Still No Reply on my last mail even after Reminder.

Subject:- Response to your email received on 21st of this month.

Sir,

I received your email on 21st May’12 against my letter, and I am very much shocked by your irresponsible reply. You must know that I was having several complaints in your system/services, instead of solving all those problems which were being faced by me but you opted for a short cut and declared my so called disassociation.

You alleged that I am under the influence of your Competitor, come on, be practical, your organization is in no way in a position so that any other concern may feel competition from your side. I would have neglected your concern’s poor performances and abnormal professionalism but very wrongly you have threatened me of the legal action. What illegal things have I done with you? This is not a way of covering up our own mistakes (ulta chor kotwal ko dantey) .

Do you want me to show you how the legal actions can be taken against service defaulters like your organization?

Just to get rid of all my genuine questions/problems, which your concern is supposed to solve, you have put an end to our business relation. How can you do this? I am not disassociated yet, you ought to know the rules that unless and until both the parties complete the paper work for termination or resignation with expressing appropriate reason, duly signed and agreed by both parties, which could be only done after the full & final settlement accepted by both. As done at the time of my introduction to your company, after receiving Rs 15000/- from me. Hence I would like to tell you that the termination process is still incomplete, even your appointment letter & Retailer Certificates shows my authorization & validity period, which will only be terminated after full & final settlement approved by your company and me.

Hence you ought to rethink on your immature and childish sentences and please be mature enough if you wish to terminate this association then proceed properly, compensate me for all my loses which were caused due to your inefficiency and poor services and don’t just threaten anybody of legal action like you did to me.

VERY BAD EXPERIENCE OF PAYPOINT INDIA COMPANY OPTED FOR SBICSP CODE SINCE SEP2014 BUT NOT YET ALLOTTED NOR REFUND OF MONEY MADE TO ME THIS IS VERY BAD IMAGE OF COMPANY I ADVISE PEOPLE NOT TO TAKE ANY AGNECY OR SERVICE FROM SUCH COMPANY CHITING THE COMMON PEOPLE .

    COMPANY FAIL TO REPLY ON GIVEN MAIL.......SYSTEM FAILURE IN NEW WEB PORTAL......,

    Sir,

    The below given query is related with air booking services of new web portal, so kindly plz check out the mentioned error in the system while using services & if found correct then try to resolve it soon to make the system pointless, else ignore depend on you & if possible then explain us the solution for the same.

    • Why there is twice login for air booking services and even why with the same password?
    (And if its because of security reason due to big amount ticket, then why same system not used for other services like bill payment, etc OR due to security check -in because of auto diverting server route link to any other sub service provider then why this system not used for any other booking services like railways, etc OR any other reason so plz explain……..else old web portal is better for air booking)
    Note: - profile & password couldn't change by retailer due to system restriction, while on air booking services.

    • Why there are no options to select from chart box ---city names for boarding & destination?
    (as selection chart box given in old web portal from agartala ~vishakapatnam).
    (For e.g. if I type initial or whole name of city like New Delhi, Calcutta, Madras, Banaras, etc then no auto-complete response shows by system unless I type initial or whole name of city like Delhi, Kolkata, Chennai, Varanasi, etc it means depends on retailer how well he knows the proper city names else he couldn’t search for the tickets, but when I type initial or whole name of city like Bombay/Mumbai {even old or new names} then auto-complete response shows proper result i.e. Mumbai, then why not for other city).
    One more things, there are many destination which system couldn't search for booking e.g like Mumbai to Varanasi, even after city names selection done by system auto completion but it shows continuous loading on display with no result of any error at all & unless you closed search task it won’t stop for whole day ( so ignore such display message..... Please do not refresh or close the window)
    Note:- Chart box should only consist the city names of commercial domestic airport of all over India.

    • Why there is fake utility SERVICES option box given on middle right side corner?
    (Which is fully useless while we are on air booking services unless we continue go back till the prev page or sign-out & sign-in again)?

    • Why there is commission mark-up system on air booking & And why couldnt same system used for other booking services?
    • And even why Auto mark-up commission not used instead of commission edit by retailer ?
    (As its in old web portal , All Commission should be fixed & auto saved by service provider itself with the normal service charges included but by this commission mark-up system..... if any retailer who couldn't understand this system & forget to mark-up commission before booking then the miscellaneous charges will deduct from his account & also by this system...... you encourage-retailer for cheating with their customers by allowing to edit self demand service charges on setting of mark-up commission range option given from Rs 0000 to Rs 9999 before booking).
    And hence charges will varies at different outlets of Paypoint India means same ticket with price difference.

    To clear my misconception if any.........

      Fraud Company

      Pay Point India Network Pvt. Ltd. is one of the fraud company. It gives poor service. It does not have modern technology. Margins are too low. Ignore this company for any business proposal.
