I can quite with pay point please refund my ammount...

Mera peypoint account se mene mere bank accounts me peaise transfer kiye jo abhi tak mere bank account me balance nahi aaya

Meri user id [protected] jo pichhle 10 din se pareshan hu id login nahi ho pa rahi or maine kai mails or customer care pe contact kiya but koi solution nahi hua mai ek retaler hu or meri jimmedari hai apne grahako ki irctc ticket ka kam pending hai mera iski vajah se

I have deposited 45000/- in the month of november for matm with your company bank accounts.
I have received only 5 matm in december first week, while my account has been debited by you of 10 matm.
We have continuously follow up with mohsin khan for resolving the same issue as on priority but not got any satisfactory revert from his end.
We have also try to connect with mr imran patel for the same issue resolution, but he is denied to help me for the same.
If you are not able to providing matm, request you to please transfer the remaining amount in my wallet, in future whenever i need it, i will pledge to order or utilize to add on new services of your company.
I have empanel to mine with your company on behalf of your company services & quality of products, but now i am feeling discomfort by this act.
Request you to please take a serious note for resolving the same issue as on priority basis.

I have applied for this in oct 2019 to kiosek banking. Bank of baroda (Kishore kumar solanki) and send him balance of 40, 000/- but cant get csp code still now and they also dont refund my money, i have talk many times this number ([protected]), send many times of emails and chatting also but they ignore my request always also. So i am helpless pls help me.

मैने आपकी कंपनी द्वारा SBI CSP CENTER लेने के लिये दि.२९.११.२०१८ को आपकी कंपनी के बँक खाता क्र. ३२५६६०१२८८९ (SBI - Kandivali Branch) मे रु.२०, ०००/- जमा किये थे. लेकीन अब मेरे पिता जी कि स्वास्थ प्रॉब्लेम और हमारी आर्थिक प्रॉब्लेम कि वजह से मे यह CSP सेंटर नही चला सकता हू, इसलिये आप से विनंती हे कि, आप जलद से जलद मेरी जमा कि हुई रु.२०, ०००/- कि राशी मेरे बँक खाते मे रिफंड करे. विनंती.

मैने २०१४ मी pay पॉईंट इंडिया कंपनी से sbi csp के लिये १७५००/ सतरा हजार पाच सौ. डिपॉजिट किया था . लेकिन ये कंपनी
fraud होणे से मुझे मेरे पैसे कंपनी वापीस नाही दे राही है. अभि २०१९ चालू है लेकिन पैसे नाही मिले . कंपनी से संपर्क किया तो customer एक्सिकटीव्ह कह रहे है कि आपको मेल आयेगा लेकिन ५ साल मी उनका कोई मेल नाही आया . बिलकुल १००% ये कंपनी fraud है .

I was told that, it is call from state bank nagpur.i was told to tell only to share my debit card number.when it was given, I was told that no money will be deducted from my account, but I will receive shopping points that will be converted into cash. Then I received an otp, I was told to share that otp and those points will be deposited in my account.but as soon as I shared that otp, 10000rupees got deducted from my account.then they disconnected d call

I'm sandip pramanick from mathurapur, i had taken a distributors portal of pay point india ltd in my are 7, 8 months ago, by deposit money 29, 500/ in paypoint india's bank account. But till now there's has no meeting and no training, no progress. I told territory executive mr. Amirul molla for training because he introduced me paypoint. Bt now he does not receive my phone. I am very hopless and worried for my money. Please i request you to arrange, return my money. I didn't want work with this company. Its a fraud company.

I was paid to this company 5000 rupees regarding pan and aeps service, but company was not provide me any service and not refunded my money.
Before received that payment company's representative are call me many times but after payment no one respond on mail or call. This company is totally cheater. I don't know how does not the government look at it.

I have paid to company for purchasing portal before 1 month back, executive told me that services will be activated within 1 week. But till date all the services like main service bbps, insurance, pan card are not activated. Now executive is not picking up phone from last week. I am paying my rent, and all the charges for shop. But they are not starting services instead of serveral follow up.

I buy a service and i pay rs.10, 000 dated 8/08/2018 but they not provided my all service (Insurance with certificate), and not reply my e-mail.
Disappointed with pay point service, planning for file case in consumer court.

Fake certificate given by pay point india

1) general insurance product with irda (Certification) all services not active and irda certificate not provided.

2) their customer representative only know a word details are forwarded to concern department kindly wait for update.

3) most important you dont relay on them.

I am ashamed to take this kind of service, poor, arrogant and lack lustre customer service and would never give them my business again.

Sir i have credited rs 2800 from sbi pay point here in our city kurduwadi. The executive has told me that technical error has occurred in the 2800 rs credit and he again credited rs 2800 in my account then he realized that double transaction has made.
So he debited rs 2800 from my account and after 2 days bank also debited rs 2800.
So please help me to get my refund of 2800 rs.
