Hi - On 30th April 2017, I used mobile online link for paying GHMC Hyderabad Property Tax. While paying I selected TechProcess payment services and proceeded for online payment, in Paynimo window I selected Debit card payment and paid Rs.10, 401.25. Screen was hanging and no acknowledgment received for successful payment and no acknowledgment from GHMC Hyderabad. But received Citibank SMS for money deduction and also checked in my Citibank and found money is deducted.

If my money went to wrong account, please revert back to my account immediately.

A person called from +91 [protected] and took OTP number which I received on my Mobile. He told money will be transferred back in few minutes but no update till now, same issue.

Hi - Any update? Till now no money refunded in my account. As per our discussion yesterday's, money should refund into my account immediately but nothing happened. Please look into my issue and reply asap.

Please kindly refund my money.
I have made payment of Rs.1253 on 10-May-2017 be 11.29 PM through techprocess payment services towards muthoot gold loan interest, the same is not paid to the gold loan.

The amount is also not reversed yet.

Kindly assist to get the refund from the Techprocess.
I have made my property tax payment but didnt received any receipt because site was slow and my money got deducted from bank what do I doo now

    My money was deducted when i was paying through paynimo, techprocess payement gateway for my college (Vit university) fees through icici bank netbanking on 1st may, 2017.
    The college didn't generate the reciept which means they didn't receive the money but my money was deducted. Please refund my money back as the amount was huge or proceed the transaction and make it successful.

        I paid Rs. 773 on 21 July 2017 from my South Indian Bank account through online banking to BSNL for the landline bill payment of the phone number[protected]. The money was deducted from my account but the bill was not paid. Please, refund the amount (Rs. 773) as soon as possible into my account from which i made the payment.

          Today i made payment for college tuition fees to st. Joseph's college of engineering in chennai, for a sum of rs.1, 20, 084.20 thru the college portal from my icici bank account by netbanking. They used paynimo. The amount is deducted from my bank account, but i didn't get any message on paynimo page and the college website says "payment failed. Amount not received" kindly resolve this. Velmurugan, chennai.             I have made a payment of 1, 387.21 from credit card for consumer no[protected] against electric bill on 18 Apr 2017 through TechProcess Payment gateway. Amount was deducted from bank account but amount was not paid. Even transaction from bank side was successful but the electric bill department says amount was not received.

            Therefore I request you to please resolve this issue ASAP.

              Today 19/04/2017 I pay online fees. Rs. 1025.88 is debit from my account but fees is not paid. Transaction show failed. Transaction ID is L1709_MERITTRAC/[protected]. Please refund 1025 Rs. to my united bank of india account. I fill the online form of Indian Maritime University for common Entrance test may 2017 UG courses.I pay the fees Rs. 1025 by internet banking United Bank of India. But the payment gateway page Paynimo/Techprocess Payment services show the transaction failed. Fees is not paid. I complain in the bank. But the bank says that fees is paid and money is goes to payment gateway Paynimo/techprocess Payment service. Please refund the money.

                        Hello. A few minutes back, I made an online payment via your gateway for the form fill up of the IMU common entrance test.
                        A total sum of rupees 1025.88 was deducted from my mother's SBI bank account .
                        However, neither was any confirmation for the payment was received, nor any confirmation for the IMU form full up. Both my mother's and my email id information was submitted during the IMU form fillup and neither received a email for form fill up confirmation.

                        Please look into this matter and resolve it ASAP. If that is not possible, I'd request you to undo this payment and restore the above deducted sum.

                            I made a payment of rs10116 to ttd-sri venkateswara anna prasadam trust as donation through your site. The amount was deducted from andhra bank (Ib/techp/l62110ti/[protected] on 30-mar-2017 around 1210 pm. But it has not reached ttd and i have not received any acknowledgement from ttd. It is also not seen in transaction history of my account in ttd site.

                                Sir, I have paid an amount of Rs.19, 050/- (excluding net banking charges) towards payment of GHMC Property Tax against PTIN No.[protected] on 27.03.2017 at 21.20 hrs through my ICICI Bank SB Account No.[protected] by Internet Banking, the net banking Reference No. Bil/[protected]/GHMC TAX 2016-17/[protected]. Though my account is debited with Rs.19054/-, the payment has not received by the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation. The SMS received from GHMC states that "Dear Citizen, your payment amount of Rs.19.050/0 against PTIN ([protected]) has been failed. Remarks: AWAITED-PENDING, GHMC". Therefore Please look in to the matter and do the needful or refund the amount to my account of ICICI Bank.

                                        Hi,
                                        I made a payment for TACTV through credit card payment on 20Feb2017.
                                        The website is using PAYNIMO gateway for transaction.The amount of RS.13985.64 was deducted from Card but transaction got failed. Still i didn't get my refund of amount to Creditcard and it's not credited to TACTV account.

                                        I didn't get any transaction id.

                                        Please help me to get my amount credit back to credit card or TACTV account.
