      Verry verry bad, the agent of paypoint are chiter (Thief), after payment they forget u, then anther agent or manager call you and tell u pay more many to there a/c. I have all call recording and payment transaction receipt.

                    Visited SBI PayPoint (CSP IA668929) at Murtizapur, Dist Akola PIN-444107 to deposit the 20k in SBI PPF account - 115*******2. The PayPoint executive has stamped the receipt (5Apr17) but when we took the passbook for print (after few months), we dont see amount is credited in the account. We reached out to local PayPoint executive, local SBI manager as well as PayPoint Mumbai office (Kajal)and furnish all the details. However, none of them is looking into the matter and asking us to reach out to other parties. Please help us get our 20k back.

                      My name jitendra nishad hai, maine 5000 pay kiya 28-feb-18 paypoint ko for irctc id ur web services ke liye, aaj tak koi bhi service chalu nahi hui ur namisha jo meri agen hai unaka attitude coustomer se thik nhi hi pise lene k bad riply nhi karti na call leti hi sabki mili bhagat hi pise bas coustomer se niklwane k liye bad me call bhi nahi lete. Is company pe log bharosa kar ke fass rahe hai, isliye mai aage se kisi bhi ko bolunga ki koi bhi service lene se pahale 10 bar socho fir payment karo.

                      Service activate karne k liye pise le to lete hi par service activete nahi karte ur na bad me call lete hai naam puch ke call karne ko bol ke call nhi karte, payment karne ke bad feedback nahi dete ur service kab chalu hogi na uskai guaranty dete hi, kise koi is company pe bharosa karega ur inake sath kam karega, piase lene ke bad call tak nahi lete socho kiss tarah ki inaki service hai.15 days lag jate hi normal mobile recharge ki service chalu karne k liye.

                          I paid ₹ 7500 to paypointindia to activate pan/rail services along with complementary booking services they promised. I later took the rail service from some other company and told paypointindia not to activate my rail service only. But till date my pan and other services have not been activated. It has been more than 4 months now. I have mailed them many a times regarding the issue but everytime i get the standard reply that my complaint has been forwarded to the concerned department. I have also worked with many other companies but it has been my worst experience with paypointindia.

                                Ragarding to the above subject, i have purchase aadhar atm services from you 2 months ago and completed process for the same but i havent get machine yet! Please let me know the status of it. I am worrying about it. And your executive (Nimisha aeer) is not handling me correctly. She talked very smoothly while payment but now her attitude is changed and not behaving correctly. Her attitude is not professional and not even replying to my mails.                                   18 days ago i have applied for irctc to karishma vyas (Sales executive) in 2500+ 5000 inr. But the service is not activated yet. And from last two months, i'm trying to contact karishma vyas, but i think he doesn't wanna talk to me. Everytime another person pick up the call and disconnected by saying karishma will call you after some time, and i'm waiting for the call whole day.
                                  Now i'm frustrated completely.
                                  So, i want my money back as refund.

                                  I have experienced your service which alone and the service activation process is incredible. But now i don't wanna work with you anymore.

                                    I have already given complaint many times for mobile not recharged for success txn no[protected], mobile no. [protected] but the till date you don't provide any solution.

                                    You are saying that this transaction was successful but i myself talk to vodafone customer care and they said that on 18th october 2017 there was no any type of recharge in this mobile number. They also said that please check your transaction this was 100% failed.

                                    If you think that i am saying wrong then please talk to vodafone customer care & clear the issue.

                                    For me you are the person who recharge behalf on me. This mobile no recharged by you guys, if there is any problem please resolve the issue.

                                    I have already paid back rs 50 to the customer now please tell me why should i bear this amount.

                                    Please resolve this issue otherwise close my pay point account & refund my wallet balance.

                                      4 months ago i have applied for irctc to ajay pandey (Sales executive) in 7500 inr. But the service is not activated yet. And from last two months, i'm trying to contact mr. Ajay pandey but i think he doesn't wanna talk to me. Everytime another person pick up the call and disconnected by saying ajay pandey will call you after some time, and i'm waiting for the call whole day.
                                      Now i'm frustrated completely.
                                      So, i want my money back as refund.

                                      I have experienced your service which aone and the service activation process is incredible. But now i don't wanna work with you anymore.
                                      So kindly refund my amount of 7500 inr.

                                        Our paypoint site was blocked for non-submission of adhar number.
                                        Afterthat we submitt the adhar and also the penalty chares deducted rs.1180/- from our wallet...

                                        But now we unable to issue the tickets..

                                        The tickets are booked and amount deducted and also that deducted amount refunded automatically..
