[Resolved]  Infibeam.com — PRODUCT NOT DELIVERED

I have Placed an oredr Micromax Q5 Mobile through http://www.infibeam.com/mobiles/make/micromax.html Online shopping.

order placed on 24-FEB-2010. order confirmation no :7501839. i have paid the Hole money for the product. still i didn't get the product. many time i have talked to their customer support Executive Mr.Muktha she is saying they had shiped the product on 25-Feb-2010 Via Decan360 Courier.
The congingment no:[protected] .
she is saying they are not responble. same time infibeam is not ready to Return the money.

i wanto to take the legal action . please help me.

dude u just need a pen n paper n a very nominal fee ( i think must not be more than 200 inr to initiate a legal action against the company ) the matter will be tackeld in days . try it
i have won a few cases against insurance companies who are big giants in the field

i forgot to mention that it has to be filed in ur distt consumer forum in the secretariat in ur city. simple

i ordered sun direct DTH setup box from infibeam.com,i place the order on 19/04/2011 but the ship after more than 25 days to i mentioned address via aramax via st courier service.(4/05/2011 received date)
i received only the sun direct activation card only, but i not receive sun direct DTH and setup box.
than i come to know they only ship activation card through courier office.

i contact customer care they not responsible to call and email. so many time i spoke with customer care hey not give proper answer to me.

i recevied mail paste below.pls take acton to receive my order properly

Infibeam is a piece if . They have the most pathetic customer care in the country. They shipped me a faulty mobile which went bad in two days and now the mobile is lying with the company for the last 35 days and they are saying we dont have any update on its its reshipment. I have mailed them a dozen of times and called more than 20 times but they say we cant do anything you take any action you want.

The consumer complaint filing process is not that easy (no legal proceeding is easy in India for a common man) and you need to submit it proper formats with required annexures (i had tried it last month the information is from the distt consumer forum in chandigarh, but i will retry it soon since the time period limit is 3 years) and the distt court fee is Rs. 100 (and further 200 at state commission if the case goes up).

My order number no 12416867 was not delivered since from 25 days, when i asked customer care they tell, we sent product, due to courier problem it was late, they telling to wait..how long we have to wait
