Complete different shirts received where as in facebook company advertising attractive coloured shirts. I called on cust care no & the computer noted my complaint & no one contacted since last 2 days. Plz help me to return the thing & recovery of my money. I received this message from company after booking.

Pictures of advertising & delivery product is added. Plz have a look for genunity.

Dear ss patnaik your order no cin1086717 has been delivered by xpressbees with tracking code[protected] and will be delivered 5-7 days.

It's a fake company. Should be blacklisted.

Complaint about the bad quality of 5 shirts combo, they took my complain but now no response at all... On mentioned numbers..

3 days past... Now moving to consumer court.
When we make call to the customer support they play a automatic voice after picking the phone up.

This is an open fraud and cheating
The total amount taken was 999+100=1099
You should not promise fake items to customers..

I myself is a law graduate and it will not take any fee burden while going to court.. You should better be aware...
Still there is time to, return the money and take back your bad product...

Hello sir,

I have received the london brand shirts two days back (24th july 2017). But i have not received the color and size i chosen for the shirts.
I have chosen color as green check shirts, black check shirts, etc. But i have received yellow, blue, white, color check shirts which i do not like.
Now i am calling them from 2 days but i am not able to connect the call. An auto generated message is coming like there is no agent available to receive your call.
Please help me on this issue.
