Dear sir.im a senior citizen and tax payer for mire than 40 years.this is the girst time I wanted to get a new pancard since the old one wasn't upto date.i wanted to update my address which requires only my bank statement which I have sent 30 mails plus twice by speed post eith hard copies. Thry shain wanted my aadhar copy which I sent 20 times.thry said thry will process the new pancard with new address.thrn sgsin ftom yesterday they wsnt my aadhar card to process.the only lucnae is that the aadhar card is in my old address snd I've requested them for change and have dubmitted my proof which they said eill be changed in 30 days of process time.please see that I get my new card immediately without further queries.thrir phone line is totally useless and even if by God's grace I get connected they talk In hindi to avoid my queries and dlam the phone dowwn

Complaint marked as Resolved They have not font anything after my complaint but going on asking my name without initials which is impossible. I want a new card dispatched to my new address they need nit change anything if they don't understand basics. Please educate them and help me get s new pan cwrd
