I've been using Parimatch for a long time and never had any problems. But now I can't withdraw my money. I've been trying for several days already.

I've been trying to withdraw my 20000 rupees for a week now. No luck. Has anyone faced the same?

I want to winthdraw my money. I've been waiting for almost a week already. The support team is replying but not as fast as I'd prefer. Well, at least the amount is small.

I made the transaction in the First week of June 2022, and won money that was more than I deposited so they decided not to verify the account. I have contacted them through every support channel and they asked me to mail the documents so I mail the document many times as they asked but still they are asking me to send them in better quality. I sent them Aadhar card photo in HD quality (even though a blind person could see it) but they said to send it again in better quality. I don't even understand which quality they are talking about, I send them in each picture format but they decided not to verify. Now they are asking me to send more details about the transaction I made for the deposit. I deposited through the Paytm wallet and it is obvious that Paytm doesn't provide the banking details. When I made the payment it was sent to "SAFEXPAY" and now they are asking it should be in favor of Parimatch. It seems total fraud to not approve the account. They are good until you make a loss. .
