I had applied for PAN card correction in IMD in foot, after that I had also paid a fee of ₹ 107, after that all the forms were done in the set at their address, still no reply has come yet under processing verification only show Doing I want my refund back or should I come in the form of a PAN card

    I gave my all documents through courier but this service takes no actions on my PAN CARD.Since so many many times I gave my documents and from this my money also wasted but this service didn't respond me about anything.This service done very unfair with me.Take strict actions on my complaint as soon as possible.I want justice or refund money of my PAN CARD or gave my PAN CARD quickly.

        Dear Concern,

        My application is stuck from past 20 days with the objection and i had contact the Customer care who does not care, they are habitual offenders sitting and processing the applications, after all the relevant documents and applications (Physical and Scanned photos and signature) submitted, the objection has not been removed.

        You have very inefficient resources been seated to process the application.

          I have applied for a spelling correction on my PAN application with Order ID : BH-[protected]LO. The application was rec'd on Sep 15, Subsequently i got an update that my application was they generated a coupon number and i should receive the updated PAN in 3-4 weeks.
          This email was misleading as they needed additional documentation. There is a big difference in needing extra documents vs PAN is generated and will be sent. When i emailed to PAN IND they replied saying that "We have already moved forward this application and application is under processing and E-pan will be generated within 7 to 10 working days, so please wait patiently" When i asked are you sure because online status says something else.

          That's when they confirmed that additional documentation is needed. From then on my ordeal began, its been almost 2 months that I submitted the additional documents and still there is no end to this. I have mailed periodically and every single time they ask me to be patient. I mean there is a turn around time for such things right? This whole process took over 4 months with no resolution in end. A lot of time got wasted in incorrect communication. Extremely poor service

                        The Annexure A along with the attesting officer's ID sent through Speed Post receipt no. EI[protected]IN on 29/11/2021 & the same has been delivered in their office on 01/12/2021, even then they are asking for the same (mail dated 09/12/2021 received from their support team).
                        My son's exam admit card is on hold for PAN Card submission.
                        Request to support & instruct the PanInd team to check the documents delivered in their office & process the application in a faster mode.
                        It is beyond understanding that the delivered envelope could not be found & opened in 10 days time.
                        The status of the application is still the same as "APPLICATION WITHHELD FOR PROCESSING. DOCUMENTS AWAITED FROM APPLICANT" from 26/11/2021.
                        Phone calld to their customer support are not getting connected. I have tried their both the number 21 times yesterday, but not able to contact.
                        Regularly following up the matter from more than a month still not getting any satisfactory reply.

                        Even after repeated reminders, no resolution to my complain. They are not even answering the calls. I have called multiple times to their both the numbers, numerous mails have been sent to them, but no reply has been received till now. The required documents have also been sent & delivered to their office, I have attached herewith the speed post tracking also. Which shows the delivery of documents to their office on 01/12/2021, still there is no resolution.

                        Again and again asking for the hard copy of Annexure A, which was already delivered to there office on 01/12/2021, even then they are asking for the same in their mail dated 14/12/2021, they could not even trace the delivered documents in 15 days time, calls to there helpline numbers are not getting connecting. Seems this is a fake company cheating the people in the name of Govoernment services.

                        No, my query has not been resolved till now. The PAN card application is still not processed. I have not received the PAN card. The status of the application is still the same as earlier - "APPLICATION WITHHELD FOR PROCESSING. DOCUMENTS AWAITED FROM APPLICANT.

                                I Pankaj Bajaj applied for duplicate Pan card in the name of my Son HArsh Bajaj, required fees paid in advance, signed application form with Photo & documents sent through speed post, then requirement for Annexure A was informed over mail after numerous follow up, no phone call was received, then we have sent the Annexure A attested by Gazetted officer along with ID copy of attesting officer through Speed Post. The speed post delivered to their office on 01/12/2021, thereafter there is no response, the application status is "Application withheld for Processing, Documents awaited from Applicant" No response over our call.
