Hello, I was paying my best electricity bill of rs 6290 in 6/4/18. At the first instance, your payment gateway showed an error and i paid up again resulting in the amount being debuted twice from my account. The transaction details are Techpro[protected], 12:24:33pm Techpro[protected], 12:43:47pm Please make sure you reverse one transactioninto my account as my bank - yes bank says that both transactions have been credited to you. Paynimo / TechProcess Payment Services customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Apr 17, 2018 Manoj Kumar Rajora's response While paying electricity uppcl bill online on 16 april 9.46pm through axis net banking a/c no.[protected] amount is debited from bank but payment not received by Uttar Pradesh Power Corporation Ltd.

Due to some reason it was cancelled and got pop up that money will be refunded.
But still not received after 2days .
Rs.405 deducted from my hdfc bank account.
I wish the refund immediately.
