Dear sir,

I am ganpat tukaram karande. I have invested rs.35100/- for 9 years & 0 months on 10th november 2010. And its maturity is completed on 10th november 2019. But till date i have not got any maturity amount from pancard club.
Maturity amount is - 105300/- only.

I am requesting you to resolve this problem as early as possible.

Payment not received

I had invested rs.10800/- in a holiday scheme. With promise of return rs.21600/- as mentioned in the attached document. It is due on 1july2020. But no intimation received from company pcl or its executive. Please help to get the matured amount.
One more certificate is attached which is the latest receipt i have, but after this also i have made payments and no receipts received. This is also required to be refunded with interest / maturity amount.

I was pursuaded by your marketing person having sr code: 586538 i. E. Ms. Darshana p. Jamsandekar with the company with handsome return on maturity. Hence, i had paid to the company a sum of rs. 100/- in cash towards administrative charges and rs. 35, 100/- for which receipt no. 1188848 of dated[protected] was issued to me by the company. Thereafter the certificate was issued by the company in respect of their new royal holiday scheme which had commenced on[protected] and was to mature on[protected] in the sum of rs. 105, 300/-. I did not avail any other facility from the company and hence entire amount was payable by them to me. However, on maturity, i approached the company as phones were not working and they refused to pay as already there was a case with sebi being recovery certificate no. 1020 of 2016 and that all records are taken over by them. However, no proof were provided to me thereof wherein order was said to have been passed on[protected].

To my information, sebi has not invited any claims from investors of the company and recovery and litigations are continuing. Be that as it may but company is liable to pay to me the maturity amount of rs. 105, 300/- as was due on[protected] and further interest @ 12% per annum for delayed period till payments are made. I am ready and willing to submit original receipt no. 1188848 dated[protected] and original certificate no. Folio cza-650 (No.[protected]-01088075, hence the prayer accordingly.

Hello team,
I have invested rs.10350 for around 3 years and there was my maturity after 9 months of completion of the policy i. E after 3 years of my policy i had paid but there is no response for my maturity amount, visited office around 5-6 times even their employee are not giving response to us.
We had paid our hardearned money from our monthly income.

I had invested rs.900/- & rs.3600/- on 30.04.2012 & 25.08.2011 respectively with pancard clubs ltd. (Cgi rgdn no. 11/105363) (Group company of panoramic world) vide folio no.[protected] & folio no.[protected], receipt no. Saw-082195, maturity date 30.04.2021 & 25.02.2017. Though the maturity date is over, i have not received any refund from the company. I have submitted the papers to their sawantwadi office way back. Sent emails to their corporate office, however, so far no results. The manager at sawantwadi office[protected]gives confusing answers and points his fingers at mumbai head office. The mumbai office[protected]is also not responding properly. None of my mails to customer.[protected]@panoramicworld. Biz has been replied to. Please help me to get my money back

I have not received my maturity amount till date, I have requested SEBI to take strict action on PAN Card Club & refund all investors money with delayed interest.

This is our hard earn money we all have to get it back so I humble request to SEBI & all Government Authorities to look in to this matter & help us to get our money back

No monthly interest paid to me since 2016. Hence total amounts is 5.5 lacs more or less. I am a75 years old ailing person needed money for the rest of life. I invested 4.08 lacs in january 2010 and was getting monthly interest. From 2016 after paying 3 month's interest pancards club stopped interest payment. Agent several times assured to get return my money. Now on maturity i want my money back with interest due so far.

I, kamal chintaman sawant (Pan no. Bnops3898a) had invested rs.15, 300/- in “pancard clubs - new royal holiday” scheme on 09/11/2010.

The maturity amount is rs.30, 600/- and the maturity date of the same was 09/02/2017.
On maturity, as required by the pan card ltd office i have submitted my original certificate, cancelled cheque (For neft), kyc documents (Pan & aadhar) duly signed by me with the office situated at vardhman estate, gokul nagar, thane (W) on 23/05/2017. (The office is closed down now)
