Paynimo / Techprocess Payment Services — issues with payment deduction

On 24 aug 2017, i booked a flight using easemytrip.com app and the gateway through which payment was made was paynimo. The money was deducted from my bank account with transaction id
"your a/c xx28895 is debited by inr 2987 at 15:20 on account of ebil/l1040_easy."
However, perhaps due to poor internet connection it was not redirected to easemytrip website and hence ticket booking failed although the amount of 2987 was debited through paynimo gateway.
Kindly look into the matter as soon as possible

I took a gold loan in Muthoot Finance.. I tried repaying the amount through my state bank debit card on 30th June 2017. I paid 19771.75/- through TechProcess Payment Gateway.. But the session got stopped in between but money got cut. It's been 2 months. I still didn't get my refund.

This happened twice in a row. I was paying through United Bank of India Net Banking for an order on Flipkart.com.
The transaction failed status was shown both times by Paynimo.
The failed transactions were carried out on Tuesday, 29th August, 2017.
My bank account was debited both times but the transactions were failed as shown by Paynimo.
