hello sir,
i am not received my passport last 7month. even my passport status was ok shown in her website and all procudures was ok and i have already launch my complaint to passport officer they told me that you will received your passport within 1week. but 1 month left my passport still not coming.when i told to tout he told me u will get ur passport in one day but u have to give 6000rs.sir my main point is if tout give me my passport in one day so why passport authority helpless for giving my passport.

plz sir do something . i just depends on u

My self is Md.Faisal my File ref. no. is "HYD-A[protected]" and application date is[protected], i use to see my status regularly, before approx one week it was showing status as " Police report is clear and poassport is expected to be dispatched by 05-08-09 but from last one week status is "OTHERS" . please inform me when i will get my passport and what is the maening of "OTHERS". kindly help me out what to do, i will be waiting for your response.

on 10.03.2008. Reference No. CAL-A[protected] .
I have gone to the passport office on 02.06.2008 and 25.08.2008 just to get the required details depite of the fact that it is very difficult for me to go to Kolkata because of my job at noida. At the RPO Kolkata i was told that there is some objection on my application and i will recieve a letter .But no letter has yet came . Kindly tell me what is the objection so that i can take the neccessary action to clear it and help me in getting my passport as I need my it urgently.

i am lokesh, i have applied for the passport in the month of jan 2008, when i applied i was at my native place, after that i migrated to bangalore for searching the job on my career . when police verfication is carried at my native place, at that time i was in bangalore . after that i didnot get any status of my passport issue... please can any one suggest for the next preceedence to get the passport and my problem??????

Dear Sir, '

I had put up a request for the passport in April, 2008. After that it showed online that i need to submit the details for a re-verification. I received a call from the police as well for the same from my native place.
The re-police verification was completed on 20th of Dec, 2009 at the police station of Benipatti, dist - Madhubani (Bihar). As per the station the details have been sent to the Passport office too.

Please update the status of the passport and kindly issue the same. Any further delay will have disastrous consequences on my career.

I applied for a new passport vide file no A037826 on May 5 2008 police enquiry was done on May 28 2008. I received Police enquiry acknowledgement card on 1 June 2008 regarding your police report sent to regional passport office, Seceunderabad on 31 May 2008 But my passport has not been issued till date. Attempts to the passport authorities over phone failed
The passport official websites states : Police report “ POLICE REPORT HAS NOT BEEN
RECEIVED “

I request passport authorities to issue my passport at the earliest.

I had applied for passport on 20/03/2009 vide file no BNGW24050709. Policy varrification was completed on 4/5/2009. Consent police officer said that they have sent reports to bangalore.Every day i am checking passport status through online still status is comming as "Your police verification report has not been received by us yet. You may like to follow up with the concerned police autorities".
I kindly request you to please help me to get the passport as the earliest because i have received my visa and waiting for the passport

Dear Sir

About 6 Months back, the application for passport was submitted. The Police Investigation was completed during the month of April 2009 and since than the status of the application, on the internet says” Police Report is clear the application is underprocess”.
I fail to understand that even after police verification. Four months back, the passport has not been issued.
I have done my C.A. and want to proceed further studies. Because of delay in issue of passport my whole year is wasted and any further delay will effect my carrier. I request you to kindly process the application on priority basis so that the precious time for studies is not wasted.

I applied for my passport in May 2008, n assuming that the passport process is smooth, would be here any time after 90 days, I have booked tickets for my going abroad.
There is no status update for my file number on passport.chd.nic.in. Dont know what the authorities are doing to complete pending requests. SOmeone please help. I have to go abroad on official tour in Oct 2008.

I had applied for my passport In month of Jan 07 and my application form number or file Reference No - A001271/07. On 28 may-08 the Police verification was completed and dispatched on the same other day.
Police Verification was done from police station –Athmalgola Thana
Police verification despacth no- Dr 498/08
Its been 3 months now But still i have not recieved my passport and even when i Searched on the website it is giving file reference number not found.
Kindly help me in this regard as the matter of great urgency i would be highly obliged to you.
Also
Please provide me the phone number of concerned department so that i can follow it up with them.

I have applied in Chandigarh on 17th deceember 2009.All the verifications had been completed the police verification was also done from the police station.
Its been 4months now but still I have not received the passport.When we check the status on the website its just says tht it will be despatched in a weeks time but doind a week its been 4months.
Pls let us know wat is the exact status of the passport as it is very urgent.
I would be obliged to you i[censored] couls give me the correct date as to when will i receive the passport.

I am mahfisha tarannum Daughter of mrs ameer bano begum we applied the passport on 13th of jan but till now we didn get my passport info we went to gaziabad office then i came to know till now passport inquiry was not sent..what is this i am really dissappointed by ur system..some people in gaziabad told me once reportz came but we refused bacause the inquiry packet was open..this is not my fault..but still m suffering beacuse my visa is getting expired in the last of dis month only...wat do do please advice me.

Dear Sir,

I applied for Passport of my Daughter, Her Name is Vaishnavi Rahul, this application was first submitted in October 2007, whereas the web site shows submitted on 26th September 2008, After almost 1.5 years I am yet to receive the Passport.

Status on the web site also shows Police verification report pending, as checked from your office in person Police verification report is already attached (This verification was done by Mr.Om Prakash, Sub Inspector, Sohna Road Gurgaon Police station in November 2007), I am being troubled by this delay and still waiting for passport.

Please look into the matter and arrange to release the passport as soon as possible.

I have already applied for passport on my native town, but now iam in hyderabad. they transfered my application form to hyderabad but right now ti dont have any address proof, but for proceeding further to my application they are asking address proof. i have been kicked so many times to get my passport.
is there any way to get it or is there any way to cancel it and let i can apply for new one????

I was a resident from kerala and i applied for a
passport in cochin passport office in 2007 NOV at that time i
completed my studies from coimbatore and i was staying in kerala for
the last 5 months.In my application i gave current address as kerala
address but when police verification made they told i am not residing
in the current address for last 1 year .From the cochin passport
office i got a letter reminding police verification is not satisfied
and they told me to submit my last address where i stayed for last 1
year and i gave my college hostel address after that they send me a
confirmation letter that my further processing of my passport
application will be under the jurisdicition of chennai passport
office since then i dont have any information regarding my passport
nor even i got any letter regarding my passport status from chennai
branch, even i enquired the status many times online no details
regarding my reference number was found.
Right now i am staying in Banglore for last 1 year can i apply for a
new fresh passport in Banglore where i have all the details of my
current staying.In online passport application form i found a question
asking(In case passport was applied for and not issued, please give
File No. & Date).Is it needed to cancel that old passport application
if so what all will be the formalities.Please suggest me what i should
in this situation .

Hi Sir/Madam,

I Have applied for the passport on 1st July 2009 and unfortunately I had to join my office on the same day as I received a call from the office in the evening of 31st June 2009, so early in the morning I submitted the passport and came to Noida to join my office.

When the L.I.U. verification happened, they wrote that the person is not living currently at the given address as we did not hide anything from them and informed them that on the same day I joined the office as well.

So they are asking for the address proof of my current noida address, which I don't have as I shifted here recently.

Please guide me how to get this sorted out, and is there a way I can reapply for the passport after canceling this one?

Any help is Highly appreciated. My Passport Application number is A135290 from lucknow

So I again submitted PPP form for re verification, but unfortunately it failed again. Now I want to cancel this application so that I can reapply for tatkal passport. Hello,

I applied for a fresh passport just after I got married. Since I applied from my husband's place (Hubli), I was told there would be two police verifications, one in Hubli and another in Gulbarga (my hometown). It's been nearly a month since the verification was completed in Hubli and I don't hear anything from the SP office of Gulbarga. I have to travel very soon and I'm not in a position to expedite the process.

NRIs face problems in the hands of our own offices sitting in india on comfortable chairs and behaving like deaf dumbs and blinds. In Gulf countries we are provided with all purpose ID cards. ID card Nos can trace our nationality, Home address in India and in Gulf country our driving licence and Passport details data base. Simple ID card serves all purposess. You can call it social security card of European countries

But our Indian officers working for Companies have no respect for Pan cards which is given ater tough verification. PANCARD is not enough They need our passport attested which has been issued NOT at Mumbai but in Gulf country few days ago by same Embassy of India who will re-attest again.

When you question the officeres why dis-respect our Prsident message, our senior counsellar who issued passport. you are asking to get it re-assessted by his junior officers. Excited to re-attest He foolishly puts his stamp over his senior stamps. Ask why you did that. Reply comes that we are not allowed to veryfy your Mailing address as per order from New Delhi. So we keep our stamp away from Mailing address. It means attesst passport for nothing then get address attested on an affidavit.

Cant we simplify thing save our time and cheap harassment at each and every counter Companies who hide our shares certificates for years demand procedure to follow to issue duplicate share They need tough Indminity and affidavit to be attested in India as well as at Embassy of India.

Cant we enhance the respect of our Passport and PANCARD and release duplicate shares to our DEMAT ACCOUNTS. It is not easy to play with demat records in this computerage of 21st Century.
How long we will behave like deaf dumb and blinds to satisfy our own ego. I write it with with sacred intention.

Hi,
I'm unable to understand what are the unavoidable circumstances the passport issuing people are facing for dispatching the passport. I'm supose to receive the passport 1 month back.
Every week they are giving update as "It is to regret that due to unavidalbe circumstances the despatch of passport has been delayed and will now be despatched in a week's time"

Please let us know what we have to do for despatching of the passport.
Atleast provide us the correct date so that we will not have to wait for the same.
