I have paid electricity bill through paynimo, the amount got debited from my icici account but its not credited in msedcl. My consumer no. Is[protected]. Transaction done on 09-10-17. I called us at call centre and they said it will take 5 days,
My due date is over and if they disconnect my electricity line they paynimo will be responsible for it.
Paynimo / TechProcess Payment Services customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
Am not able to complete my payment process. Its showing some error as shown in the picture

But during that time of processing my system power has gone. But the amount debited from my account. I called your customer care they provide the transaction id :[protected]. But the school side they said they didn't get any details. Hence i request you to update the process and tell the status of the payment as soon as possible..

      This bring to your notice that i have transferred the amount rs 20000 to muthoot finance gold loan account no.01684/msl/0006974 from imuthoot apps on 08.10.2017.

      Transaction seq. No. Is 302390

      But the amount got debited of rs.20029.50 to pur/techprocess payment se/mumbai/techprocess payment se/ seq. No.302390 from sbi bank account no. [protected] but not credit the said gold account. And in the end said error in transaction.

      I kindly request you to credit the amount to my following sbi bank account-

        I tried to add the amount in rummy circles account at 7/10/17.. But amount not added... But deducrlted in my credit card.
        Please refund as soon as possible ssible.. Amount 5000rs.. Timing..1.20am on7/10/17.. I got on the screen it will be refund in 24 hrs but till the date i didn't get amount... I am waiting for it wat abt the amount..

          Recharge of videocon d2h on 3rd oct 2017 was failed but amount of rs 600 was deducted from my indusind debit card. My d2h id is 12741610 and using videocon d2h infinity app i made a recharge of rs 600. It asked me about otp and on final submission it shows error. Then i check my d2h balance which was not changed at all but my amount from debit card was deducted.

            Dear sir,
            I made online recharge of rs 80 to my bsnl number [protected] on 26.09.17, time: 16:19:02 by using axis bank debit card with tech process payment services gateway but it get failure and amount got deducted from my account. Kindly rectify the problem and refund my amount.

            I paid bsnl kerala through sbi net banking via tech process bsnl haven't received the amount of rs609 till this day.transaction shows awaiting bank process.
            I paid online rs 600 for videocon d2h recharge on 25th sept2017. Money was deducted from my bank account and was not credited in videocon service provider. I used paynimo services and was waiting for the reply from it.The details are
            ToECM/0418/videocond2h-TPSL/video.

                Tried to topup my bsnl (Kerala circle) sim with rs.550 through my bsnl app by debit card.
                Amount is debited from my bank account, but transaction is not complete through paynimo, topup is also not complete.
                A window with "please wait.. Transaction is being processed" didn't went on. Screen shot is added. But message from bank has already come stating that amount of rs.550 is debited to portal bsnl tpslm.
                Please resolve this and either refund the amount or add to my bsnl account.

                    Yesterday morning i have made an online payment for my hdfc insurance
                    From my union bank of india's saving a/c number - [protected].
                    I made two transactions of 2500 (Two thousand five hundred) each. But at both time
                    Your tpcl gateway showed a error massage of transaction failure (Screen shot of same is attached with email)
                    And it disgusting to say that the same amount is deducted from my account.
                    In your error message you say that if amount is deducted then it will be paid back within
                    24 hours. Now 24 hours are passed and yet i havn't recived a single ruppee on my s/ac.
                    Please do the needful as quick as possible.

                      Today iam go to the wrong step to the pay muthoot finance ltd the paying clearing loan id msl 5321=57000. I don't know the pay nimo is inter lock muthoot. Its not clr my gold amount pz clr the my loan or send return my amount to the my acount.. Pay nimo customers care number no one not correct numbers.. I'm facing lot of trouble about the paynimo payment transactions.. I want my amount return with shortly 57000its not a small amount.. Muthoot how to manage link this type of payments i don't know.

                                Today i made payment of rs.3668.50 on account of interests on gold loan account of muthoot finance, but same was not credited to my loan gold account, by use of andhra bank debit card.

                                It shows failure but my account is debited twice as without knowledge of first debit tried second time but both the cases it shows failure but my account is debited.

                                Please look into the matter and credit back to my account.

                                  On 24 aug 2017, i booked a flight using easemytrip.com app and the gateway through which payment was made was paynimo. The money was deducted from my bank account with transaction id
                                  "your a/c xx28895 is debited by inr 2987 at 15:20 on account of ebil/l1040_easy."
                                  However, perhaps due to poor internet connection it was not redirected to easemytrip website and hence ticket booking failed although the amount of 2987 was debited through paynimo gateway.
                                  Kindly look into the matter as soon as possible

                                  I took a gold loan in Muthoot Finance.. I tried repaying the amount through my state bank debit card on 30th June 2017. I paid 19771.75/- through TechProcess Payment Gateway.. But the session got stopped in between but money got cut. It's been 2 months. I still didn't get my refund.
                                  This happened twice in a row. I was paying through United Bank of India Net Banking for an order on Flipkart.com.
                                  The transaction failed status was shown both times by Paynimo.
                                  The failed transactions were carried out on Tuesday, 29th August, 2017.
                                  My bank account was debited both times but the transactions were failed as shown by Paynimo.
