As I am the old customer of PAN card club. I have invested previously which I have not got the refund.I request you to please look into the matter my full name is Ramchandra Waman Asolkar. I also have two family members I added in this scheme. Can you please look into it and let me know the status as soon as possible as I want to claim my amount at the earliest....

I don't have membership certificate only I have payment receipt
I pay 36100 for 39 months tenure so now I don't know the interest rate

While submitting the claim form, it is showing error as mandatory selection left out. But it pointed to identification number. However it was already filled and was not able to edit also. But still it is not allowing to submit the final claim form.

      Please let me know how I can make multiple claims of my family members on the same email ID and telephone number, after having made one claim.
      The same filled up form appears instead of a fresh blank form.

        Dear sir/mam,

        I submitted all the original documents at your office while receiving the cheque, but the cheque which I received it had been bounced, that's why I don't have membership certificate any it's copy or any other number also. So I can't claim.
        I am attaching the cheque copy for your information, from that please provide me membership certificate copy, so that I can claim and take my money....

                I deposited my maturity cheque to the company's office with bank details for NEFT but after so many years passed I can not able to find acknowledgement receipt or any other documents at present and it is also true that the company has all the records and I thought that the company will return my maturity amount through NEFT but now it is said by court to submit claim with valid proof. So, what can I do now. Please help

                      The company has given the website to submit claims. However, the initial OTP that is needed for proceeding with the form filling is not provided on the email-id so we cannot proceed as the form may be later rejected. Since the initial procedure needed that OTP received on email be put in so as to fill in the necessary details...
