      Parimatch technical support is very good. They offered to contact the bank as an option. It turned out that my bank didn't want to complete this transaction for some reason.

        I made the transaction in the First week of June 2022, and won money that was more than I deposited so they decided not to verify the account. I have contacted them through every support channel and they asked me to mail the documents so I mail the document many times as they asked but still they are asking me to send them in better quality. I sent them Aadhar card photo in HD quality (even though a blind person could see it) but they said to send it again in better quality. I don't even understand which quality they are talking about, I send them in each picture format but they decided not to verify. Now they are asking me to send more details about the transaction I made for the deposit. I deposited through the Paytm wallet and it is obvious that Paytm doesn't provide the banking details. When I made the payment it was sent to "SAFEXPAY" and now they are asking it should be in favor of Parimatch. It seems total fraud to not approve the account. They are good until you make a loss. .

                    Wrote in support of Parimatch. They said the problem might be on the bank's side. I wrote to the bank. They asked me to protect my bank account with verification. Now everything is fine with the PM account.

                      Everything is great. Yes, there was a delay, but support explained to me that they have a lot of new accounts that need to be confirmed. Because of this, we had to wait. They said there would be no further problems.

                              They replied to me and resolved the situation. I sent several photos to verify my identity and now I can use the account as before. In general, I agree with PM's rules and now I can be sure that I won't have such problems anymore. Although technical support could be faster.
