Paytm.com / Times Of Money — amount deducted but I didn't receive the purchased item

I have purchased the item on 26.01.2018 in clash of clan of Rs400 from state bank of india and they have deducted the amount of Rs400 and it is confirmed through sms from sbi bank that amount has been deducted but later on i came to know that the item for which i have paid not received.

Refund my amount in my bank account.
