Can i get conformation about receipt of payment from you.

I made online payment tuition fee of rs 2243.60 on 8th March 2018 12pm but the amount deducted from my sbi account immediately but no fee receipt was generated.transaction Id no[protected]IGADBJMRR7.Please do need full.

    I was paying the tax 1070 for income tax. It has deducted from my hdfc bank account. But tax challan its showing with the different name. I have attached the tax challan of different one with this complaint. Please help me on this. So please provide me the correct challan of mine or refund my amount 1070 as soon as possible as i have to attach the challan in income tax portal.

      On friday i recharge via net banking. But transaction
      The error message appears on videocon d2h website but recharge amount rs.300 deduct from my account.

      When i log in to my vidd2h account no. 5742916 it's showing not recharged my vidd2h account.

      When i called videocon d2h customer care they told me that your account will get recharged in 36 hours or money will be refunded.

      Customer care executives are so bad they don't even know how to talk to the customers. It's a shame for such a big company.

        I paid for BITSAT exam fee through Paynimo with the following details:-

        Bank: HDFC Bank

        Amount:- Rs. 2, 476.02

        Transaction failed but I have not yet received the reversal for the same Please help me with the reversal of payment.

          Recharged tatasky of rs.350- not received. Date of txn 07/03/2018
          Bank txn id[protected]. External ref[protected]. Account with the bank debited. Either the amount of 350- be recredited to my bank account or the amount be passed on to tatasky for me to use. This online txn was done through my account with punjab national bank. As per my bank net this txn is successful. But as per tatasky they have not received the amount

              I have paid a electricity Bill on uppcl website with your tech process payment service but amount deduct my bank account but payment not complete and payment not refund .Uppcl transaction aborted.

              Dear sir,
              I have requested you to i have pay a electricity bill online with net banking through pnb bank, the account id is - [protected] in the name of surendra kumar kaushik, rs. -213 /- only on date 16 feb 2018 time 9:05 am. But the payment time sysyem eror showing and money deduct my account, then i call 1912 and receive a mail id [protected]@uppclonline.com, and i send a payment detail this mail id. And receive a rply mail my transaction is aborted but my money not refund.

              I have again pay my electricity bill online mode with pnb net banking again system eror and my money again deduct in my account rs. 213/- date 19 feb 2018 time -9:30,
              Total deduct amount value in my account rs. 426/- only and i want to refund my total deduct amount. Sir pls you have cancel my 1st transaction 16 feb & 2nd transaction 19 feb.

              I have attach all details in this mail pls sir give me suggestion and refund my total deduct amount and in future i have not use yout online bill payment option is very bad condition. Because customer want satisfaction but you have not satisfied my best.

              Sir, I have recharged my d2h in this gateway my transaction was failed but money was deducted on 24 February 5:34am when I would get my money refund to my bank
              So, kindly inform me when I would get my deducted to my bank account

                Sir,
                This bring to your notice that i made a payment amounting to rs 755 (Twice) through debit card (Card no. 6070 xxxx xxxx 7725) to indian oil corporation ltd. As online lpg gas booking payment on 12.02.2018.

                But the an amount of rs.755 (Twice) (755+755=1510) debited from the bank a/c (Uco bank) which is surprisingly payable at techprocess payment se..., instead of payable at indian oil corporation ltd. And as a result, no gas booking is placed with an error and message "failure to place the order" each time.

                Kindly look into the matter and please do the needful for refunding the amount of rs.1510 (755+755) to the bank account.

                      Sir this is to bring to your kind attention that payments made using paynimo as the payments gateway for transactions made through my bank of india invariably fail. This is not a one off case but 9/10 payments made through my bank of india account which chooses paynimo as the default gateway fail. The amount is debited from my account (Though it gets credited back in a few days) but there is no response from tour server during the final part of the transaction.
                      It is really frustrating for me as a consumer, to have the payment debited from my account and getting a failed transaction.
                      This particular problem is only when i am making payments with my bank of india account. Pl look into the matter

                        I paid Rs.600 from canara bank debit card through tpsl payment gateway.After few seconds i got a message that my a/c is debited Rs. 600 but online payment page shows unsuccessful payment (verification failed).Payment is not done by tpsl payment gateway but money is deducted from my bank a/c.                               On 02 feb 2018, while paying the electricity bill on this mobile app, consumer number[protected]Circle code 0850-mulshi) it displayed payment failure, but the amount of rs. 900 debited from the account (Transaction id[protected]igacvkbfu5).

                              Payment failure issue. Please either confirm the payment, otherwise credit the amount back to my account. Please do the needful.

                                  I have paid a bill for Rs. 1170.00 from my BOB sb a/c on 26/01/2018 through transaction id[protected]. My DVVNL a/c no. is [protected]. After payment amount is debited from my BOB sb a/c but no receipt or confirmation of payment has yet been generated and bill still shows as due. Kindly do the needful.

                                    I have paid the premium amount of Rs.1875/-(one thousand seven hundred and seventy five) to National Insurance company on 24.01.2018 (Ref. The above said amount has been debited from my account and got an error message which states the debited amount will be reflected in my account on next day, but till now the amount is not refunded.                                       I have done a payment and its not processing from more than one hour. I have to very important payment and the last deadline is 26 january. Please resolve this issue else i will have to leave a very important opportunity. This payment is for my mba admission and i am damn too serious about it. If this payment doesn't happen then i will give bad reviews aboutthis payment gateway...

                                        I had paid my tution fee on 21 st january 2018 at 9 p. M sunday by online payment through the university website thro tech process gateway. From my corporation bank account an amount of 6373 was debited immediately. To an account cn[protected] of tech process. But no receipt is generated and customer care at both corporation bank and tech process are playing games saying the amount is with the other and not with them. I have raised a complaint with query no.'query no.=[protected].
