Sir; i have message for change of my ortel broadband scheme to odisha standard plan on dated 7.9.2016 at about 8.40 am, but some one call to my mobile number at about 9.50 am and told that i am rahul kumar sharma and working in the ortel office at bhubaneswar, odisha, please give your 16 digit atm card number, i will update your new package plan, sir, due to ignorance and lack of knowledge i have given my debit atm card number and that fraud person withdrawal my rs.24000/-. sir i want to clarifay some points -
1) how the other person know about my message detail.
2) his mobile number is - [protected]
3) name shows as rahul kumar sharma
4) mobile sim location shown as bihar, jharkhanda telecommunication

Sir, please inquiry the matter and phone me how, other person knows all the matter and help me regarding this matter.
