      Dear Sir/Ma'am,
      Myself Shaista Eyrem d/o Mr. Shaukat Ahmad. I have applied for the lost pan card and make a payment of 107 rs. It says that I will get an application form through email which I have to fill and send it to the given address.
      But I didn't get any email from your side. Please help me regarding this as I need my PAN card urgently.

        I applied for expansion of my Surname 'G' to GURAJAPU and change of address enclosing full documentary proofs and paying₹107/- prescribed fee, on[protected]. In the meanwhile, it is informed that my Aadhar card is not active. But I verified it at UDAI and found that it is active and I immediately sent the screen shot of the status furnished by UDAI.
        I want to know the status of correction of my PAN card. Please kindly inform me.

              Hello team initially I have applied for pan card and entered all the details, while trying to do the payment the transaction got failed.

              So I had to do the process again by filling details and do the payment. Now I got my application generated twice. My two application I’d are
