Application no wide ch21c[protected], date of birth 26/06/2006 name vardhman jindal these are my son we submitted documents at patiala office in nov. 2017 till date we have not received any information from your side at the same date i applied my and my wife passport which we have received already. Please clear and check the matter and oblige me.

Our file number is ch[protected] we applied for renewal of our passport in ludhiana passport office. But after a certain period of time we realized our passport is getting late it should have some by now. And whenever we checked the status it showed it is under review at regina office chandigarh so v decided to contact the regional office chd and took n appointment n went to chandigarh and whatever questions they asked where told about dede was spelling mistake of my birthplace so v corrected it and were assured v would get our passport as quickly as possible but v haven't got it yet please solve our problem as soon as possible thanking u krishan kumar jain our can contact our on [protected]

I submitted my passport (L4922730) on 9th May 2018 to change my address and photo from Dubai, inquiry was send from here to Chandigarh after three days of submission but till date nothing was done. I am keep on tracking ( tracking no UAED[protected] on online to see it's status but it's not changed after more than one month. God forbid me if there will be any emergency there back in my home country what will I do ? I request passport officials if you are checking complaints please do the needful.

My mum applied for a new passport which is last year december 2017, all the paperwork was correct and police enquire has gone through aswell, but still after 4 month wait we haven’t received her passport, please advise me what’s going on. Here is the file number ch[protected].

My father 'hukam chand singla' applied for an passport almost 15 months ago. We got the receipt and other documentation were completed and done (As per the officer those are in chd office). After all the process done, i was told that i will get an police query in 7-10 days. We lives very far from the chandigarh (Like 5 hours in bus) and visited like 20 times. It costing us rs1000 each time. They asked for $5000 after 6 months and we paid that. Now again they are saying the same, whenever he goes to the office they just says you will get an query in 7-10 days. And keep telling the same from last 15 months. If he don't get the query in given time, we will take the legal action against passport office. He is a senior citizen, can't even walk properly and they made him to come chandigarh like anything. He is shopkeeper who earns like rs 500 each day, and have to close the shop to come for the passport.

I am his daughter, who lives out side of india and have not met them from last 4 years. I can't come because of job, thought of calling them here because of your bad process i can't even do that. Please officer take an good action against my father case otherwise i will have to take legal action again the chandigarh passport office.

Hello sir,

My name is harmanpreet singh, my wife applied passport from approx 30 to 40 days ago and almost 25 days done with police inquiry. Here is my wife passport file no. Ch[protected]

I am too much frustrating from the process that take huge days. As many times i did visit to police station they said we will send to sp office but still nothing.

I am not sure why this is too much slow.

They send my verification at chandigarh.in chandigarh office i visit there for 4 times, and they said that your varification is done and police verification will be done soon, but still i am not get anything and i am waiting for my passport from 7 months. But zirakpur police station member said we are not received any application... No one take responsibility and not give properly reply... For this matter... Sir we visited to passport office chandigarh (Adarsh mall) to issue a new passport. But the officer after enquiring about passport cover didn't told us that it is not compulsory. The officer had the duty to issue passport only. I am not satisfied with your staff. Please reply me early. I lost my passport and to reapply I needed details of passport such as passport number.
After writing an application and waiting for more than one and a half hour when my turn came to see Mr Satpal (assistant Passport Officer)
He started asking questions like details of passport for which I had come, and when I told him I have lost it. He still asked me the same questions and rather started behaving like one does with a criminal.
When I tried to explain him about my condition of lost passport, he kept the application away and said come on Wednesday if you want details.

Is this our technology is 2018 ? To know details of passport ?

Is this our treatment of criminal police relation ?

Is this true justification to one's time of spending more than 2 hours first at enquiry window than waiting in line for turn to come ?

That's all our advancement when we claim to move to technology is it only about mandating payments of tax or charges of fees ? Or does it even apply to humble govt staff who loves working and treats others as customers ?

I came from jagraon just to change my birth place. I reached office at 10:00 am. First they told me to stand at enquiry counter no 7 (Though there are 8 counters but only counter 7 is working, no person on any other counter). After standing 35 mints in quee they told me to go to counter no 105. I reached there after waiting for my turn the empolyer told me to go to counter no 101. When i reached at 101 they give me turn number 38.. I waited for 2 hrs for my turn then the ips officer gave me permission and told me to go to counter no 10 now its 2 hrs since i am waiting for my file to be marked. The other people's file who came after me is getting marked before me and even if the person who is not present in office they wait for the person then mark next file. I am waiting from 4 hrs just for birth place correction still no one is seeking to work they are just too slow

I am anmol ahuja i was caming with my parents at 06/11/2017 11:35 am for interview but now more than one month my passport was not caming and i checked the tracking it was always saw that on hold but in the same day my brother and mother gaving the interview and the passport was caming than why should my passport is not caming my token n 115 plz chk it and i am very thankful from youu...

Address correctly printed on application form "h. No. 169 b, kacha malak road, jagraon, ludhiana, punjab" but at psk ludhiana they entered as "h. No. 169 b, kacha malak road, ludhiana, punjab".

Jagraon is missing in address.

Need to correct the address so that it can be printed correctly on my husband's passport.

It is stated that a case titled state vs swarnjit kaur was pending in the court of sh. Gurbhinder singh johal, jmic, moga and in the above said case the evidence of prosecution was closed by order by the ld. Court and the case was fixed for defence evidence and arguments.
The revision was filed by the complainant satinder kaur d/o shamsher singh r/o 167, toril street, woodbridge, on, canada l4l 5l6 (Temporary address at village kaleke, tehsil baghapurana, district moga), through power of attorney balwinder singh patwari s/o hakam singh r/o street no. 10, hira singh nagar, kotkapura, district faridkot (Mob. No.[protected],[protected] in the court of sh. Rajinder aggarwal ld. Addl. District and session judge, moga.
The balwinder singh had produced copy of indian passport of satinder kaur bearing no. L9219186 in the ld. Court and had shown to be genuine document, whereas on the same date satinder kaur was holding canadian citizenship and was holding passport no. Hl050809.
By using the indian passport as a genuine document in the court, said balwinder singh and satinder kaur had not only cheated swarnjit kaur but they have also cheated indian judicial system at large and with the help of her power of attorney balwinder singh as shown above.
Now she is coming to india and appearing before the court of sh. Gurbhinder singh johal, jmic, moga.
It is, therefore, prayed that the necessary action may kindly be taken against the accused persons.
