What would you say, if your account got blocked? Of course I am not happy about it. And I can't even unerstand what is the reason. The ammount is not small.

I made withdrawal of amount 10000 rupees via NetBanking till now it is not credited to my account i dont know why NetBanking withdrawal will take more time i am also using NetBanking but for me it never says 48 hours to wait for sending or receiving the money but in parimatch they will say you have withdrawn via NetBanking it will take 48 working hours to process, what is there in that to process within 10 to 15 minutes we can send or receive money via NetBanking but for parimatch it will take 48 hours i don't know why

Operator keep asking me to verify the document which I had follow every instruction they given and still playing mind games with me such as asking my Bank statement for the deposit which I used crypto to deposit to the bookmakers account. Now my withdraw is freeze and they just keep telling me their expert need this and that documents.

To be honest, I think that the problems with the withdrawals and blocked accounts are related to the dishonesty of the players and the registration of several accounts. In my personal experience, I can say that this is the best bookmaker. It has the biggest variety of betting options and casino games, as well as deposits and withdrawals even through crypto.

Parimatch technical support is the best. They said I could create a crypto wallet and withdraw there. And as for my large withdrawals, they are getting blocked by the bank. I called the bank and after some long converstions, the issue was resolved. At least, at the moment everything is working fine, and I am style thinking about crypto. I don't understand it.

UPI is not the best option. I changed the payment method and now everything is great. There are no delays or failures. I am also thinking if it's worth trying crypto withdrawals.

I wanted to add screenshots but it doesn't work. All my withdrawals are completed without any questions. And sometimes amounts are larger than you mentioned. Moreover, it's possible to withdraw crypto and start trading.

Technical support replied. They said that my account was often accessed from two devices and different IPs. It's true. My brother and I had one account for both of us, and this is against the rules of Parimatch. They also said that they would help to resolve this situation, I just would need to verify my identity. I hope it will work out. And to new users I recommend to register their own account. And many thanks to the support for their help.

Parimatch support suggested calling the bank. I called and they said that nternet withdrawal limit was too low or something like that. I didn't really understand that but asked to increase the limit. Now everything is working. The money is already on the Parimatch account, I’ll try to withdraw crypto, I think it’s worth it.

Well, it was over after a couple of days. There were some small problems, but now everything works stably. As I was informed by support, it happens just one time because of the large amount of withdrawal, but now my account is safe and available. If anyone faces the same problem, tou can be sure that everything is alright, it's just a standard procedure. I also noticed the option of crypto withdrawals. Now I'm trying to figure it out.

I also checked comments here and on other sites. I tried to clear my phone. Now it's working like before, without crashes. I also read that it's possible to withdraw money to a crypto wallet. Nowadays it's useful.

A day later, I received a call from the bank. They asked about a transfer of 40, 000 rupees. I confirmed and now everything is fine, I received the money. I even withdrew cash, it feels safer. Maybe I should have withdrawn in crypto. Next time.

I was using parimatch from last one year many time i got into trouble for deposit and withdrawal but the amount was little so i did not post a complaint but last time i deposited big and withdrawal big i face terrible experience in big amount i make withdrawal on 4/12/22 by netbanking their timeframe is 48 hours its now almost upto 5 days but still they are replying same as first day you will get soon still the same answer i dont know i get my money or not but i will post everywhere my problem to save someone using parimatch
