I apply pancard correction on website panind.com and payment deducted 499/-. I send hardcopy with self attested and check the status show your hardcopy not received yet but i have already send all documents with self attached through dtdc courior and receiving by office colleagues stamp on it but still show hardcopy not received yet. I thing is my big mistake in that fraud company. Plz refund my amount 499/- as soon as possible

Fraud company dont waste your money its your money not anyone.

Simply say that Panind.com website is a fraud company .Sir/Mam i will complaint on consumercomplaints and request to you plz refund my amount 499/- is huge for me.
Inconvenience caused is highly regretted. As you may be aware, Income Tax Department (ITD) has authorized only two entities viz., 1. NSDL e-Gov and 2. UTIITSL for providing PAN related services on its behalf. Further, NSDL e-Gov or ITD has not appointed PANIND.com nor provided any authorization for providing PAN related services.     I applied for pan card via the official website of panind (https://www.panind.com/) on the date of january 31. And paid the amount of 499 via google pay. After that i realised that i made some mistakes in the application form and tried to correct it to the same manner but they again asking rupees 499. Then i emailed them and they said correct it using whitener in the hard copy and send the required documents to their address.
    (Panind services unit
    #5, site iv, vikaspuri,
    New delhi-110018
    India). After consulting with a local internet center they told me that the application fee only 180 -250 including processing charges. After that i emailed them, demanding a refund at the the next day that's is february 1.
    They said a mails asking about the reason and i told them you are taking too much from me. Till now i didn't get any updates regarding to the issue.

      Dear team,
      I have applied for pan card from this website. They charged me rs.499/-. But i found out that i can apply in nsdl and at rs.1o7. I have paid around rs.499/- extra. They charged me more so i want to cancel my application. And i need a refund. I have attached the payment confirmation. I have sent them an e-mail and inquiring about cancellation and refund and i only got an automated response asking me to wait. I just need to cancel and there no option to cancel at all!

      I just want to cancel my pan card application and want a refund of the full amount i paid.

          I have applied my mother's pan card from panind.com. I am doing regular followup with the company on mail. Four months passed, but still i am not getting the pan card. Everytime they are saying that the application is in process. Please wait patiently.
          Pan card making is not more than a 15 day process. But i am regularly doing folow up and still not getting.

              I have tried to reach out via ph and email, however they did not reply to my query. I need to check the process for changing name in pan card.

              Very bad experience, if they are not handle small query, they will never get business with same customer.

              I request with the complain team, pls get my money back or resolve my issue.

              I dont know what do i need to add with this small issue.

                Dear team,

                I have requested for a pan card for my daughters' higher education in the month of august 2019 and have sent all documents in september 2019.in the meantime, there was a correction in the name in her aadhar and was waiting for the revised one which was also sent.

                We received a message from your side that our coupon number with reference to your pan application with order id : st-[protected]n has been generated. Coupon number : g[protected].

                There is no response from your side and the status even today shows as application is incomplete please provide documents.

                This is too much of a delay which cannot be accepted.

                At least we need a response from your end as to when we would receive the
                Document as we have mentioned the urgency of the same. We are in urgent need of the pan card to process for her higher studies.

                  Panind charged me more than the pan card fee i.e 110 I have paid them 499 but there no information about the extra charged money how can get the excess amount back or Cancel my pan card registration and refund my payment. I have mailed them gave the payment information and contact details replied stating we will contact soon.

But, when i have seen download form i have found that my name that must be printed on pan card was wrong, so because of this reason I want to cancel my order.                       While making online application for new pancard, i was never notified about the payment fees yet since i knew that it is inr 107, i applied for it and was charged inr 499. I just want to cancel my pancard application and wish to get my refund. Please do not make people loose faith in government websites atleast or mention the correct charges at atleast two places before charging the actual amount.

                          I had applied for my pan. Courier had delivered to your office on 21st january 2020. The application no. Is ka-[protected]n. I had written an email... No response... I tried to call your numbers... No response... I had made the fee payment also to you through my credit card. I get autogenerated emails only from panind but no constructive response. I have made the payment to you and not getting any response from your end.

                              Applied pan card through their site and deducted money rs.1000 automatically. I realized that govt charges are rs.110 for applying pan card.
                              Calling number of times, but no answer. Sent many mails no reply.

                              I want you to take strict action against this company & refund my money asap.

                              Its a fraud company. Fake organization. Gatiya company. Chor log.

                                I have applied lost pan card thru pan india website and i have submitted all the documents hard copy thru post. They found a discrepancy in the proof and i re submitted the same. Still they are keeping the application on hold meaning application status says its on hold and contact panind customer care. I have tried contacting customer care and sent emails to panind support team. There is no response for an email and calls now from the team and i did bog receive pan card yet. Let me know if anymore info is required.

                                  I have applied for pan card online on http://panind.com. application id: je-[protected]n. But did not receive any reply from there side. I have sent my all documents by professional couriers. But they did not sent me any verification about this. They have charged me 499 inr but now they did not reply for my emails and there is no phone numbers to contact them. I have not complaint for money but i have complaint for their poor services. Please do needful action against them.

                                    I have applied online with a payment of rs. 499/- and also sent the hard-copy to the mentioned address of new delhi through speed post. The post has already reached almost 4 days ago, but on tracking my order me-[protected]n*# it shows that hard copy is still not received at the department. Kindly look into the matter and resolve at the earliest, if not i need my refund so that i can get it done with someone else since its an emergnecy and i need my pan number as early as possible.

                                    I am also attaching screenshots of the status of my pan card, email for confirmation of order as well as the receival of documents at the mentioned address.

                                      The charges taken by panind is much more than original fee, this company is charging 499rs, also not responding to mail, whatsapp and call as well.
                                      The original pancard application fee is just 107/- and it's huge difference between 499and 107. Even the payment page don't show the sum amount to be paid, panind charges different amount from different customer as various complaints are filed some had paid 249 while some paid 399, 499, 349etc.
                                      I just want refund of my money.

                                      I submitted my all documents with form. But you not mention all documents required in scanned image. I paid 499 rs. You not send my PAN card please send my money. I am not satisfy with you.

                                        Panind charged me more than the pan card fee i.e 110 I have paid them 499 but there no information about the extra charged money how can get the excess amount back or Cancel my pan card registration and refund my payment. I have mailed them gave the payment information and contact details replied stating we will contact soon.
                                        I gave call to them but no one answered the call .
