I have applied for pan card from (https://panind.com/india/) website. They charged me rs.499/-. But i found out that i can apply in nsdl and at rs.110. I have paid around rs.300/- extra. They charged me more so i want to cancel my application. And i need a refund. I have attached the payment confirmation. I just need to cancel and there no option to cancel at all!

I just want to cancel my pan card application and want a refund of the full amount i paid.

      Dear team,
      I initiated new pan request through this portal They charged me Rs.499/-and paid amount but i cannot submitted my application in hard copy to Delhi office, as it requires some documents such as ID Proof, DOB PROOF, RESIDENTIAL ADDRESS PROOF.But unfortunately i have lost my purse which contains all my ID CARDS & ELECTION CARD, ADHAAR CARD original copy. so i am unable to submit my application in hard copy.
      I sent mail so many time and every time system generated acknowledged mail received stating that will get in touch with you within next 3-4 working days and till days no any call or mail conversation received for same.
      also i have contacted so many times to number given on website of PANIND [protected], but they did not received the call.
      I think this is biggest fraud company in INDIA, which only receives money but not doing any kind of work.
      I am sharing with you screenshot of my whatsaap chat with the above mentioned number You are requested to pls look into the matter and do the needful.

        Panind your legal partner website (https://www.panind.com/india/) have charged me rs.500, for my pan card correct. And have not given me any proof for that. Actual fee is rs110, but since this link came first i have submitted my details in this and made the payment. Kindly get my rs.500 back.

          Panind is such a cheat, please return the amount 500, if you guys have issue in processing pan.

          This is kind of irresponsible service you are providing, atleast you should call or provide me a number where i can reach to short out. U give a number which automatically gets disconnected and u take money and dont respond to our request.

          You guys are having intention to make money fooling customers. I will try to reach higher officials if i am not contacted back or if my hard earned money is not returned. I am not going to leave this, this mail chain itself is proof of your lazy and irresponsible service

            In an assumption to get a pan card duplicate my father, senior citizen had registered with panind and paid the amount of rs 499 for which he never received any acknowledgement. I raised a request with panind to credit the amount and been following from the day the amount got deducted but there is no reaponse from them. I see that this portal is just created by using the seo optimization to fraud people where the nsdl is offering the same service for minimal price. Such sites should be banned and people should be aware on these frauds. Request you to do the needful and help me with the refund.

            Still I haven't heard from PAN India support team and this is reallly annoying after paying 500/-. Its purely cheating and these people doesn't seem to be responsible. Could you please help me to get my amount refunded.

              I applied for pan card and the charges were 499/-. But later got to know that the actual price is 107/- only. I want a refund and want to cancel the pan application submitted. I just applied yesterday and sent them an email stating for the same. They replied asking me to wait for 3-4 days. It is urgent and i need the refund as soon as possible so that i can apply for pan card again on the official government site. It is really urgent because i have some issues to resolve financially. I request you to please do something and have my money refunded as soon as possible.

              They did refund the amount yet!! I keep sending them mails but they have stopped responding to the mails too!! Its more than a weeek. Do something. Their customer number doesn't work either. As soon as I call on the number it disconnects aaking to wait as their agents are busy and everytime i called them, the same thing repeats.

                I paid rs 4650 for obtaining a pan card from this website. They are now not acknowledging my emails nor is their phone no working. This is a fraudulent website and should be shut down so that more consumers are not cheated of their hard earned money.

                The payment gateway is citrusp, they should also be taken to task for allowing such a website to collect money.

                Why are such sites being allowed to operate then and no action is taken against them for defrauding people?
                Iam applied pan card online in 16 December. I am posted a reference documents in 18 December and post delivered 24december.but still not any movement in pan card.

Pleased refund my payment of rs 499/-. Your site is asking for hard copy of the application form.                         I applied pan card in this site. My order id is order id sh-[protected]n
                        I wished to cancel my order and i informed them on the 3rd after payment.. One response i got was to call a number.. But when i called i got the message that this number is not in service.. Worst worst customer service. Fraud website.. Don't ever trust.. They still didn't return my money back.. I am asking past 2 weeks.. No response at all.. This website should be banned..

                          In process status it was written as "application withheld for processing. Documents awaited from applicant.
                          Call attempted on 10/12/2019 call not picked. Email sent to registered email id : [protected]@gmail.com on 10/12/2019. Kindly check your inbox as well as spam folder.".
                          I had already couriered the hard copy of application via dtdc courier (Tracking no. K[protected] which was delivered on 07-dec-2019.

                            I have applied for my pan card but now i want to cancel this application because i can apply for it at much lower cost from somewhere else so i am requesting you to cancel my pan application and make refund of 499 so i can apply from that other place.. I have attached the payment confirmation photo. So please make the refund and cancel the application.

                              I have applied for a duplicate pan inlieu of my lost pan during the month of november 2019 vide ref. No su-[protected]lo. I have paid rs 499/ — and sent all relevant documents by courier. As i did not get any reply, i have sent a mail to [protected]@panind.in on 17.12.2019.. So far i have not received any positive response from them. If you are not able to get a duplicate pan, please refund the amount at the earliest.

                                Panind is such a cheat, please return the amount 500, if you guys have issue in processing pan.

                                This is kind of irresponsible service you are providing, atleast you should call or provide me a number where i can reach to short out. U give a number which automatically gets disconnected and u take money and dont respond to our request.

                                You guys are having intention to make money fooling customers. I will try to reach higher officials if i am not contacted back or if my hard earned money is not returned. I am not going to leave this, this mail chain itself is proof of your lazy and irresponsible service

                                  I have applied for pan card from this website. They charged me rs.499/-. But i found out that i can apply in nsdl and at rs.110. I have paid around rs.300/- extra. To add to my troubles i've received an incorrect pancard and i've been trying to sort it out for two and half months!!! 50 mails have been sent and they reply with 'we are looking into it'. Extremely unprofessional and money minded company. Highly unsatisfactory

                                      Applied for a change in pancard two and half months ago. I was not aware that panind was a private company providing such services. I was looking for direct government website. However i made online payment of rs.500/-. Sent supporting documents for date of birth change and address change. We received pan card via speed post with same incorrect date of birth. I have sent numerous emails over 2 months with no result. Helpline number mostly not contactable. Extremely inefficient and frustrating.

                                        The mail id. [protected]@panind.com on which i applied for pan card, i get request to submit scanned documents to process my pan card and seems to me a spam. The site have changed rs. 499 to issue a pan card but they keep on asking the same documents again and again this is delaying. My order no is order no. Ab - [protected]lo. It is now over a month... And i fear documents will be compromised.
