        This is worst online site...never dare to buy at indiaplza.com ...no response for emails and calls also...waste of follow up...no procedure for escalation...totally fraud site...

          The online store INDIAPLZA seems to act fraudulently to customers, sending item different from the ordered one, and not refunding the the amount paid when the wrong item is returned.

          1. I have ordered for a bluetooth handsfree, as per their description in the web site of INDIAPLAZA.. But the item they sent me, against my order No. I [protected], was a different item, not suiting to the description in the site. I informed tem about the wrong item i received. they asked me to send the item back and they would replace with right item. so, i sent the item back. But they send the same item back to me in a new packing. Again i contacted them for the right item. This time Indiaplaza told me they don't have the item i ordered and told me they would refund the money.
          2. I sent the back the item through First flight courier on[protected], vide courier receipt no H 28711628 dated[protected]. It was confirmed, though telephone, IndiaPlaza received the item on[protected].
          3. I have been contacting indiaplaza since[protected], But they have not cancelled my order and refunded the amount so far. They are not responding to my e amil or complaints i have registered in their site. My complaints to them is shown as OPEN, without any action. Complaint Nos-

          This is worst online site...never dare to buy at indiaplza.com ...no response for emails and calls also...waste of follow up...no procedure for escalation...totally fraud site...

            On 01 december 2012 I ordered online a .Dell inspiron 1525 6cell battery from Indiaplaza.Com and made the payment through netbanking.The order number is i[protected].
            In their website it was stated that the ordered product would be shipped in 5 days.Since then 1 month have passed but till now they did not deliver the product.
            I have sent several email to the customer care dept.but as of yet I did not get any satisfactory response.
            There is one person named Srikanth in customer support,India plaza who sent 2-3 messages to me but it was completely false and misleading.They are just making baseless and worthless excuses.Indiaplaza is the biggest online fraudulent store.
            There is a general message from the CEO K.Vaitheeswaran in their website that if there is any problem then contact me directly so I sent 3 messages to him but he does not have the slightest manners,courtesy or humanity to respond to even one of my message.They are just duping and looting the people.I like to appeal to the shoppers to avoid and stay away from the biggest cheater and fraud online store ..             Indiaplaza — Non delivery of orders - blatant lies

            I had booked 2 books on IndiaPlaza on 27th Feb 2008. The status was updated to 'shipped' immediately on the next day. However, till date I have not received the order. Everyday I call customer care, and the response is either - 'will ship by evening' or 'will receive in 2 - 3 days'. Alas, those 3 days never came. Worst, I wrote a letter to Indiaplaza, only for the customer care to blatanly lie on his reply - saying that I have already received the package - back on 7th March! When on 7th, 8th, 11th of March, they have said 'it will ship soon'. These guys are nothing but crooks - I am not sure how I can get my money back. I do not what came upon me to purchase from them, when everywhere I read bad reviews about them. I thought, they maybe few, but this is the hard truth. Thiefs and liars, I am not going down without a fight on a Rs 2000 worth of order which promised 3 day shipping!

            IndiaPlaza.in — Ordered an item and near about 2 months passed. Still not delivered

            I ordered a item motorola motofone f3 worth rs. 999 on 23rd March 2008 on online shopping website portal www.indiaplaza.in

            But i received a defective piece and so i contacted their customer care and i was told to send back that defective piece through courier to them and I did the same and then they placed a replacement order on 9th April 2008 with order no. [protected].

            But today is 17th may 2008 and till now I have not received the product.

            I called many times to their customer care and also wrote many mails. Every time they told me that product will be sent today or tommorrow or in few days.

            But they crossed limits. when i called them on 17th of April 2008 the customer care executive told me that the product will be shipped on 20th or 21st April 2008.
            But when I checked the status on 20th april 2008 in my account on their website it showed that product was shipped on 10th April 2008.

            Now how is it possible..if executive on 17th april 2008 says it would be shipped on 20th april 2008 then how can the status be shiped on 10th april 2008.
            This is totally fake.
            Again when I called them again after few days on the phone the customer care executive told me that they are in contact with vendor and will ship the product in few days.

            But in total 56 Days have passed after I placed my original order on their online website.
            Still I am not getting any positive answer from them.

            The customer Care representatives have a standard line of reply-" We will get in touch with the concerned department and get back to you within two days"

            Please help me in this concern.
            Kindly tell me what next step I should do.

            Indiaplaza — Not working DVD's

            I have purchased DVD's from INDIAPLAZA which are not working as these DVD's are encoded to play in USA & Euope. Then How can they sell these products not meant for indian market to India.
            They have cheated me. Now after so many complaints they are saying that return the products and no talk of any refund. I can't trust these ppl

            Indiaplaza — Product not shipped after canceling order money not refunded

            Hi

            ist of all don't buy any thing from Indiaplaza.in & its associated comp.

            1) I ordered (order[protected] on 7th July just within one hour they have given a date 14th July of shippment(once shipping date is give you can't cancel order)

            2. On 14th i asked status? they told me product is not in stock delay of 2-3days

            3) after 3 day i asked for status they have given a new date 22nd July

            4) on 23rd I called them asked status they gave same excuse and ask for 2 days

            5) on 25th I asked status they told a new date 27th July..

            6) on 28th they told same story & gave new date.. I asked to cancel my order.

            7) I got a mail of cancellation of order & after 2 hours I got one more mail that delay in shipping

            8) on 30th they told 2-3 days to cancel order & 7-8days to refund

            9) on2Aug they offer a date of 4th Aug to cancel the order

            10) on 4th Aug they offered a new date of cancellation order.


            They never gave a straight answer when some one is calling on their order..
            when some I asked to get a call back every time they told one story, "sir, you cell was not reachable"

            I talked to consumer court, in next week I am going to put my complaint there as per consume court I have to write to MD of Indiaplaza.. that I have done, I sent a "registered post" by Indian postal department.
            I have to wait for one week to get answer.. if no answer I can approach Consumer court.

            Go to all other I'll say do't buy any thing from Indiaplaza & it's other sites

            IndiaPlaza.com — non delivery of rakhi and mithai to New York

            I placed an order for delivery to my son in New York on 26th July2009.I had to pay through my nose for a rakhi and 500gms of Ladoos.Yet the package has not reached my son.When I wrote to Indiaplaza, they kept putting me off for days, saying that they were waiting for info.everytime I wrote, they would promise to respond in 2-3 working days and not do anything till i wrote to them again.
            Ultimately they said that the order had been returned.Why it was returned is not clear and no effort was made to re deliver or to refund my money.Things are at a standstill now.They have not replied to my last mail and they just do not mention a refund.

            Indiaplaza — Delayed Delivery/ Not Transparent

            Beware! When you buy from IndiaPlaza, they dont mention upfront, when they will deliver. Their delivery is beyond a week. Other websites like Rediff Shopping and Flipkart are much much better.
            That K Vaitheeswaran is a liar/ a cheat and a core . There are dozens of complaints about his site but moronic maniac wont improve his service or close down the portal. is playing on patience of indian customers...thanks to weak consumer laws.

            Indiaplaza — No delivery of Purchase

            I purchased a mobile (Sony Erricssion C 903) from IndiaPlaza on 6th August by making online payment through net banking. My order no is IN[protected]. As per the the claim by the company the order was suppose to be dispatched latest by 13th August 2010. However the website keep on showing the order pending for despatch. I raised a complain on the website (as there is no other option to contact them over the phone) about the issue. However I have not received any response from the Company.

            Now the strange thing is that there is no contact no's given on the website of the Company. So as per then they can not be contacted through any other medium other than written complain on website (to which I have not received any response so far.).
            A contact no which I found through google search remains unanswered.
            Now I am left at the mercy of the seller to contact me!
            India plaza are a pathetic shopping portal . they dont deliver, dont refund your money and dont respond to your complaints. It is an online scam portal

            I am a Standard Chartered Manhattan Platinum Credit Card holder. I deeply regret to inform you that I have ordered a mobile phone through Indiaplaza on 29th Sep but till now no status update to me. Still status is showing ready for ship .

            I redeemed my SCB reward points at Indiaplaza site and placed an order(order number is "IN[protected]"). Still now i didn't receive the product. I have sent so many mails to them till they are not responding to the mail. I also filled up their customer support feedback form(Ticket No. CNT[protected]), but no response from their end. I made so many calls to them they are not picking up or else am getting an voice stating that "All our customer support executives are busy at the moment, attending other customers, please wait......." nealy half an hour i wait for their response but no use. I made a call more than thrice like this.I don't know what to do? I had redeemed more than 10000 points.
            Does any one read these complaints and take appropriate action against the incorrect party?

            I had shopped from indiaplaza.in during on 1st November 2010 for Diwali Gifts to be sent to US and the terms of condition included that it will be delivered on 5th or my money would be refunded. But it has been 10 days and the items i selected were not delivered on 5th and on 10th wrong items were delivered to the destination.

            Hi..

            I purchased a Nikon Coolpix S220 camera from www.indiaplaza.in on November 1, 2010 (Order Number :IN[protected] ) which costs Rs 4989.00. It has been 40+ days and i haven't seen any kind of action from them. I tried to contact them on their customer care number[protected], for which never gets a response. I have raised 2 tickets, for both an executive (Agent ID : Vathsala) has replied and responded like it will be delivered in 10 days. I have really got fed up with this and i feel like being cheated. Please advise me what i can do further.

            I had placed an order for a Sandwich Maker from India Plaza by utilizing my reward points on my Citibank credit card. The order (No.- IN[protected]) was placed on 29th Dec'10 and on the site they declared that the product would be delivered in 5 days.
            Till today (27th Jan'11), I am yet to hear from them on the product. I had called them, raised tickets on their site but all of them to no avail.

            Indiaplaza — Received only half of ordered items

            I had ordered two books from IndiaPlaza on April 13 2011, Order No IN[protected]. I have got delivery of only one book. The most amazing part is I have raised 3 tickets on their website and not a single reply. Probably they ran out of stock as I see from other complaints, but do not even have the courtesy of replying back to any queries/complaints. They are probably getting more complaints than orders :-)
            Probably a better idea is to boycott such websites in the future.

            I ordered for deep massager (order no:IN[protected]) on May 3,2011. I have send them queries. It is in ready to ship status but not recieved till now. I have no communication from them.             Indiaplaza.com Shopping website — Defective Products Delivered

            Hi,

            I have ordered Rakhi hampers from Indiaplaza.com website few days back. The hamper includes Rakhi, roli-chawal, Kaju Katli(250 gms), I ordered 2 same products, one for my bhaiya and another one for my father. They delivered the products but the sweets (Kaju katli) present in the product were completely stale and also the rakhi was broken, the product cost was Rs 399/- each. I raised complaint ticket on their website but received no response yet for the same.

            Indiaplaza — Sent wrong books

            On 9th Sep, i ordered 4 books from www.indiaplaza.in. After i made the order, noticed that a book qty was wrongly updated. Instead of 1, it was 2. So to prevent wrong order, i immediately opened a ticket stating that i wrongly ordered the same book twice. Hence i requested them to send me other book which has same cost.

            After raising the ticket, it was stated that the problem would be rectified in 1 working day (i.e by 10th sep). Next day i checked, but the ticket was not closed. So i immediately called their customer care number. I was put on hold for 20 min, i finally i spoke with a person and he promised me to cancel that book and send other book.

            Next day i checked the ticket, the problem was not solved. So i again called the customer care. Again i was put on hold for 20 min. Finally a person promised me to cancel the order immediately.

            After 2 days, today i got the books. To my horror, i got two copies of the same book. I called the customer care immediately. Again 20 minutes delay and a person mentioned that they raised the issue with concerned department, But they didn't take any action. Such an irresponsible answer he gave. Now i end up with the 2 copies of the same book.

            Few years back indiaplaza website is very good and they are very communicative. Nowadays they are making lots of mistakes. It is better to avoid this website for online purchases.


            I just noticed, still my ticket is open. Nobody is cared to rectify the issue.

            This is regarding order number I[protected] for Phillips Panini Maker at India Plaza. I had placed the order on 31st August 2012. This was supposed to be delivered in 7 business days. I have not received the item till date and when i call customer service i do not get proper response. The website still shows "ready to ship". When i called customer service today they said there is some problem at the vendors end and it cannot be shipped. I then requested for the order to be cancelled, which they bluntly denied and said it is not possible at this stage. This is nothing but cheating customers. I need this item to be gifted to someone and if Indiaplaza is unable to deliver i will buy it from elsewhere. I need to cancel this order asap as i do not intend to shop on Indiaplaza anymore.             Indiaplaza — non-delivery of item

            On 01 December 2012 I ordered online a .Dell inspiron 1525 6cell battery - y823g from Indiaplaza.Com and made the payment Rs.2536 through netbanking.The order number is i[protected].
            In their website it was stated that the ordered item would be shipped in 5 days but since then 26 days have passed but till now they did not deliver the item..Whenever i try to contact them they just give Unsatisfactory response.
            There is a person named Srikanth in Customer Support,india plaza who sent 2-3 messages to me but it was completely false and misleading.They are just making baseless and worthless excuses.It seems that indiaplaza is a very big online fraudulent store.
            And there is a so called CEO, K.Vaitheeswaran who have posted a message the Indiaplaza website that if there is any problem then contact me directly through email so I sent 3 messages to him but he does not have the slightest courtesy or manners to respond to even one of my email.
            Indiaplaza is the biggest fraud and cheater online shopping store.
            Today i have sent another message to the Customer Care and the so called inefficient and non-performing CEO, K.Vaitheeswaran to cancel my order and refund the payment.

              I am currently working in Jalalabad, Afghanistan. India Plaza cheated me low cost item (saree), I had purched an online saree which costs Rs. 8910 (Latest Design Pure Georgette Silk Saree Blouse 412... ) however they gave me a saree costing about Rs.2000 with no silk in it with also with worst packing with no company address or phone or anything on it. My order No. is[protected]. I gave a complaint regarding it. But they just close it out without taking action. On the same day I also ordered a earphone with speaker till date nothing on that also. Their phone service is also worst. one times in 100 after the extension some one will receive but will put it on music hold and disappear.
              My ticket no for complaint are (1) CNT[protected] (2) CNT[protected] (3) CNT[protected]. I am wishing the Consumer Complaint Forum will take a strict action on it.
              My house is in Karwar, Karnataka and my Spouse received the item. She is pregnant and was waiting for the item to arrive to wear it for Christmas, on seeing the bogus item arrived she was totally depressed.

I have ordered the product 3gslide7334 tablet from india plaza as per their listing the product has 4400 mAh Battery capacity also before placing order i have contacted by phone and email regarding the battery capacity.I was told same thing that the product have 4400 mAh Battery Capacity.After their mail I have placed order when I got the product I found to battery capacity of 3100 mAh .i have filed complaint regarding this via complaint no.                   The Fasos shoe ordered on 20th Nov-2012 is still in ready to ship status.
                  And Indiaplaza.in promises to ship product in 2-3 business days on their sites.
                  But in actual it is not true.
                  My shipment order is I[protected].

                  Indiaplaza — Faulty product sent and not cancelling order

                  I ordered a NIKON Coolpix L18 8.0MP DigiCam + 2GB Card+ Pouch+ BATTERY CHARGER from Indiaplaza, order number was #[protected] on January 31, 2009. They sent me faulty product in which camera is making a grrrrrrr kind of noise when macro mode is on. I called their customer care and informed about that, they picked up the faulty product and assured me that it will be serviced and will be returned back.

                  Here my concern is when the product was faulty since the starting onwards, why they are servicing it and not the replacing it.

                  Anyway as they promised, they returned it back but took long time. I received the camera but I was shocked to see that the same camera was returned to me without doing anything (fault was as it is). I again contacted Indiaplaza to look into it. They again picked-up the product and again retured the same faulty piece. This has happened 3 times till now and I have faulty product with me. I asked them to cancel the order and returned my full money then they replied me that product is covered under vendor warranty, hence the item can only be serviced and shipped back to me (order cannot be cancelled).

                  It's almost 6 months now but still the product is not good for me.

                  One thing I want to add here that when I purchased this product some scheme was going on for cash back as gift vouchers and I have not even used them coz of faulty product. Just want to cancel this order and my money refunded (without deducting the Gift Voucher value)

                    I received the consignment on 1st of nov 2012
                    the product ordered was "inpro sauna bath (a complete home spa) s26"

                    This shipment had following issues
                    1. Couple of items missing from the box
                    2. The box was not looking like a new one,rather, the box was totally damaged and brown tape was put across everywhere on the box to make sure that it is packed tightly.
                    3. The product looks like a used one

                    I raised complaint immediately on 1st of nov and till today, I am waiting for information on this from indiaplaza

                    IndiaPlaza.com — Delivery of defective product and its non-replacement

                    Ordered a Black and Decker steam iron that was delivered on 02 March 2009. It was a defective product and the complaint was immediately lodged with Indiaplaza and after repeated e-mails, the product was finally picked up for replacement on 18 March 2009. Today is 24 May 2009 and I am still awaiting the replacement. The customer care number that is given in the website does not exist and every e-mail is replied by asking a couple of days time.

                    IndiaPlaza.com — non-replacement of the defective product

                    I purchased a Black & Decker steam iron from indiaplaza.com by paying Rs 1700/- + Rs 150/- as shipping charges. The product was delivered to me on 03 March 2009 and it was packed in a box stuffed with broken pieces of thermocol. It was not a proper packing that would have been done by a reputed company like Black & Decker. I immediately wrote the e-mail to Indiaplaza and they agreed to pick up the defective product and replace it with the new one. The product was finally picked up on 18 March after repeated e-mails. Till date I have been writing to them about the status of the replacement but I have received only the false promises. Each of my mail is replied by asking a couple of days time.

                      Through Indiaplaza online shopping website, I ordered a shipment (order no I[protected]) for a coffee mug "Love your brother" on 10th Nov 2012. After booking, I got a mail confirming "Love your brother" mug but in My Account section I found "Love your sister" mug was booked. So I immediately cancelled the order on 10th Nov 2012. I also wrote a complain about it with ticket number (CNT[protected]). Despite all this, they didn't cancelled my order and delivered the mug to my address on 19 Nov 2012 with BlueDart courier. Courier man charged me 29 extra as octroi charge whereas product shipping was free.

                          i had ordered 4 books from this website and all i had is problems. I had ordered 4 Agatha Christie novels and when i received them i saw that these were comic novels and not original novels. i spoke to them and one of the supervisors promised a call back but i never received any and so when i call back again the next agent says that there are no details and so raises the complaint mentioned above. Not only this i had ordered a jeans earlier and i had ordered size 34 but received size 36 and so when i call they apologize and tell me that there are no pick up services in hyd, strange but they can sell products in hyd so i return it and they take their own sweet time to credit the amt back to the prepaid account and now i have ordered again and the things have not yet been shipped, frustrating. Moreover i had also ordered a kadhai and it was mentioned on the website that the spatulas and scrubbers were to be delivered and i did not receive them, so i have to lodge a complaint again and then they ship it to me separately. Not only this i have had problems with all the orders almost that i have placed with india plaza and my experience is simply frustrating, they never seem to fulfill their commitments and get things right. Overall the website is way below the standard of the likes of myntra, jabong and flipkart. I am a very frustrated customer and pledge never to order anything from them again. So i would also recommend others to stop making any purchases from this website.

                            I Have received the order in a timely manner. In the box, the MRP is showing as Rs.180 (Incl all Tax). But indiaplaza.com have charged Rs. 385 from me. It’s more than double of printed price.

I have talked to them number of times and dropped them series of mails and tickets. But it is yet to be resolved. Indiaplaza.com is suppose to refund me Rs. 205/- which has been charged extra or give me another toy whose MRP is approx Rs. 200/-. They are not even responding to my complain. I have share different links with them where it shows the same product is available from other site at Rs. 180/-. Even indiaplaza.com is selling the same product from a different link at a price of Rs. 210/-.

                              I Have a placed an order for cake worth 515 from the site gifttoindiaplaza.com on 28 Sep to bagalkot for my sister, according to there site bagalkot is in List B and they said that they will deliver within two days for the List B cities. But Till now it was not recieved, they provide two numbers as a customer care but they will never lift the phone or respond to our emails.                                 I am facing a similar situation here. Order number-GTIP 2499. Same website. These guys are fraud. Should be behind bars especially the one who is taking(not taking) these calls at all these numbers.

                                  I have ordered one micromax mobile on 01.09.12 and paid the full amount online. In the Indiaplaza website it was displayed that the product will be delivered in 3 days. Till 5th they have not informed anything about the shipment of the product. Thereafter I raised a complaint ticket vide No.CNT[protected] for which they replied that it will be shipped on 12th. But again on 12th, when I enquired, it was informed to me that it will be dlivered by 14th. Today, on 15th, when I enquired further, no answer is coming up from their end.

                                  This is sheer waste of time and invitation of incalled trouble. Indiaplaza seems a fruad company, bogus character, unfriendly attitude etc. READERS Please do not buy any product from Indiaplaza.

                                    On 28-Aug-2012 i have ordered 2 items(Order nos : I[protected],I[protected]) from India plaza .The order has not yet reached to me. I have enquired about this by logging tickets too(Ticket id is PH[protected] and CNT[protected]).I got no response .I called customer support too ,but still they didn't ship my orders.

                                      I have purchased a SONY EX Monitor Headphones MDR-EX60LP from Indiaplaza site on 26-Aug-2012(order No:I[protected]). The product claims that the delivery will be done 7 business days. But still the product has not been shipped. No promising answeres from Customer Care. A Consumer law according to 'Consumer Protection Act' says that the if the prepaid goods are not delivered within the committed time from the Vendor, the Vendor is liable to pay the compensation or deliver the product as soon as possible. I dont know whether they are aware of this law for customer satisfaction.

                                      This will be my last purchase in IndiaPlaza.

                                        Hi,

                                        I had order LaOpala Diva 6 pcs Cup and Saucer (http://www.indiaplaza.com/laopala-diva-6-pcs-cup-and-saucer-set-appliances-app1... online. But I was very disappointed with the below points:

                                        1. Over Charging: When I checked price in Market, it was Rs. 250 to 350 Max in retails but online they are charging Rs. 545 + Rs. 59 (My mistake, that I didn't checked market first). So they are over charging a lot online.

                                        2. Local Tax extra: I have to pay local tax (Octroi) of Rs. 50 at the time of delivery. This is not acceptable. I have to pay Rs. 59 for delivery and also Rs. 50 as local tax. They should clearly mention that Local taxes will be extra at the time of delivery.

                                        3. Received broken piece: I received the one cup as broken that I came to know once I opened the packing. When I called IndiaPlaza I got different answer when calling multiple times. First time they told me that they will replace the whole package. Second time when I called I was told that I will get only one piece replaced. I told them I don't need any replacement because then unnecessarily I have to pay local tax again, so I asked them if I can get the money back, but again surprisingly they told that I can but only for once piece worth and it will be credited to my account of IndiaPlaza and I can but a product again with that money again. This is most useless way of giving money back. Already I had enough of this website by overcharging, paying local tax, calling them 5 times for damaged product. So I asked them not to credit any money and close all my relationship with them.

                                        Lesson's learn:
                                        1. Compare price from local store before buying online
                                        2. Ask how much local tax did I have to pay, before ordering
                                        3. What is the replacement policy (It should be cash back, I mean cash not points credit back to your online account)

                                        Indiaplaza — Overcharging for the order

                                        Indiaplaza had advertised that if a customer buys book club membership, they will give minimum 25% discount on all books purchased. I bought the bookclub membership on 25.07 and placed an order after 4 days. While placing an order, I was shown the prices with 25% discount but after making final payment, I realised that they had not given me the 25% discount. I sent a complaint to them on 04.08 and they responded that my book club membership has not been activated in their system (though I have a mail from them dated 25.07 that my book club membership has been activated)

                                        I sent them another mail stating the same and asking if they will refund the excess amount charged but they refused to do the same. I sent them another mail with proof of the membership being active from 25.07 but they have not sent me any response after that even after 15 days.

                                        I am really appalled that instead of rendering an apology for overcharging me or giving me an explanation after proper investigation, I was sent a very rude and response inspite of being a customer for around 10 years from their early days.
