Dear sir, I made online recharge of rs 80 to my bsnl number [protected] on 26.09.17, time: 16:19:02 by using axis bank debit card with tech process payment services gateway but it get failure and amount got deducted from my account. I paid bsnl kerala through sbi net banking via tech process bsnl haven't received the amount of rs609 till this day.transaction shows awaiting bank process.

I paid online rs 600 for videocon d2h recharge on 25th sept2017. Money was deducted from my bank account and was not credited in videocon service provider. I used paynimo services and was waiting for the reply from it.The details are
