Sir/madam Maine paypoint ke liye apply kiya tha toh starting me mujhe only registration fee 5600 k baare me btaya gya tha jo Maine deposit krdi uske baad unhone security amount ko bola Maine woh bhi deposit kr diya ab bolte he 10000 or dene honge OD account k liye toh sir mere paas or balanc nhi h isliye please mera amount refund krne ki krpa kre

Verry verry bad, the agent of paypoint are chiter (Thief), after payment they forget u, then anther agent or manager call you and tell u pay more many to there a/c. I have all call recording and payment transaction receipt.

(मी जळगाव जिल्यातील csp असून कृपया 18/09/2015 पासून माझे दोन transaction (प्रति 10000) चे पैसे 20000 rs लिमिटमध्ये जमा झालेले नाहीत.बऱ्याच वेळा संपर्क करूनही आपल्याकडून कुठलाही प्रतिसाद मिळत नाही.सदर व्यवहार देना बँकेचा असून त्यांचामार्फत मेल पाठवला असूनही आपण उत्तर देत नाहीत.फक्त तुमचे पैसे जमा होतील असे सांगून मला टाळले जात आहे.त्या व्यवहाराचा रिपोर्ट व बॅंकबुक ची झेरोक्स आपल्याला पाठवत आहे.तरी कृपया त्याबाबत चौकशी करून मला २०००० परत मिळावे.त्याविषयी आपण काहीतरी प्रतिसाद द्यावा हि विनंती.)

Visited SBI PayPoint (CSP IA668929) at Murtizapur, Dist Akola PIN-444107 to deposit the 20k in SBI PPF account - 115*******2. The PayPoint executive has stamped the receipt (5Apr17) but when we took the passbook for print (after few months), we dont see amount is credited in the account. We reached out to local PayPoint executive, local SBI manager as well as PayPoint Mumbai office (Kajal)and furnish all the details. However, none of them is looking into the matter and asking us to reach out to other parties. Please help us get our 20k back.

Maine payment 28-feb ko kiya ur jab coustomer care ko call kiya to unaka kehana hi aap ka payment 14-march ko forward hua hai jab ki maine 28-feb ko kar diya tha mere portel se aaj tak meri koi bhi service chalu nahi hui hi inaki taraf se, mujhe nahi lagata ki ye lig irctc ki service sabko dete hi bas paise lene k bad call bhi nahi lete jo mere agenet hi namisha, soch kiss tarah ki service dete hi.

Sir i am a new retailer my sales persson nimisha aeer. She say to me new lunch electricty bill payment in assam that activition fees 2950 then i pay 5000/- in 27/02/2018 but til now my belance amount 2050/- not received my portal. I paid ₹ 7500 to paypointindia to activate pan/rail services along with complementary booking services they promised. I later took the rail service from some other company and told paypointindia not to activate my rail service only. But till date my pan and other services have not been activated. It has been more than 4 months now. I have mailed them many a times regarding the issue but everytime i get the standard reply that my complaint has been forwarded to the concerned department. I have also worked with many other companies but it has been my worst experience with paypointindia.

Sir, please take a serious, i have been already submited all requires document and also deposited the sum of money rs.25000 through the pay point accaount previous month of march, 2017 year. But still not recieve any information non csp verification code. And i also alreafy submited the police verification letter. So what else is still require to submit? Please make answer.

Sir, in paypoint india rechage sight was not working, in that sight amount was deducted but custmer not received.the telephone not working any time they are given.why should solve our problem in that company ? custmers are very angry if there is any technical problem please tell us.then we have not proceed rechrges.if any problem please intimate before recharge

Ragarding to the above subject, i have purchase aadhar atm services from you 2 months ago and completed process for the same but i havent get machine yet! Please let me know the status of it. I am worrying about it. And your executive (Nimisha aeer) is not handling me correctly. She talked very smoothly while payment but now her attitude is changed and not behaving correctly. Her attitude is not professional and not even replying to my mails. Please take strict action against her. And provide my requested service asap. Else please refund my money.

Everytime another person pick up the call and disconnected by saying karishma will call you after some time, and i'm waiting for the call whole day.
Now i'm frustrated completely.

I have experienced your service which alone and the service activation process is incredible. But now i don't wanna work with you anymore.

I have already given complaint many times for mobile not recharged for success txn no[protected], mobile no. [protected] but the till date you don't provide any solution.

You are saying that this transaction was successful but i myself talk to vodafone customer care and they said that on 18th october 2017 there was no any type of recharge in this mobile number. They also said that please check your transaction this was 100% failed.

If you think that i am saying wrong then please talk to vodafone customer care & clear the issue.

For me you are the person who recharge behalf on me. This mobile no recharged by you guys, if there is any problem please resolve the issue.

I have already paid back rs 50 to the customer now please tell me why should i bear this amount.

Please resolve this issue otherwise close my pay point account & refund my wallet balance.

4 months ago i have applied for irctc to ajay pandey (Sales executive) in 7500 inr. But the service is not activated yet. And from last two months, i'm trying to contact mr. Ajay pandey but i think he doesn't wanna talk to me. Everytime another person pick up the call and disconnected by saying ajay pandey will call you after some time, and i'm waiting for the call whole day.

Our paypoint site was blocked for non-submission of adhar number.
Afterthat we submitt the adhar and also the penalty chares deducted rs.1180/- from our wallet...

But now we unable to issue the tickets..

The tickets are booked and amount deducted and also that deducted amount refunded automatically..
