Hi! I am an oriflame consultant from8 months. I place my order through paytm and we receive the products from udyog kendra, gr. Noida, dist. Gautam budh nagar u. P. 201306 branch, i placed an individual order. I cleared the invoice online. When i received the courier it was perfectly packed, but when i opened it the received 2 short item (Eye blue pencil code no. 31558) against above said inv. No[protected]which was delivered on 09.02.19 through courier. Packet was fully sealed. And there was nothing mentioned on the invoice as well. I complained to the breceived 2 short item (Eye blue pencil code no. 31558) against above said inv. No[protected] which was delivered on 09.02.19 through courier. Packet was fully sealed. Out they didnt help me and not received any response from company when i called up yesterday on costumer care number [protected] which person was on call answered me un professional way and replied that the weight has matched according to them and no products are missing. It is really annoying and shameful that a company like oriflame doesnt have a proper system, which could track the delivery of product. We pay in advance and expect the products and do not have any proof that we have not received all the products. I will be thankful to you if anyone can help me out on this.. लगातार चार महीने तक complaint खरने बाबजूद आज दिनांक ०१/०७/२०१९ को parcel company की तरफ से आया है । वो भी पूरा नहीं आया है। जहाँ two products missing थे उनमें एक ही मिला है। आप लोगों को मुर्ख बनाना बंद करे। कृपया मेरा rest product भेजने का कष्ट करें। लोगों का मानसिक उत्पीड़न करना बंद करें

    I use many product of oriflame ...no doubt product is good but the product novage kit spoiled my face totally...it was consulted properly.but the seller is not Ready to accept the complain and take responsibility but yes it's not reacted suddenly but by continuing using it affected badly and I m suffering from its side effects.and still company is saying may be you are not using it properly etc etc excuse but not ready to accept, seller is saying to buy another product.even the seller had seen continuing good effect and ready to take credit but when it turns into side effect they are not ready. I can proove it medically.

I ought to receive 14 products but received only 12.My consultant number is 8351313. This complaint of mine should wake up the concerned authorities and clear up the mess as soon as possible.

        One of your oriflame distributor parminder kaur residing in kolkatta sold her wellness shake to me. Before payment she use to message me every day and force me to buy the product when i done the payment she damn not bothered to deliver on time. It's been a month and still i didn't gt my parcel when i asked for refund she stopped answering my calls and messages. Her intention was jst to receive the payment from me. Really disgusting. How they can fool a people like this. And she lied a lot to me. Her messages are saved in my mobile.

          This is aarti shaha and i am the consultant of oriflame my consultant no is 8153577.
          I have placed order in today in the morning date 7th january 2019 monday and payment done by paytm of ₹3316/ at 10:48am.
          But there system is showing order is cancelled.. So my request to give my order on time i don't want money i want my order which is already paid
          My complaint is about payment done then also my order is cancelled from there end.

            It got expired before the expiry date. If i apply it gives irritation and itching on the skin now and different kind of leather comes out after applying. This has happend 2-3 months ago. But cannot find right place to lodge a complaint. I have liked the product initially but now when i am facing all this problem on such an expensive product, i am highly dissatisfied. Please look into the matter as soon as possible.

              Oriflame consultants are selling products more than mrp. Also, they ask to pay via paytm before and then stop responding to calls and messages.

              I have paid a consultant named priya arora (I can share phone number) who after the payment is not even bother to pick up the call and respond. They have a team and they all are befooling by selling the products more then mrp. I enquired for the capsules and shake combo which they quote me for rs 4800 and then when i checked on the site it was worth 4399 and the same case is for so many products.. They ask us to pay in advance and then start ignoring.

              This matter should be taken seriously as these girls are befooling..

                Hello,

                I am mahesh kadtan, i am getting daily 30-40 call from unknown number on my personal mobile number about oriflame product inquiry.

                When i ask one of the caller from where you have got my number so he told it is located at oriflame web page, you can also search on google with keyword "oriflame cosmetics chennai" and yes, indeed it is showing my number there.

                You can also search in google with keyword "oriflame cosmetics chennai" you will also see my personal number [protected] number there.

                I had complain 2-3 times about the same on contactcenter. [protected]@oriflame.com but no positive response.

                I am frustrated now, i do not know where to complain. I am fade up with this.


                Request you to please help me to raise complain and resolve this issue asap.

                      There is no price on the one high impact eye pencil because of this customers don't want to purchase this products they all are thinking that this is made in china not a branded product. If there is any solution for suggesting to customer then tell me or please improve this mistake.                         I didn't received one of my order for and registered a complaint about it. However, they just tallied the weight and said its not missing. I share the picture of the box in which i received the product and told them to verify from the courier service actual weight of the product delivered and compare it to their weight measurement. No body is there is help.
                        The claim id is[protected] and placed the order on 1st june 2018.
                        The amount of product missing was 700rs, but its not about money its about trust. Oriflame says make money sells product and in other hand don't give complete product, then how can i commit to someone based on the service oriflame has provided.

                          The nail polish remover of the one brand seems to be of bad quality. Every time i use it, my skins becomes yellowish and cracks appear on the skin exposed to the remover. I have tried the nail paint remover of other companies but nothing of this sort happens. Please look into this issue. My hands skin becomes so bad after using it that even the biometric machine at my office which recognises my thumb can't read it.

                              These charges are levied by them in case we are not available to receive the parcel.

                              I have already paid these charges in the month of december with my order amount.

                              This time also, while placing the order, they are levying the same charges. When asked they copy paste the same story again.

                              I as a customer dont know how many time do i have to pay these charges but they as a customer care executive also dont know the same..

                              They just know how to levy it rest they dont have any information

                              They dont even bother to check the records before replying to email

                              I found this oriflame customer care totally useless and uncoperative

                              I regret why did i took the consultancy of oriflame

                              Half of the times we face issue while adding the product then on payment page & remaining half is spent with non trained customer care

                              There is really no one who can provide you amicable resolution

                                I ordered some items as i am a member of oriflame. But when i received the products two nail paints were missing of good amount. When i brought this notice to the concerned authorities, they took 2 weeks and at the end told me that they have no shortage of product at their end and the wait has been tallied.
                                So what does it mean either i am lying or products simply vanished?? Harry potter right??

                                  Please tell me are oriflame lipsticks lead free? I am having at least 20 lipsticks of different different ranges of oriflame. My friend told me to do a ring test of all shades. She told me after tubing a gold ring on swatch of lipstick if it turns black in shade it means it contain lead which is a cancer causing agent. I tested few of them and it turned little black please tell me if all oriflame lipsticks contain lead. I will never purchase again.

                                    I joined oriflame for personal use but got interested in gaining maximum benefits after knowing about their welcome program. However, the person who sponsored me fooled me and is taking that benefit too. The most disappointing part is that the customer care is not helping at all. She asked my password initially only by saying that it is required to guide me. But then placed order without asking me and took the benefit. It is so disheartening to see such corrupt people associated with this brand. And a woman taking advantage of another woman for few bucks. I don't even know that password change would help me in any way now. What's the point of earning points if someone else going to take all the benefits and nobody will be held accountable for the fraud.

                                      We ordered 2 quantities of "giordani gold age defying compact foundation" from oriflame website under offer for rs.958/- on 4th july 2017. On the products delivered, date of manufacturing was 14th july 2014 and packing date was nov'2015 and no expiry was printed on product. Since all cosmetics have expiry of 3 years (Specially foundations), we have returned products, but oriflame is denying to return & refund the same with reason, product is valid till 2018. Please note no month is specified when they say expiry date is 2018.

                                      While selling products under offers they should clearly specify they are selling very old manufactured products which will be expired within 4-5 months.
                                      They should stop fooling customers.

                                      Hi. I have faced the same issue while purchasing Oriflame products. The manufacturing date of the products is 21/07/2014 and the date of purchase is 04/08/2017. Many products which I have purchased from special discount section are expired. Here some product are been imported to India which have reached the expiry limit. Because in foreign countries there will face th fall in their reputation so they are importing such products to India.
                                      I think such strategies for gaining maximum profits should be avoided by a multinational company like Oriflame.
                                      When I cme to the checkout I pay payment by the paytm . my paytm money will be cut bt order not placed
                                      I am a dealer in oriflame company and my seniour SPO Ashmita (Valsad) has return wrong number which is [protected] insteed of [protected]

                                      Kindly look after the mistakes of number.

                                        I had purchased ritu kumars wallet to gift it to my sister. But she said jus after using it once the material of the inner wallet started to peel off. I had talked to my consultant abt it bt she said it cudnt be exchanged now as time has lapsed but the wallet was used only after one month of purchase so how could i return within a month and i believe oriflame is all abt genuinity and such products effects the goodwill and trust.. Looking forward for ur positive response. Thank u in advance

                                        Hello sir, I have issues with optimal even out all products, I had apply all protocol of treatment like cleanser, toner, eye cream... In 3-4 days n I feel patches n dead skin spots in my different area of my face, near my one eye n round area of my mouth, after read this plz give me reply as soon I feel pain in my patches n dead skin.
