[Resolved] Paytm — Didnt get my Oder | |||
I have an account on your Website with User name [protected]@gmail.com. I have ordered A Karbon mobile and Emmory Card with Order No. Order#[protected] dated Tuesday, November 11, 2014 11:39:59. for my dad. At that time Expected delivery date was 17 Nov 2014. But Today is 21 Nov 2014, and I havn't got my Order till now. I am continuous trying to call on Customer Care from last but there is no response from your side, I also tried Courier Company Details Javas Plot No. 109, Udyog Vihar Phase IV, Gurgaon - 122015 Contact Number:[protected] Email: [protected]@paytm.com But here also nobody is responding. And I have also provide my DAd's No. but till now they didnt got ne call from PAYTM regarding Order. Track order portal is not working, Customer Care no. is not working, How may We people Contact them ???? What Can I do now. If they cant able to make their promise then why do the promised with delivery date. hence forth I never gonna buy any thing from Paytm site. Paytm is full irresponsible people. I used to order product from Jbaong, flipkart, myntra and all but this time I tried to do it with Paytm and because of your low standard of service I am suffering a lot.
