Pancard — non availability

I got an sms saying that the courier could not deliver my pancard for what so ever reason, I called up at the given no. gave my correct address 2 days back till today I have not received my pancard i was trying to call the given no. today for atleast half an hour its coming constantly busy I have sms ed the fact also even then there is no response, there are already 121 complaints there so I really don't know what to expect, very frustrating

I haven't received my pan card yet, when I enquired about it in post office by giving the speed post number(EA[protected]IN) in Guwahati, Beltola post offfice, once they said they haven't received any document regarding this, after some days again I went to post office for enquiry then they said they delivered it back to konkan bhavan. I am fully frustrated of this post office in beltola guwahati, they never deliver any items. Earlier they have lost my father's bank check book, I really want some action to be taken against the postal department.

I have submiited my application to change the dt of birth in my exisiting PAN CARD by online and sent all the required documents by courier to them. Alonwith the documents i sent the copy of PAN CARD and its allotment letter confiming my residence and communication address for their proof. Now they r asking residence proof again, which i got the affidavite from Indian Embassy in KUWAIT as i am staying with my family in kuwait.

I am not getting any response from them and whenever i tried to call to the tele no which is given on web site is alwasy on auto answering mode.

When I contacted UTIISL people they were saying that the PAN Card is despached on 04/08/2008 by UCP. The consignment/UCP . I checked here in the post office. They had not received it yet. Kindly do the needful because I am leaving from this place in next month. Hoping for a quick response.
My another complain is nobody is picking the phone in UTIISL office.

i gave to my id and document for the processing to make the pancard for uti office mhavir chauk muzaffarnagar branch.my pancard process complite and provide me pancard but in this card my date of barth is not correct the give DOB is 01/10/79 but right DOB is 04/10/79 please correct this detail and issuing new pancard with new right detail.as soon as possible.
