Paytm — complaint about money transfer as amount deducted from sender's account and didn't credit to receiver's account | |
I sent 2000 rs to from paytm via upi id [protected]@paytm to upi id [protected]@paytm linked with account number [protected] of state bank of india two times. First time i sent 2000 rs on 23 january 2019 with upi reference number[protected] with paytm via upi id [protected]@paytm to upi id [protected]@paytm and amount was deducted from my canara bank account with account number[protected] and didn't credit to receiver account and transaction went on pending and till now neither it is credited to receiver account nor refunded back to my account. After this i sent 2000 rs from kotak mahindra bank with account number [protected] via upi id [protected]@paytm to same upi id [protected]@paytm with upi reference number[protected] on 27 january 2019 and this time also amount deducted from my account linked with upi [protected]@paytm and didn't credit to receiver's account. Hence my two transaction of[protected] rs are still in pending and have neither been credited to receiver's account nor have been refunded back to my account so please check all the information and clear my amount as i have attached the screenshot of the transaction
