I have received a notice from Ghaziabad Passport office though someone regarding clarification for my Daughter passport file No. - GZ[protected], stating that the police report is advers. Passport was issued on 24th Dec 2013 and a clarification is sort on 8th Jan 2015 (after one year of passport issue). When passport was issued that time she was holding a valid passport, but the validity was less than 6 months. I am fail to understand, how the passport is issued, when police report was adverse. I am assuring you that all the details filled in passport are 100% correct and still can be furnished once again if required. The police report was adverse since we refused pay the policeman visited our house, and he warned us to create problems. Policeman visited our house has entry in guard’s register and we have CCTV footage of his entry and exit in society. I was in Dubai at that time, but I talk to him over phone. I don’t know, what criminal record a 10 Year old school going girl can have, that policeman mentioned in his report. Presently we are living in UAE, please let me know what verification you need to satisfy your requirements. I would also like to file an official complaint against the policeman though Indian Association o[censored]AE, so same is not repeated with anyone else. My passport no. M7 138005 was issued on[protected]. There is a minor mistake in the name of my mother Instead of TARA VATI SINGHAL it is TARA WATI SIGHAL Instead of V in in the middle name it is W I will be highly grate full if this correction can be done by hand.I am a senior citizen and have already visited PSK Sahibabad, Ghaziabad UP four times.I request a by hand correction by the RPO.Ghaziabad Usha Bansal

I have applied for my passport on12/07/2014. RPO is showing wrong application status. I went RPO on 28/01/2015, they again demanded my paper which I have already submitted, but I submitted the papers again, at the time they told me that I will receive my passport with in 7-8 days, the days gone but I haven' got my passport. God knows when will be PRO's 7-8 days complete.

I specially travelled 250km for reissuing passport as all the pages got exhausted, I have a passport valid from 2010 to 2020 . Due to exhaustion of pages I went through tatkal counter to submit my original valid passport, ration card, pan card, all mark sheet upto graduation, annexure I, additional judge letter in my favour with address. But very cruelly refused saying that you have not valid address proof. When I told that I have no change in my address and giving also my valid passport. Very shameful and shocked reply by the lady at the counter that this is not valid address proof and go from here. I ask that this document is issue on behalf our president of India. The lady replied so what happened. I will not accept your documents. What is this ? When I am going to receive a passport than passport authority say your valid passport is invalid. The mental and mad staff is handling to every people there and herrese with full foolishness. This is a actual picture of our great India. I just want to ask whether a valid passport(Which is our confirmable, substantiated identity when we travel abroad) is valid address proof or not?

I applied for Re-issue of my ( Hand Written ) Passport at PSK Ghaziabad on 20/12/2014 . File No : GZ[protected] Applicant Name : Naveen Kumar Nagar My Valid Passport was cancelled and new Passport application status is showing “Pending for review at RPO Ghaziabad” for last 9 weeks. I am told that this is because a Passport with same no was issued by another Passport office to Another person. I was also told that this is due to a Technical / Clerical error and has to be resolved by RPO Ghaziabad. Thereafter I have visited RPO Ghaziabad five times as follows : 1) Visited RPO Ghaziabad on 02/01/2015 - - Met Mr. Dhananjay Sharma (APO) - He informed that action can only be taken by Mr. Prem Singh who is on Leave and will available on 14/01/2015. 2) Visited RPO Ghaziabad on 14/01/2015 - Found that Office was closed as Holiday declared. 3) Visited RPO Ghaziabad on 21/01/2015 - Met Mr. Prem Singh (APO) - He asked me to give an Affidavit to the effect that I do not hold any other passport. This was submitted to him the same day. 4) Visited RPO Ghaziabad on 06/02/2015 - Met Mr. Dhananjay Sharma (APO) - He got the details extracted from the system and informed that he will get this issue resolved by 10th Feb and I should come and meet RPO directly if not resolved by 10/02/15. 5) Visited RPO Ghaziabad on 13/02/2015 - Found that neither Mr. Prem Singh nor Mr. Dhananjay were available. I met your PA who refused to let me meet you and insisted that problem can only be resolved by Mr. Dhananjay ( Who was on PSK duty ) I am being made to run from pillar to post for no fault or shortcoming on my end. I need to take go on an urgent business visit for my company but am not able to go without the Passport. Please help me get my passport. Dear Sir, I had submitted my file on[protected]. After not hearing from any officials, i made a visit to regional passport office on[protected]. My file no. is "GZ[protected]". But still it shows the same status on their website that "Passport application is under review at Regional Passport Office." I got a mail on 1st Feb 2015: Dear AKKSHEY, Last modified date of your application No.- 14-[protected] is[protected].If there is no further proceeding till[protected], your application will be automatically deleted by the system. File no GZ[protected], ARN 14-[protected]. i had an appointment on 02.01.2015 at PSK Ghaziabad. Due to time limitation we were instructed to hand over our file at the exit counter instead of verifying at counter C. i along with other applicants, present there submitted our file at the exit counter. since then the status of my application is same "review at passport seva kendra" there is no progress at all..I have logged a Grievance too for the issue with SRN [protected] but no reply i got. please help me to get the passport as its urgent.

Hello sir, I got massage as "Passport printing initiated" since 2 months before, till now I did not received it . I visited RPO Ghaziabad and submitted the form, They told me that passport issued but stop imposed, when asked about the same for reason they said they will check and let me know . But till now no response please can anybody help me out what to do.I visited ROP Ghaziabad for many times by taking leaves in office . They are not giving any response while calling, no response to mail .what should i do. They are not updating status on webpage also, its showing as under review at regional passport office. My file NO is GZ[protected] .I came on 5-dec-2014 for document verification.And it was done successfully but my file is not sent to the regional police station.Online status is "Passport application is under review at Regional Passport Office".It is a request to inform me why it is delay.

Im continuously calling to customer support but no response on it.
Without knowing the reason why it is too delay i can not go to the regional office again because it is very far.

My document verification was done successfully and i have the letter also that they provided me that the document verification done now police verification process will be done.
But file status is in regional office it 2 months approx so kindly make it clear why it is not done.

I submitted all the required documents at PSK ghaziabad on 5 Dec, 2014.Since then the status is showing that it is under review in passport office.People who applied later have got their police verification also done. Why my passport file is so delay, kindly update and make this verification. File no-GZ[protected]. I m continuously writing mail and calling at customer support by they are not replying.It is 50 days (a long period for regional office verification), and people got their passport who applied after me.only my file is pending, my document verification was done successfully, if there is any issue then let me know atleast. kindly check it ant reply

Dear Sir, I was applied for a new passport dated on 10th December'14.My file no. is GZ[protected] .Police verification has done on 10th January'14. After 5 days a phone call was received by me from a mobile no. [protected] Mr. Ram Prakash for meeting at my home Ganga Nagar Meerut (U.P). I met him and he asked for Rs.2000 for LIU verification. After police verification by SIHANI GATE thana on 19/09/2014. The Police thana file no.23506. Report is positive by police enquiry but why it being delay. If verification i pending than asked to SPoffice and release it. I am not satisfied by passport seva office Ghaziabad. I have applied for the passport of my daughter Suhani Jain age 10 years and she had final interview on 06.June 2014. I received below message on 5th July after a month. > GZ[protected] > Police Verification is pending at SP Office, > District Ghaziabad Contact Police for details Since then I have contacted all main police offices there is no response. Police says they don’t have any record and we should contact passport office. More than 4 months we are still awaiting the passport.Please inform when will passport get ready.

I have applied for the passport on 22-july-2010 from Ghazibad ofiice.But till now i have not any police verification call. Even when I enter my file No in status form to know the online status i got the message that "File Reference Number (GZBA[protected] is either wrong or Information NOT available".

My file no. is GZBZ40207813, have submitted an application for the issuance of fresh passport on 03/08/2013 at District Passport Application Centre, Muzaffarnagar. The local address verification and police verification has already been completed a long time back but have not received my passport yet. The online application status is showing as "Police Verification Report for your passport application is under review at Regional Passport Office. Subject to granting, passport will be dispatched after Police Verification Report is found clear. You would receive an sms/e-mail once the passport is dispatched."

Same status is showing from last 2-3 months. "How long should I wait? What are the reasons for delay in processing of passport? On asking the same information online from http://www.passportindia.gov.in/AppOnlineProject/ccgm/feedbackAction, I have been replied as "For the latest status of your application, please refer to the 'Track Status Link' on the home page of the website: www.passportindia.gov.in . Note that any change in the application status will be updated on the website. " Hope we have been able to address your concern with satisfaction.Thanking you and assuring you of our best services at all times."
Although few people residing in our locality who have applied online even after one month of my application submission date have already received their passport. Please take the necessary action ASAP and update me at the earliest possible time.
