Dear sir,

My daughter rini grace philip has completed her re-police varification done at pune as per bhopal passport office.

It had been verified in indore police station and in bhopal regional passport office. After that it was sent to pune for futher verification.

She had done all the verification in pune police station and had submitted copy of my documents. It was sent to the pune passport office on 5th may 2018.

It was told by the pune police officer that it would take approximately 2 weeks, but till date havn't recieved any information about my passport.

Kindly update about my passport status and confirm.

I would like to say that my mom is eligible for non ecr category but after exit from psk bhopal when we saw acknowledgments letter ecr status is written to be as yes for to correct these we trying to go inside but the security guard stops and asked the reason for go inside and when we asked this then he very badly said that "ab aapka anpad ka passport ban gaya hai ajab kuch nahi ho sakta jaon yahan se" that was seriously not good but we are able to act something so we go back to home (Khandwa) when i asked my mom what actually happens at counters she said after giving voters, pan card, aadhar card, photocopies the employee asked me about the 10th marksheet because my mom qualification is in between 10-12std but she don't have marksheet for that and her age is also about 45yrs, but she have paid a income tax return, and she bring pan card, assessment proof, and the last 1 yrs statement of her income tax return. But she said the employee only asked did you have a pass 10th she said yes and then he asked did you have a marksheet mom said no then he don't asked anything to mom and by giving the application form said to go to next counter. Now it's a duty of the employee to asked the applicant if he/she don't have said document for proof of non ecr that did you have any other documents for proving you are eligible for non ecr category because if he asked that to my mom then she absolutely give the assessment proof and the last 1 yrs statement of income tax return. Now sir tell me the police verification is not happened till now so how we make ecr status - no in acknowledgments letter. Please any answer send us on the email id s. [protected]@gmail.com

Hello my file no is bp02c[protected] it seems to be under riview at reasonal passport office whenever i call in the office they said that your marksheet is going to check and didnt give any satisfied answer. I got my dispatch number from open school, dislatch number is - 7404 dipatch date[protected]. It is not submitted till today at reaonal passport office. After trying mote than 20times they pick only one phone call remaining times they doent pick the call please contact me at-[protected]

I have the original passport of harsha rajput its number is l 1135230. Its validity is up to 22/04/23. Please do not issue the duplicate passport to my daughter harsha rajput without my permission for some important reason.

My name is bhawana patidar my old passport number is j8472564. I was studying in china from 2011 to 2017, i went to china by old passport.in my old passport there is spelling mistake that's why my graduation certificate and degree can't be notarized and now i am not even able to apply for "foreign medical entrance screening exam" without passport. So i applied for new passport (File no. Bp[protected] on july 13, 2017 and there was some address issue but i sort that out before 1 month ago. Last status since one month is police verification is not clear and application is under review at regional passport office. And its been 3 months but i haven't received the passport yet. I called so many times to passport office but they only said come to the passport office i already visited there but not be cleared any problem yet so please help me in this matter. Its very urgent basis please

Dear sir,

I have applied for my new passport application this year in jul-2017 and on my appointment day in jabalpur passport office they informed me that you have to provide closure report of previous file number which i have applied offline in jun, 2012 and the same previous file number i have mentioned in current passport application, due to this only they get to know that you have applied previously, so you have to attach closure report of previous file from rpo bhopal near isbt.

To arrange closure report i reached to bhopal and filled the inquiry slip and person sitting in reception is not able to find my previous file number and after 5 minute they called my name to meet with assistant passport officer in rpo. Passport officer referred me to meet person sitting in police section in same office. He told me you have already mentioned your previous file number in your new application so, no need to worry your application will process. You just reach again to psk jabalpur and inform them to process this application. I tried to convince person in bhopal to give me some written proof so that i can provide the same information to jabalpur office, but person in jabalpur told me without closure i will not process your application.

Problem is that both the person from bhopal rpo office and jabalpur psk centre want to safe there side because i have application receipt and they don't have any information in there system.

Kindly help, what i have to do in this case. Do i need to reapply without previous application number or as per current process i am left with only last appointment after that this application of no use.

This is yash bambiwal, file no. Bp[protected] i have applied for a passport in march2017 and till now the online status says that my passport under review. On 10 august 2017 i visited bhopal office to get clarity about the status not changing from past 6 weeks. On that day i was assured that the status will changed and my passport will be delivered in 10 days and within 1 hour the status did changed and it said "passport is sent for printing" but after 3-4 hours when i reached back indore the last status appeared again.
This is causing me delay in my admission abroad and i would request you to look into this matter and issue my passport as soon as possible. As this delay is impacting my career and future study plans.

Today I visited Bhopal passport office which is situated in 2nd floor in D.B MALL with my mother. I am very upset to see the condition of ladies toilet. They are very dirty .I am very much surprised to see that the passport office toilets are in that condition. I am unable to use because they are very unhyginic .Many senior citizens are waited for there turn .This is responsibility of department to give clean toilet to citizens.There is no disposable glasses available at water outlet

I have applied for the passport on june 16, 2017 and visited the passport office bhopal on june 21, 2017. All the documents are properly verified at bhopal and passport file no. Has been given bp[protected]. Police verification has also been completed 20-25 days before but still the status of my application is showing 'police verification report is not clear and application is under review at regional passport office' and the same status is showing to me from 20 days.

I have a word with the police officer and he said that he had forwarded all the reports to the regional office. I require the passport on urgent basis due to official work. Request you to look in the matter at the earliest as it has been more than 1.5 months but passport not issued till date.in case you require any further details, kindly let me know.

Dear sir,

We have got the passport renewed for my daughter svasti bhaskar recently from bls international, dubai in april 2017. We travelled to india via mumbai on 23rd june 2017. The passport controls at mumbai airport mentioned that the details of the new passport issued isn't updated in the system. They let us in based on the old passport details since she is a minor and requested us to contact the indian embassy in the uae and ask for the passport to be updated in the system.

We contacted the consulate general of india, dubai but did not receive any response from them. We then contacted bls international, dubai and they said we should contact the passport office in india.

I had applied for passport on 6th april 2016 from gwalior passport seva kendra
And they told us that our file had been sent to bhopal on the same day. But when i contact bhopal kendra they told me that your file is not linked. We people donot know these technicalities of such departments that there is no granting officer which is appointed to grant the files of gwalior applications. I am facing lots and lots of problems due to this system. I said i[censored] people are charging us for your services then why is so much delay in fullfilling ur commitments.
I am suffering from so much pain coz i have to take my mother to england for surgery and i donot have my passport
I have made so many calls on customer care nos of bhopal but no one is taking
Any kind of responsibility for all this delay. We gwalior people are suffering a lot. My application is blocked in bhopal and they are not doing anything. We request you to consider this matter with utmost urgency and process our files for police verification.

I was applying for passport through online mode and make a payment of rs.1512.75 using a panjab national bank (Pnb) debit card, the amount got deducted from my bank account but the payment status in the passport application portal was failed. This deduction is not returned by passport seva. Kindly refund the amount. It has gone one week but i did not get back my money please refund it.

This mail regarding my complaint for issuing passport for my one and half months daughter Yadavi Jain, File no. -BP[protected] on police verification .I myself appeared myself, wife and daughter in Bhopal on 08/03/2017, as it was for minor so no prior appointment was required, I have submitted all the required documents for daughter's passport including birth certificate of my daughter, my & wife passports copies also my wife name was included in my passport but not vice versa, Aadhar cards for both and other essential document.When I called Bhopal passport office to enquire about why police verification is not for minor, one of the official who attended my call informed me that both the spouses must have each other name on their passports.

It is very surprising that passport officer in PSK has put my daughter passport for pre police verification required, he asked me why I am not having my name in my wife passport same I informed him my wife passport was issued after my engagement but before marriage so she doesn't have name endorsed on her passport .My question to the authorities is when it is clearly mentioned in the foreign ministry's site that " Either of the parents must have spouse name endorse on it" then why both parents should have spouse name endorse on passports?

In my case I have travelled to india only for processing my daughter's passport who is born in india, after collecting all the information and documents given on Indian government passport site FAQ.

It is my request to passport authorities to issue my daughter's passport without pre police verification.i am india till 10march any queries pls welcome on [protected] after 11march +[protected].

My daughter applied for renewal of her passport to indian consulate. The indian consulate sanfracisco cal. Usa has sent the application for refferal to rpo bhopal on 6th jan 2017.
