Paytm — Cash back offer not credited by Paytm for buying Canon Camera

Sir, I made a purchase in the Paytm website (https://paytm.com/) for Canon SX60 HS camera on 17th September 2015 vide Order No.[protected] for Rs.28, 493 (Twenty eight thousand four hundred and ninety three only)This was my 4th purchase with Paytm and all the purchases are made on the website. I have already purchased one iball mobile phone, car freshener twice and this camera is my 4th purchase with Paytm in the last 2 months. The current model followed by Paytm for purchases in their website is the Cash back coupon model wherein some percentage (say 10% or 15% or 20% etc..) of the purchase value is credited back as cash back and the same will be available in the "Wallet" of the purchaser in the website. The credited cash in the wallet can be used for the next purchase. As per the above cash back offer, i purchased the above said camera with 15% cash back offer by applying the coupon code (DG15)which works to Rs.3500/- as cash back. Now Paytm is refusing the cash back stating that i have not applied the code and also claiming that i have not verified my e-mail address and hence coupon has not been applied. 1. First and the foremost why i should verify my e-mail address on the 4th purchase i am making with Paytm. This verification was not followed when i made my 3 purchases earlier and my cash backs was credited once the items were shipped. 2. When i tried to apply the coupon code (DG15), it simply returned an error "Go to the profile and verify your e-mail address". When i went back to my profile, there is absolutely no option to verify my e-mail address. My profile was complete in all respect with my Name, E-mail id, Mobile Number & Date of birth etc. which was provided by me at the time of creating my account with Paytm and during my first purchase itself. Lot of communications has happened on the same e-mail id with Paytm (refer to screen shot below) and i have never changed anything in my profile in the last 2 months. Now where is the question of verifying the e-mail id? Why i should do it now for the 4th purchase when this was not followed for last 3 purchases. How will i verify my mail id when there is no option in my profile to do that like "Verify your e-mail id now" button etc.. 3. Nowhere in the world this type of e-mail verification is being followed suddenly for the 4th purchase or for that matter for an e-mail id properly registered with the Paytm and already communications are happening on the same id and no changes has been made to my profile in the last 2 months. Now where is the question of e-mail id verification and where is the question of non-payment of cash back due to non-verification of e-mail. This is a clear case of cheating the buyer by putting some unwarranted, unwanted verification procedure that too after few transactions has already happened successfully.
