Sir,
I had on 7.7.17 made payment of my electricity bill through techprocess and the transaction id is s94938955 amounting to rs.943.78, but even though my a/c with my net banking bank ie. Union bank of india was debited, no amount was received by electricity authorities and i had to make fresh cash payment inorder to avoid penalties.

The entry in the bank a/c is "epay/to:techprocess/64122533/pay' rs.943.78

Kindly look into the matter

    I made a payment on gitam university website, my money got debited but the payment was not confirmed, neither have i received a refund of the money. The amount was rs.300. The payment was made on 13th july at around 12:10 am. The payment was made using a sbi debit card. I have added a screenshot for your reference. Please do the needful at the earliest.

    I have paid electric bill to ODISHADISCOM on 19/07/2017 through INB, ICICI bank ID No.BIL/[protected]/PGMIB-Electric bill/[protected] Rs.398/-
    but it has not been received by the merchant. Please verify the txn.
    I need to transfer rs.120141 to my college vit university regarding course fees..but transfer was done twice and rs.240381 money went.. the transaction happened two times but the money didnt credited to my college account also... please solve this and refund my money as soon as possible..

I have done three transactions through my credit card for room booking. Since the amount has been debited from my credit card for all the three tranactions and i didnt get the confirmation of the rooms what i have booked.

      And i cant able to contact the Travancore devaswom board for these issue.

The money has been withdrawn from my account while on yea account same does not get reflected. If there was transaction failure, then money should not have moved or it should have been refunded.

                                I made a payment of rs 1501 towards the property tax on nmmc.gov.in. My bank account of hdfc has been deducted but a confirmation receipt has not been generated.                                   I have made muthoot interest payment as on 2nd may 2017 through paytm wallet the amount of rs. 2901.95 got deducted but the same was not credited.

                                  At the movement processing muthoot payment came as error in between processing the payment.

                                      I made payment of amount 3077 through Paynimo to Bajaj finance ltd on 6/5/2017. But it doesn't paid to merchant. Bajaj auto asking me for EMI amount that actually I paid it on Paynimo. If this is fake company why are you letting this to be continued. I have not been refunded yet. Plz solve this issue or file a serious charge on Paynimo. They are fooling people.

                                        I do d2h dish recharge today on 03/05/2017 using internet banking o[censored]nited bank of india. Rs. 285 is debited from my account but recharge not done. Transaction show failed. Bank transaction description is l4143_videocon /[protected]. Paynimo/ techprocess payment gateway reference no. Is 30041425. So refund the amount 285.00 in my bank account. Solve the problem as soon as possible.
