Sir, i have applied for the pan card at your site and i have made the payment through debit card but i want to cancel the application because so some mistake in the name.
My order id is la-[protected]n.
Kindly see to it urgently and please refund my payment of rs 499/-. Your site is asking for hard copy of the application form for which it be easier for me to apply with agent and also donnot have enough time to go to speed post or to the courier serivice.
And i also got to know that nsdl site is doing it for lesser amount of money., hence nsdl will be more convenient and affordable for me.

Panind customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
When I called to customer service they didn't respond. When I mailed to them they even doesn't make any reply at all.i paid rupees 499 to apply pan card.but there is no response from that company. I want the refund of rupees 499
Near by cyber center tat try are doing pan card at the cost of 200 so I don't want to spend more money

    You are requested to refund the amount of 499 against order id: ma-[protected]n (Image attached)

    I applied pan card online from your wed site and paid the amount but after applying i came to know the amount your wedsite charged is way higher and i would like to cancel the same.

    Official sites for the pan are charging arround rs. 100.

      Hi I applied for PAN detail correction assuming its govt website and paid 499 rs and then got to know it's not the govt one. I sent and email to withdrawal my application and tried to even connect them but not possible to do two way communication.

        I have applied for pan card from this website. They charged me rs.499/-. But i found out that i can apply in nsdl and at rs.110. I have paid around rs.300/- extra. Even after charging this they have not checked the application well. Query came from department to provide full dob proof. But i don't have any other proof of dob. I have mailed to panind, inquiring about the further proceessing, but no reply yet. Now, my application is not going to be processed, i need to cancel my application. Also, they charged me more. And i need a refund of atleast rs. 300 which was excessly collected by them.. I just need to cancel and there no option to cancel at all!

        I just want to cancel my pan card application and want a refund of atleast extra amount of 300 ii paid.

          I had lost my pan card. To get a new one, i had applied online for a duplicate pan card with panind having application number ma-[protected]lo and paid online 499 rs for the same.

          I somehow found my lost pan card within 2-3 days of applying it. I hadn't sent the hard copy of the application along with the required proofs to panind to complete the process.

          I continuously requested panind through various modes (Calling, emailing) to cancel my application and refund back my money, but i didn't get any reply from their side which has irritated me a lot. I request you to kindly help me in getting my refund back.

            I applied for new pan card on january 13. Later i found out that there are only two websites which are authorized for providing pan services and are charging very less than compared to fees charged by panind.
            Reasons for filing complaint:
            1. Exorbitant fees.
            They charged me rs 499 where as i can avail same service for only rs 107 at nsdl portal.
            2. Unfavourable customer reviews.
            After searching for company reviews i found it better to immediately apply for cancellation and refund.
            3. No response from company to cancellation request mail.
            I mailed panind on january 16 to kindly cancel my order and initiate refund. They sent me one automated message in response of my mail.

            So i request panind to immediately take necessary actions to resolve this and pay me back my rs 499 as money really matters a lot!

              This is very frustrating situation with this company, i applied pan and send the couriers, its been 7 days since the courier has reached them, but still the status in the website is document yet to be recieved. I tried so many tomes to reach their customer care number with no use, it always gets disconnected. After charging 4 times more the expense of the work and making us only do all the work, this is a very unprofessional situation. If you can update or do the work please refund the amount and dont waste our time..

              its been more than a month since i have applied for pan card for my trust still no update and same status saying, documents under verification... i cant believe how google can allow a fraud company to run top place in a google search ad... i need my money back...

                This is with respect to the re-print application for a lost pan card - axxxxxxxq.
                I no longer need the said reprint. Hence requesting to do a complete refund of inr 500 which i have already paid.
                I have raised the query to [protected]@panind.com. On 5th of nov 2019. It's been almost 3 months now, apart from a single one line reply upon my follow up, nothing has come out of it.

                        Panind claims to have dispatched my pan card on the 8th. Jan. 2020.
                        However they have not told me which courier company they have sent it through.in spite of having a consignment number they have not mentioned the name of the courier company. This is useless unless they mention the name of the same as there are more than a thousands of courier companies.

                          I have successfully applied for the pan application on dated 19aug2019 and my orderid is ra-[protected]n. After that i have dispatch all the documents on 27 aug with speed post that was reach u on 30aug.
                          I have continuous follow up for same but for company say my application has already expired kindly apply again. Company not get document within 45 days therefore my application has expired.
                          Kindly help, company panind denies acceptance of speed post and also send the him speed post tacking no as a proof. Eu[protected]in.

                            I've applied for the pan card but came to know that they take a lot of time to give the pan card and also they are charing a lot of amounts, so i read the cancellation policy and in the policy, it is written that you can apply for cancellation within 3 days from the application.
                            I tried to contact the support mail of the pan ind but they are not replying back, also not picking my calls, can anyone help me out and suggest me how to take my refund back and cancel my application.

                            I've applied for the pan card from panind and after completing all the documents formalities and paying 500rs as well which i later came to know was way high you have not spoken back to me. Now it's been a month and still nothing has been done. You guys are fraud.
                            I was charged rs 500 for my pan card application whereas the fees was only rs 100 when i checked the official income tax site so the least i want is my application to be cancelled and a full refund of my fees i.e. rs 500 my order no. is TU-[protected]N

                              My pancard application number order id: sa-[protected]ix, payment id: [protected]
                              I reside in australia. I applied for pan card through panind. I completed the form with required identity documents by express post and sent it to panind.
                              There is no confirmation that they have received the application nor any communication as to how long it will take to process the application. Their phone numbers that are given in the form never works. I would like to get my pan card asap as i need it for government documentation. Appreciate if you could resolve this problem at the earliest
                              The application number and payment id is given in the beginning.

                                I got a call from Panind and asked me to share the customer id of HDFC bank so that they can transfer the money. But when I checked with HDFC, they said not to share any customer id to anyone as it is very internal to HDFC only. Not sure it was a real call or hacker one
                                From last 2 months i am requesting you for my refund and you are still ignoring my request.what rubbish is this.I need my refund as earlier as possible otherwise i will take strict action against you.
                                I did not know they are just partner of pan card so ordered pan card through them but they are charging Rs 499 and actual charges are just Rs 110. and infact we have to send document to them after taking print. What the hell is this

                                  I have applied for pan card from this website. They charged me rs.499/-. But i found out that i can apply in nsdl and at rs.110. I have paid around rs.300/- extra. They charged me more so i want to cancel my application. And i need a refund. I have attached the payment confirmation. I have sent them an e-mail and inquiring about cancellation and refund and i only got an automated response asking me to wait. I just need to cancel and there no option to cancel at all!

                                  I just want to cancel my pan card application and want a refund of the full amount i paid.
                                  Panind customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                  Inconvenience caused is highly regretted. As you may be aware, Income Tax Department (ITD) has authorized only two entities viz., 1. NSDL e-Gov and 2. UTIITSL for providing PAN related services on its behalf. Further, NSDL e-Gov or ITD has not appointed PANIND.com nor provided any authorization for providing PAN related services. Kindly note that all the PAN related data is exclusively property of customers and ITD.

                                    This is my second time submitting a complaint because the first the issue was not resolved. Its more than week now and still i have not received the refund. They sent an email stating that will receive the refund soon but its been a week now, i did not receive the refund and when i sent them a reminder regarding the same, they have stopped responding.
                                    Panind customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                    Til I have not receive mail i allredy pay please my mail i'd is soniya.[protected]@gmail.com And please let me know how much day for pan card reach to me please give me information I am waiting
                                    I had applied a pan application on panind domain. But after application was completed they are not sharing any status nor replying to my mails. Please resolve this. I have doubt that this website is a fake one

                                      I paid 499 and they expect me to do all the manual process and wait for 15days? Other websites provide excellent service for cheaper price. Panind.com was a bad choice. I want to cancel my application as soon as possible and claim my refund.

                                        This is regarding pan details change request via panind.com subjected to order id :- pa-[protected]cr. I had already requested pan details change request via nsdl portal and again unfortunately made transaction with order number (Pa-[protected]cr)) via panind website related to same pan change request. Please cancel my request and refund the amount.

                                        Please let me know the status of refund.
