I Anita Devi have applied for pan card. My order no is [protected]N. The coupon no is generated on 7.02.2022. But when I check the status it shows that the application is incomplete. Please upload the scanned document. Please resolve the error.

      Hi, I would to share my experience with this company have applied through this portal after submitting all the documents there are asking me again even after submitting all the relevant documents. Customer support is the worst experience till now and I don't how long have to suffer from these people.

        I applied for PAN card change from minor to major, pan card ARQPM8122N order AN-[protected]CR Coupon number:G[protected]. However it shows that documents are not scanned. I don't understand since all the necessary documents were sent to your office and there is no online provision for scanning any documents

            I have requested to issue a PAN card as my existing card is damaged and I have submitted all required documents stated as per the application, but they are not accepting the DOB on my PAN card. They asked me to share my 10th class marks sheet as a proof, but they did not accept it also. I asked them to consider it for my DOB, they sent an email that they will send the PAN card as per the DOB on my Aadhar card (DOB on my aadhar card was incorrect). I get my aadhar update to correct DOB and sent them on 4th January 2022. Till now I did not get any response and when I inquire about the status, now again they are asking to send a clear Aadhar card copy. I don't know what are their requirements to issue my PAN card.

                    I have applied for Name Correction on PAN card from https://panind.com/
                    site. Since last few days the status is showing
                    "Application is incomplete. Please upload the documents (scanned images)"

                    Application Coupon number U - G[protected]

                    There is no way to upload the document in the site.

                    I am trying to connect there customer care number but no response from them.

                    I have paid 107 INR to process the application

                    Please complete the process or cancel it and refund my money

                          Even after your interference and asking them to change only the address thry are keeping my application pending and again asking my name without initials, which is higly impossible and inappropriate.
                          Please educate them and help me get my new card dispatched to my new address given to them vide my numerous mails thru [protected]@gmail.com..they need not change anything, my card is old that's why I went in for change.please look into this

                            Hello sir/medam
                            My name is kuchi yamini.i applied new pan[protected].but i didn't recieve the pan card yet.when I check my status with coupon number it shows application is inwarded.
                            Today I make a call to coustomer care of pan service members.they told your application is received.but you meet your agent and generate batch.
                            I didn't understand that when I check my pan status it shows application is inwarded, but customer service member told genrate batch with your agent.
                            Can you please solve my problem can I meet agent for generate batch.

                                Dear sir.im a senior citizen and tax payer for mire than 40 years.this is the girst time I wanted to get a new pancard since the old one wasn't upto date.i wanted to update my address which requires only my bank statement which I have sent 30 mails plus twice by speed post eith hard copies. Thry shain wanted my aadhar copy which I sent 20 times.thry said thry will process the new pancard with new address.thrn sgsin ftom yesterday they wsnt my aadhar card to process.the only lucnae is that the aadhar card is in my old address snd I've requested them for change and have dubmitted my proof which they said eill be changed in 30 days of process time.please see that I get my new card immediately without further queries.thrir phone line is totally useless and even if by God's grace I get connected they talk In hindi to avoid my queries and dlam the phone dowwn

                                They have not font anything after my complaint but going on asking my name without initials which is impossible.                                   I gave my all documents through courier but this service takes no actions on my PAN CARD.Since so many many times I'm following them but this service didn't respond me about anything. This service done very unfair with me.Take strict actions on my complaint as soon as possible.I want justice or refund money of my PAN CARD or gave my PAN CARD quickly.

I go to the panind website to fill application and paid amount 107 rupees to correct to my name. What ever I go to nsdl website to correct my name they will charged only 77 rupees the pan India charges is so high . I need to my refund my amount 107 rupees to original payment
