I had invested rs 50000/- in your scheme (Plots) on 31/03/2011, registration no: u[protected] and s. No. 0231497 (Payment plan no - c3-039-7 yrs., plot size 1000 sq. Yd. Agency code [protected], agency unit code: [protected]. Now the agency unit is shut down and cannot be traced. Pls let me know the status and my fate of payment and when will i get the promised agreement amount of rs 100000.00/- (Expected value of land at the end of the agreement period 30/03/2018. The company was collected the money from us by asure of repayment in in time and issued the agreement but now the customer office are closed so unable to submit the claim form the amount and i was worked as a field associate in the company and deposited the amount by collected from friends and relatives now they are demanding to repayment it is difficult to manage kindly help us

But as the news of misappropriation of fund came and sebi taking the charge of it we stopped further investment and were promised to recieve our investments but till now nothing happened. I am making this complaint on behalf of smt tija devi w/o late sri lallan sahani, vill-hariharnath tola kaptanganj kushinagar (Up).
Sir mrs tija devi invested rs. 30000 for two plots of 300 sq yd at the rate of 15000 each. The registration numbers are u[protected] dated 09/06/2009 & u[protected] dated 09/06/2009.
Sir mrs tija devi is going through the tough times and needs the money back.
It is therefore requested to kindly settle the issue and pay back the money to mrs tija devi.

Sir, i have one policy your pacl india company, and this policy was expire on 25th august 2015. So i requested to you kindly policy agreement returning money please and information to respective branch or my contact no.
Policy registration no u[protected] date on
25th february 2010. And also i enacted policy image.

We have invested around 10k in pacl limited in the year 2012 and in another policy a total of 600 rupees per month for 5 years in the year 2011. So totally it's 2 different polices all these were invested in the kundapura city and expected it be beneficial around the year 2016, but unfortunately we didn't get back even a single rupee, not even the investment is back this is really disgusting and unfair, as we have decided to make up this issue by heading towards any of the consumer court within this month.

Sir, i was registered for getting plots and it was booked by me from your csc name: vellore, no.11, new katpadi road, 2nd floor, vellore, tamil nadu in s. No. Ae07b 4234905, issued on 12/07/2011, and issued registration letter by your pacl india ltd., vide registration no. U[protected], 12/07/2011 payment plan no.11-028 & term of 5 years 6 months, to an amount of rs.22, 500/- for 450 sq. Yd, mode of payment ipp, period of q, expiry date of agreement on 12/01/2017, first receipt no. F3416839, dt.12/2011 by the agency code:[protected] in agency unit code[protected], days of payment of installment 12th day of october, january, april, july every year. But your company not satisfying and failure for registering the plot and also i could not able to pay the amount regularly. At present i am very much struggling for running my family, so please cancel my above said plot agreement and kindly pay the balance amount as early as possible immediately. I would expect your favourable reply.
