I am mogili. Rallabandi, i have invested my money in pacl india, my registration number is: u[protected], i have claimed for my amount on : 13/11/2015, but later when i went for withdrawal i came to know that they did the fraud, i am from a middle class family where in i have to manage lot many things, please kindly go through this and take necessary action against those cheaters revert back my money back. I had joined monthly investment plan in you PACL INDIA LIMITED on 30/12/2009. I have deposited monthly installment amount for Rs.480/- in 55 months without delay. The policy maturity time period we can’t able to contact PACL employee. While going to verify local PACL office, which is closed. Till date i haven't received any money. The policy details are as follows:

The employees were told you get the money within 3 months. When i call to the company after 2 months not response. After i went to visit the office that was closed. Please refund my money.

I had deposited amount and my all family members are deposited more than 5lacs amount too. Now i am unable to contact to pacl office and also not getting customer care support. The contact number are having out of coverage. So i request you to help me to take reverse this amount from pacl.Other wise please support how to put a crime case on this company.

But there offices are closed and on customer care no one responding
Please help me in getting my money recover from them

I visited their sites also and register a complaint also there, but there is no response from them

The amount which is receiveable from them is 60000/-

We have couple of investments in pacl which were registered 7 years back and they have matured in oct 2015. We have submitted all the required documents (Bond copies, last paid receipts, address proof, id proof, photograph, cancelled cheque, etc.). We have not received the payments or any information regarding the same. Would like to know the status of the payments.

I subscribed investment plan in PACL Ltd by subscribing every month rs.1000/- from oct 2009 till july 2014 for total investment amount of nearly rs.60000/-. I am unable to reach pacl ltd in chennai to get my refund. Pls help me to get me back by hard earned money as i am presently in financial constraints. Hence, I am approaching the forum to guide and help me to get my money back.
