Dear Sir,

With reference to subjected I have to inform you that my Verification is already done by Local Police in the month of December 2011. I have fulfilled all the requirements of Passport office which was required by them. When I checked my status on computer it always shows that "
(Application has been transferred to policy section, Please See the PRO )
. Please furnish 3 personal particulars forms of permanent address." After showing this objection on computer I submitted 3 furnished personal particular forms of my permanent address in the month of one December&one Januray&one Febuary but still there is no response from Passport office.

I request you to look into the matter & issue my Passport at your earliest.

Dear Sir,

Myself Dheeraj Gupta. I have applied for passport in Aug 2011 from Agra by an agent Mr. Sajid. After two month status of my passport was "all verification completed and found Ok and it will dispatch up to 31 Oct 2011 ". Then after 1 month your system was showing status "For some unavoidable circumstance we could not deliver your passport, now it will deliver within this week." After 6 month still I didn't got my passport. Now System is showing status " Application has been transferred to policy section, Please See the PRO ". If everything was proper as per your system status then why it is transferred to policy section and what does this status mean?

So many times I called my agent that what is the problem. He told that there is some spelling mistake after some time he told that there is some other problem.

It is my humbly request, Please let me know what is the exact status of my passport, Why it is pending and where it is pending. What necessary step I have to take for this. As my company is asking for my passport, It is very urgent for me.

Please help me in this regard.

My passport not delivered to me though its more than 8 months i have applied for passport. i have made more than 5 personal visits to passport office and their response will be same ' that passport will be delivered shortly'.

I request you to take up my case and help in fast tracking the case.
This is really causing me mental agony due to irresponsible behavior of these passport officers and police verification officers.

my passport status is showing police report is incomplete and the Case is being examined for a long time i have got bored from the passport services of ghaziabad office what should i do my file no is gzb - a053977 my date of birth is 1-7-1988

It’s been almost 6 months now since I applied for my Passport.
Apart from this, the Grievance option provided at Passport status page also provide wrong email ID, so none can mail there complains there.
WHAT IS THE USE OF IT THEN!!!
As I checked the status, it says
“Police Report has not been received.”
I have checked out at local Thana at my district, where they confirmed that the report was received on 15th November itself at Ghaziabad Office.

I had filed for the passport of my Daughter Ishanvi Jain (Age - 4 Years Old). I had submitted all the documents regarding Birth/Age Proof, Residential Deatils, Ishanvi PPF account Details, School certificate but the current status of the application shows that "Personal Particulars Form referred for reverification regarding your last one year stay to the concerned authority". Though we have been staying at the same House(owned) for more than 10 years..

The verification has been done twice, and both time we have given the proof wrt to the application.

One of my known who applied with me has already received the passport of his daughter. The difference could be that I didnt pay one of the inspecton office the amount he was charging (1500 /-) though I paid the police officials (2nd time inspection).

I Wish to inform that i have applied for passport for myself aditya kumar garg and my son mayank garg & daughter soumya garg through meerut passport office meerut on 30.03.11police verifcation of the above referred applicant has also been done by police station daurala, meerut,the report of which has been sent on 18.04.11to passport office.

I Shivani Gupta had applied for passport and had send the application for the same on 19-jan-2011 and had submitted the form from District Passport application Collection Center, Meerut(ADM City) to Ghaziabad passport office.
My File No is GZB-Z32030311, Form No. 1477854. My postal residential address that i had filled in my application form is SHIVANI GUPTA, D/O Sh AJAY KUMAR GUPTA,R/O H-NO A-2 TYPE THIRD THANA CIVIL LINES MEERUT,PIN-250003. Ghaziabad passport office had posted my passport on[protected] but i have'nt receieved it till date.
On enquiry from the paaasport & G.P.O Ghaziabad & Aligarh , I have the knowledge that the address on which my passport has been dispatched and which is filled in my passport is incorrect. Instead of sending it on the address that i had mentioned in my application form , it has been send by speed post No.EU[protected]IN to Aligarh where it reached on[protected] at RMS Aligarh To GPO.
Since then it has been dumped there without informing any office which deals with this matter. Due to this irresponsible and unacceptable behaviour of the passport office staff of Ghaziabad and post office staff Aligarh , I have missedmy due date of reporting to my job location and I have suffered mental harasment.
No authority which deals with this matter has taken any necessary action to deliver my passport with corrected particulars to me.
I request you to kindly take strict action against the office clerk because of whome this problem has occoured and see to it that I get my passport with correct inrformation as soon as possible to the address i have mentioned above

Dear Sir,

I have submitted my application for issuing of passport on[protected] file no GZB-A04357510, police verification and CID enquiry from Noida has been done.
Police verification from Pune has also been done as the place of residence in the last one year was Noida and Pune. It was dispatched from Pune on 8th april'11.

I have still not received the passport. Please look into the matter and help me to receive my passport.

I (Pawan Gupta), Passport File No: GZBA05467810 submitted the form on[protected] and its being almost more then 2 months, i have not yet get the passport. I checke sad the status on the passport site it shows "Police Report is incomplete and the case is being examined ",

I still not get the means of these words as i have being cleared by the police man came to my house. and i have not being informed about this.

As i am working in IT industry, it's being very usual to go out of india for business purpose/meetings.

Please update me about it.
