I have applied for my pancard through panind website on 16 th Oct 2021 but I didn't received my pan card yet and there is no way to contact them ..I think this is the fake website .I need my refund for the same ..kindly help me out

    My name is Sasidhar. I have applied for PAN correction. I have posted the application, documents, annexure and gazetted officer id card copy.

    I have received the mail that I need to correct the Annexure form alone without initials before name. So I have corrected the Annexure form and posted along with Aadhar copy.

    Again I have received the mail and phone call that I need to send Application, documents and gazetted officer Id card copy only. So I have corrected the application and posted along with other related documents.

    Now again I received the mail that I need to send Annexure copy. How many times I will send the copies one by one. Why they are not saying to resend everything at once. I am doing this process for more than one month. I have sent everything in two post with all related documents correctly. So I wont resend again. I need corrected PAN.

      Sir, this complaint is with great sad and regret after applying for correction in your panin.com. This is to inform that I have applied for correction as above is the order id, since it almost 20 days but when ever tried checking my pan card it has not been corrected yet. The correction of Pan card was in earliest need but your company is taking tooo long, even I don't believed it will b further corrected by your company. I am feeling regret after relaying on your website for correction as my so many official uses of the pan card has been pending. Hope your pan in company is not looting innocents, harassing them.

                I have applied for correction of my name and my dad's name to my pan card and paid Rs.107/- 2 months back. But I did not know what all the documents to be forwarded so what I did is last week only I have forwarded my Xerox copy of PAN card, Xerox copy of Aadhar card, Xerox copy of my passport copy where my dad’s name is displayed along with the downloaded application form with photo. All the documents are signed by me. Then after I call PANIND contact number +[protected] and they confirmed that they requested me to forward the ANNEXURE-A IN ORIGINAL ATTESTED BY GAZETTED OFFICER along with OFFICE ID COPY OF ATTESTER. So I have approached one of the officer who works in ODF factory which belongs to central government. He is a GAZETTED OFFICER and he signed and affixed his seal and id number and location of his office on ANNEXURE-A format. But he refused to give me the Xerox copy of his ID card and he has mentioned on the ANNEXURE-A saying that his issuing authority will not agree and he told he will not give copy of ID card Xerox. So I was keeping on explaining the same to PANIND through mail [protected]@panind.com. But I was getting the same reply that I should provide ANNEXURE-A original copy along with attested by GAZETTED office along with Xerox copy of id card of the officer and this I cannot provide. So I request you to please forward me back the filled application form along with my photo, Xerox copy of my PAN CARD, Xerox copy of my Aadhar card, Xerox copy of my passport copy to my address which I have forwarded by DTDC also along with my amount of Rs.107/- I cannot forward ANNEXURE-A original document by DTDC because I have already spent around Rs.200/- for my earlier forwarded documents for DTDC. So if I forward the ANNEXURE-A document to you and again I have to pay Rs.200/- and if you reject after receiving the ANNEXURE-A saying I have not forwarded ID card Xerox copy. So I request you to please forward my documents for my safety and it’s not safe with you please.

                        My self Mr. Akshay Shejwal I am from Thane Maharashtra.
                        On 23rd of September I applied for my lost pan card through your website but still I am not getting my pan.
                        Your phone lines are always busy and I sent 2 to 3 mails regarding my pan but no reply form your side. My PAN APPLICATION CONFIRMATION. Order ID : AK-[protected]LO.

                                    I had filled the form for correction in pan card but when i saw that i want to post the documents to Delhi it was time consuming
                                    So i want to cancel my pan correction application

                                    Very rigid and worse process.
                                    I courier all documents
                                    Again they hold it and wants annexure.
                                    I also send annexure.
                                    Very bad response from their side.
                                    No call arrange.
                                    Only they take money online and mail everybody.

                                    They have no call centre to arrange a call.
