Dear sir,

I, applicant laxmi milan dave, reference to certificate folio no.[protected] dated 21/03/2012 and acknowledgment no.– 1018-01-ack44562 under above referred certificate folio number, i have invested my amount of rs.72000/- (Rs seventy two thousand only) in pancard clubs ltd. Under the scheme of relax holiday and received the certificate under the same scheme from the company, which got matured on 21/09/2017 and the maturity amount stands at rs.96000/- (Ninety six thousand only) is payable by the company. As required by the pan card ltd office i have submitted my original certificate, bank details (For neft), kyc documents duly signed by me with the branch office at goregaon (East), mumbai on 09/092017, and assured to repay the said maturity amount in the month of september 2017, but very sorry to say that, till date i have not received my maturity amount of rs.96000/- (Ninety six thousand only) which was invested in pan card club ltd. Under relax holiday scheme.in this regards, i requested thru email to [protected]@panoramicworld. Biz to refund my money at earliest and they assured me to refund my money at earliest by ecs, and provided me contact no for query in this regard, when i contacted on given no., no one neither pickup the phone nor responded me so i mailed 2 to 3 requisite letters to [protected]@panoramicworld. Biz, & [protected]@panoramicworld. Biz but very sorry to say that after assuring me no single reply by the pancard club ltd to my 2 to 3 mails. I hereby requesting your good self kindly look in to this matter and help me to get my matured amount of rs. 96000/- (Rs. Ninety six thousand only) with the appropriate rate of interest fix by the pan card club ltd. On delay payments of maturity amount, i hereby request your good self (On behalf of all investors who got cheated) to take necessary and strict action against the board of directors of pancard club ltd to refund the hard earn money.

Kindly inform you that i miss pragna g. Karbele have invested in insurance policy about 35000/- rupees and i have a reciept no. Brd-115593 in baroda branch. This was my last receipt on dated 27/05/2014. But still i don't have received any of insurance completed money to me. That all my invested amount was stop anywhere. So, please kindly give me that all amount of money which i invested with interest otherwise i have to taken strict decision for this. Please, do this needful

My name is smitha tayshete and i had submitted the form on 30/10/2018 for transfer of pf amount from pancard clubs to panoramic limited. Have visited the office twice for follow up but no response yet. Also the attitude of the employees is pathetic it looks like they are giving money from their own pocket. I had visited the pf office at bandra in the 1st week of dec and i was told that it will be done in next week however nothing done yet

I, ashok gobindram dingrani, had invested rs.5.400/ in scheme of delight holiday on 4-7-2011 under folio no.[protected] for 6 years and 3 months under their rceipt no. Tha 203841 and expiring on[protected]. I had submitted discharge form on[protected] under acknowledgement no.1029-01-ack52724 for refund of amount but till today i have not received any sort of correspondence for the refund of amount

I, jaya dingrani, had invested rs.50, 400/ on 4-7-2011 under delight holiday and folio no.[protected] of delight holiday and expiring on[protected] of tenure 6 years and 3 months under receipt no. Tha - 203837 and submitted discharge form under acknowledgement no.1029-01-ack52725 of dt.[protected], but till today there is no information of any sort. Please look into the matter and arrange for refund

I, Jaya Dingrani, had invested Rs.50500/ on 4-7-2017 under Delight Holiday vide Folio No.[protected] and I hoped I will good amount on maturity and submitted Discharge Form under Acknowledgement No.1029-01-ACK52725 dt.[protected]. Instead of getting my money back. there is NO word till today.and there is no information of any sort. Please look into the matter

I have paid rs. 10900/- to pancard clubs ltd by cheque in the month with a maturity period of 9 years. 9 years has been completed and we are not sure where to get the maturity amount. When we check with local sales/marketing person who introduces pancard clubs to us, he/she said we need to touch base with sebi.

I am not sure how to collect the amount. Please help me on this

I and my family members have invested rs. 265500/- in year 2011-12 [ 4 folios no's protected ] with divinne holiday & delight holiday schemes of pancard club ltd., [ central govt. Incorporation reg. No. 11/105363 ]
Investment is matured but maturity amount is not received to me. I kindly request you to please intervene in the matter and enable me to get my money back with interest due.

Need your help in getting my payment back which is pending since last 3 years. I have made these investments thinking for a better future but now it has made my life miserable.

Me and my family members were given soaring high promises and colorful pictures about guaranteed and high returns if we invested in pcl schemes. Accordingly all our family members; myself, my sister, my father and my mother have invested in it. The maturity amounts are respectively as follows :

Myself = 48000 inr
My sister = 3000 inr invested (Pcl didn't even send the certificate)
My father = 35100 inr
My mother = 13500 inr

The agent is not accepting the claim submission saying that pcl is not accepting the same and that we will be informed when pcl will accept claim forms. This has been going on from last 2 years almost. We are badly in need of this money. Please suggest steps which we should follow to get our money back. We will be grateful to any suggestions and feedback that might help us.

I have made an investment in pan card clubs approximately 6 years ago and the maturity is due next week. When i visited their office 2 days ago, i was informed that no one sits here and it will take time as many people have filed a complaint for the same. Please ensure i get my hard earned amount back at the earliest.

I had invested such a large amount from my savings.. There is no any response from pan card club. Is there any notification please let us know...

My mother invested around 36000 inr for 3 yrs and she was promised to return around the entire amount with the desirable interest after 5 years but after 6 years she have not been responded for which she has been in tremendous pressure for the past few weeks as it's a hard earned money.

We are unable to the status of this folio no. We try to call to customer care no but it is not available. We want to withdraw our amount.. Please cooprate to us.. How this folio no amount can be withdrawn.

I (Niti singh) have invested 1.5 lakh (My policy with my mother policy) of amount in pancard ltd maturity date is gone approx-met 2 years back but still i did not received single ruppess from company.
Visited number of time in branch but not getting proper answer... They said case is with sbi... But we are not getting any response... Please help me out of this... As per planed we invested but no in time we are getting... Please give update...

Under above referred certificate folio number, i have invested my amount of rs.51, 300/- (Rs fifty one thousand three hundred only) in your company under the scheme of relax holiday and received the certificate under the same scheme from the company, which got matured on 01st, december, 2015 and the maturity amount stands at rs.71, 820/- (Seventy one thousand eight hundred twenty only) is payable by the company.

Myself, some of my friends & relatives had invested in pcl. All the investments done for 3 years and 6 years were returned back on time with additional amounts as assured. Few of the investments done for 9 years are yet to be repaid back to us almost 2 years post maturity. Three of the investments are worth rs.35, 000 approx (On maturity the assured amount being over rs.1lac), other investment of rs.9, 000 approx (Rs.18, 000 approx was assured on maturity). These investments have been done by my near and dear ones.

Please let me know a way in which i can guide them to get back their monies. I have several other small investments that are yet to be refunded as the maturity date has already been met with. I am fine with taking the loss on the smaller amounts but i anyhow want the bigger investments to be repaid as mentioned above.
