Hi. I have applied a passport (Normal service) more than a month before. And police verification also has been done. After police verification has submitted adverse report for current address and file is under review at rpo ghaziabad. This message appears for last one month and no updation has been done to it what is the procedure further to get this issue resolved. Can u please resolve the issue as i want my passport urgently.

I have not received my passport. It's been one whole year & i applied in august last year and i have approached them multiple times, but there has been no response.
I once went to the office and they asked me to update aadhar and even after doing that, it's stuck at the office.

There is a passport issued on 12 of january 2016 whose file no. Is gz[protected] and passport no. Is n6450325 from ghaziabad. This passport have issue with husband name. This lady was divorced in 1994 from husband whom she has mention in passport documents and in passport for some money gain. Dear passport seva team members

I have applied for reissuance of my passport which has expired its validity in jun-16.
My scheduled appointment date was 17.08.17 at rpo ghaziabad. On that given date i did all the formalities and submitted
My application along with necessary fee and documents.
Since then my file status has not been changed. That is "passport application has been submitted along with applicable fees and supporting documents".
I called several times in customer care. They are also telling the same status as in site. Please guide me what to do.

I submitted the address proof 3 weeks ago for the pcc application but in status it still shows "under review at passport seva kendra".
I dont know what to do whom to contact. On toll free number they say that we can not do anything as it's still under review at psk.
Please let me know how much time will it take. I'm getting very late to apply for my students visa. : (

I have received my daughter's passport (passport No.K2909896) and found that there is very casual mistake occured by passport office Ghaziabad.
The mistake is as under:

My nephew got his passport with a strip on passport and it was already teared like I am uploading it's image. He was on his journey from Delhi airport to madinah airport when the officers declined to board on his flight, so what should be do this time please guide.

My passport has been stolen before delivery from post man. I have requested for reprint of my passport due to their failure of delivery.
Neither do they attend to calls nor they gave a significant reply on the email. Kindly suggest me an appropriate solution.
It's been disheartening and kind of misguidance shown by the authorities who are asking for extra money as i in the case of lost or stolen by an individual and not by them. They are not ready to accept their fault and pay extra charges for their own negligence.

I have applied for the re issue of my valid passport reason is to remove my spouse name bcoz i"m seprated from my spouse accordingly annexure k original on stamp paper was attached with the application its now more than 3 months i'm suffering like anything its pathetic useless & share non sense initially they say annexure k scan copy not clear not my problem but still i had suffered & they asked me to submit new copy in pressure i did bcoz i need my passport on urgent basis after that as well till date its pending bcoz police verification report not clear who's job is this atleast not mine what is this i need my passport my docs, my annexure k report is okk even police did verification which is also okk at my end then why im suffering & not getting my passport i need it badly on urgent basis the concerned officer not performing their duty no tat is followed up taking the job veru lightly & im suffering for not my fault at all please help & get this done on priority.

Please find attached enquiry letter with confirmed cancellation of my previous passport issued at lucknow.

Upon submission of fresh application, i was informed by passport office ghaziabad that previous application for passport is not yet cancelled.

This is to inform you that i have visited 3 times to passport office lucknow for cancellation of my previous passport. I also visited passport office ghaziabad 2 times and submitted appication for canceing my previous passport which was never received by me, but the whole issue has become nightmare for me. I have been calling them nearly 5 times a day since 03 sep 2016 at grirvance cell ghaziabad but there is no response from their end.

I have applied for passport in regional passport office, ghaziabad. I have mentioned same address of rented house and permanent house, because most of the time nobody is available in my permanent house (Patna). And also i am not able to go there. My application can be rejected in police verification in the absence of me and my parents. That's why i have mentioned same address of rented and permanent house in application form. So after police verification passport office imposed 5000 rs penalty. Please suggest what should i do. Because 5000rs is big amount and i don’t think for this mistake this much penalty should be imposed.

Hello, this is manish baliyan complaining about the enquiry of my birth certificate
Yesterday is the 3rd time I want passport office only about the enquiry of my birth certificate . They always say that the enquiry of your birth certificate is proceed, go to your villages birth certificate center nd send the enquiry latter to us, but when I want to the villages birth certificate center they said we don't have got any enquiry about your birth certificate, I'm very disappointed with your services . I have submitted my application file on 3 rd of June and now 2 months are gone nothing is happened, pls take any action about it, I want my passport immediately bcoz I want to job in airlines as a cabin crew but without passport airlines is not able to give me job so pls do some thing for it
