[Resolved]  Panind — regarding cancellation of pan card application

I applied for pancard mistakenly on 03/03/2020 so I want to cancel it they said that they will inform me on 12 hours but I had submitted my query but no one have replied yet.I want refund as soon as possible. I had paid Rs. 499 as the fees of company. Inspite that they had may take. Any action .Please get this problem resolved as soon as possible. This is our hard earned money and we don't want to waste it like this.

As requested, PAN Application amount has been refunded.

Request ID : [protected]. Amount Refunded : 499.00

Amount would be credited within 3-7 working days.

As per our records, we have never received any Refund requests from the Applicant so we could not have acted upon the same. There would not have been a complaint had the applicant directly approached the company related to any issues.

I have applied for pan card from this website. They charged me rs.499/-. But i found out that i can apply in nsdl and at rs.110. I have paid around rs.350/- extra. They charged me more so i want to cancel my application. And i need a refund. I have attached the payment confirmation. I have sent them an e-mail and inquiring about cancellation and refund and i only got an automated response asking me to wait. I just need to cancel and there no option to cancel at all!
I had submitted all the documents for name change in pan card to Panind.

But after 3 months when i asked for the update they are asking me to send the documents again..

I need the refund amount if they can not help update my pan card.

Please let me know what needs to be done.
I applied for the Pan Card, but I found my old Pan Card Please issue my refund.

Inconvenience caused is highly regretted. As you may be aware, Income Tax Department (ITD) has authorized only two entities viz., 1. NSDL e-Gov and 2. UTIITSL for providing PAN related services on its behalf. Further, NSDL e-Gov or ITD has not appointed PANIND.com nor provided any authorization for providing PAN related services. Kindly note that all the PAN related data is exclusively property of customers and ITD.
