I am "rahul kumar kirti". I have opened an account with company named "pacl india limited". After completion of policy agreement a tried to contact contact company brach office to take maturity amount but pacl india limited branch of "civil line, allahabad, utter pradesh" is continuously close and i am keep waiting and frustrated. Please refund my money as soon as possible.

I am a pacl agent and collected money from other investors also and deposited the money in pacl policies, all the policies are matured now, when we asked senior persons last year, they told that there is a sc decision saying "sebi has taken responsibility to refund the month within 3 months". But still now we have not got any intimation to submit our policies for refund. Because some people are facing the critical condition problems, and also so many peoples are investing there money.

Kindly help to get our refund at the earliest...

A recurring monthly deposit for plot registration no,[protected] of Rs.550 per month was done from 15/01/2010 to 15/01/2016 for the period of 05 years through agent [protected] in PACL INDIA LIMITED registered office at Delhi., But after getting matured, the amount is still hold with the company.Please arrange to do needful as to refund the all matured and deposited amount.

Dear sir,
I have taken an insurance policy from pacl india limited, abulane, meerut on[protected] on name of mohd. Tahir, jahangirabad, uttar pradesh. I have submitted rs. 12500 as fees for one year.
But later i came to know that the company is a fraudulent company and it closes its branch office from meerut.
But the amount of rs. 12500, i submitted is not still refunded to me.

I am n. Nagarajan (Agency code [protected]). I was working in pacl and also as a agent. This company is being banned by sebi. Am not paying any money and also am not working currently. While i was working, i made 90 persons to join and also 4 agents.

Based on this, the people's file the case as against me in the police station and as well as in grama panchayat.

I am getting lot o[censored]nwanted calls, am physically and mentally depressed and frustrated because of this organization. My humble request, pl tell me the correct solutions and remedies to come out from this. Am so so grateful to u. I swear i never ever cheated any one.
